Great service. Particular filter plugged on Saturday causing my truck to shutdown. They got me in Monday morning and started working on it. Was done Wednesday. Big thanks to the lady's in the office and the tech for getting the repairs done in a timely fashion.

When my truck has any kind of trouble, I hope I m in Dodge city, Kansas, because the people at Dodge City Kenworth do a fantastic job and they are so friendly. It s such a good experience. If you have to have repairs on the road, it s so nice, and helpful to have good people taking care of you. They are the best I have dealt with, but even more importantly, they get the job done and do it right.

I take my 2019 579 peterbilt in because of adaptive cruise fault,low beam headlight intermittent working,power outlets under ac/heater control inop noise under truck 6410 was the final cost and adaptive cruise control still not working and noise still there..brought the truck in on the 22nd of June got the truck back on the 26th. With the service writer still telling me they couldn t find the problem with the active cruise control. But still charging 209.00 and hour. Every time I went in to talk to service writer the tech was working on another truck I sent a message to them. Of course no reply.I Will get some automated message now that I posted a bad review. 6410 for a fuse and low beam replacement I pull into a TA. Some unknown tech trouble shoots the situation comes back to me and says did they tell you that 2 of your airbags are leaking which is causing problems for your leveling valves? Another 1187.00. But problem solved. Your techs not mechanic need more training.

My truck derated @ the Flying J in Dodge. A couple calls and Derek Hays was there. Had me up and going within a couple hours. Took longer to do the manual regin then it did to fix it. Derek's customer service and professionalism was spot on.

I had a last minute engine derate happen to my truck an this location was right in front of my pick up and I literally feel like it was heaven sent as soon as I got there Dory took my information an immediately grabbed a mechanic to get my codes an do an force regen all the mechanics where busy so then Kordell was able to help me an he promptly told me the problem an told me what I needed to fix it the.Bob an Sergio assisted me by helping me get the parts in the swiftest way. Buck provided me with a print out of my codes as well I was in an out of this place fast I been in business for years an have NEVER experienced such service at a dealership like this an thank you my family thanks you to all of you over there even the mechanics in the last garage the Hispanic guys where very nice an assisting too i really didn t expect this kind of help I know you guys are just doing your job but you would be surprised how many people don t do there job the way you guys do thank you .

My Winnebago turn signal wasn t working and I needed an oil change so I thought I d see if Kenworth would be able to do the work. I m really impressed with the service foreman John. I explained that I wanted to be on the road the next day and he immediately told Buck, the service co-ordinator that he would fit me in. They suggested that I enjoy the Dodge City museum, which I did. All my concerns were looked after, without an appointment. Buck even ordered Cat oil for me they stock the filter for my generator, which is usually a special order elsewhere. I ve never had better service from anyone anywhere and the price was right.

Great folks to work with on getting my rig back up and running. The tech working on my truck is very knowledgeable about paccar engine issues and found what no other deal has been able to. Thank you for getting my truck right. Would definitely come back there for any reason. Parts service what ever you need .

Haven t had any service done here yet. But I waited at the service counter for awhile while multiple employees looked at me and walked passed me and didnt say anything. I walked out. And they charge 200& an hr for laborWas advised it I should have walked into office so perhaps it was my fault. But definitely happy they came out and hooked me up a day in advance.They dismissed my codes tor free

Hey drivers Dodge City Kenworth is a pretty piece of work they do poor work and lie about their warranty. I pray for one that gets caught up with the anyone with their system. Wichita headquarters is where the best lies are told. The will not be man enough to answer the phone . I have been out here for 30 years and they are one of the worst . So if you can please try to make it to KC.or Oklahoma city. Be safe out there drivers.

My experience here was great, the shop foreman,John, is awesome, he went above and beyond to get me goin, the shop was really busy and they fit me in to swap out an injector, the whole staff are really helpful and accommodating. DCKW will definitely be my go to for repair and parts for this area in the future

My truck was derated due to emissions system while on a team load. I pulled in here on Saturday expecting the worst. These guys are fantastic! They pulled me right in and diagnosed the problem immediately. Amazingly, they had the DEF quality sensor in stock and had me back on the road in less than 4 hours! Highly recommend Dodge City Kenworth.

The folks at Dodge City Kenworth are top notch. They were honest and treated me very well. When needed, they did everything to accommodate me and see to it that I was taken care of while my truck was being worked on. They worked tirelessly to get me out of the shop in as timely a manner as possible considering the circumstances of my visit. Highly recommended.

These guys are always super nice and helpful. Their work is on point and I never leave there feeling like I was overcharged or taken advantage of. I wish every dealer treated me like this but they dont. These guys are special.

I bring my truck showing some fault and they change the sensor and alternator.sensor will be 720 dollars and alternator will be 1180 dollars and make the bill of 5100 dollars total .so 3000 dollars they charge me labor for putting sensor and alternator.I will be surprised how they can make 5100 dollars but no option I have to pay .so before going please make sure what they will charge you

We had just purchased our RV in Texas got to Kansas and the unit wouldn't start. Come to find out the dealership had a jumper wire to the starting solenoid and it had fried. John and Jeremy from Dodge City Kenworth came out and fixed us up in no time. They did an amazing job and fixed a few other items while underneath. Definitely the place to go in Dodge City, doesn't matter gas or diesel!!

Update:After having trouble getting the part. Parts manager reached out to me and handled the matter. Addressed his staff, got me my part and did what needed to make things right. Was able to get my truck running again and back on the road. Big thanks to Shelby for being very professional and helping resolve the problem.Unprofessional parts department. Part was never ordered and when I called to check if it had arrived, was told it didn't come in cause it was lost and to check the following morning. For 4 days i checked in and got the same answer.. Called the dealer the part was being shipped from and was told they didn't receive an order from KW DC the day it was supposed to have been ordered. So the whole time I waited and checked in for it, to be told by supplying dealer that it wasn't ordered. Semi is down, not being able to work, all because of unprofessional employees who don't want to do their job. 3 part's employees specifically.

I been on the road about 8month but I have never seen nice people Dedicated to their work and so nice to the customers giving you updates all the time taking you to your hotel and in morning they come get you from the hotel. They just so nice to people I wish everyone as nice as they are.Thank you guys for your service I really appreciated.

The service was great! It took them a while to get my truck in ,but that is to be expected.,but when they got in ! I couldn't ask for a better job. The only thing I didn't like, was the mechanic didn't use any kind of covering while inside my truck and I have gray interior, but other than that they are great !

Took longer to get the parts in then it did to do the repairs. But I guess that's how it goes sometimes. Other than that The place treated me good and they tried their best is that I was having what the truck. Very helpful and making sure the paperwork got to the right places for my insurance purposes and other matters. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I went there for batteries. In the process of putting in my batteries they managed to blow the inline fuse for my inverter. When I get ready to load i discovered all the switched on the dash don't work either. Now I am being told it is a short and I am trying to find a shop that can get to it in less than 2 weeks. Everything was working when I got there.

This place is a candy store for truckers and drivers of all sorts. Plenty of room for parking, and the facility has a really nice exterior structure. The inside of the facility is one of the nicest settings I have ever seen for a truck shop, I'm talking shiny and organized. The customer service is second to none, and very resourceful.

Super good people, got me right in. Simple fix, leveling valve arm fell off. Put a new nut on, didn t charge me and sent me on my way. Will definitely go back if I need , and in the area.

These guys are top notch. Couldn't get my truck started at the Loves in Dodge City and these guys came and got me rolling again and saved me a lot of money. If I could give more than five stars to Kenworth and John(shop foreman) for getting me going again I would.
