He ridicules vehicles he doesn't like, left interior greasy, put 15 miles on my vehicle, did an experimental brake job without my permission and made me pay for it, he's rude and overcharged tremendously. Cannot recommend!

Hometown mechanic saved the ole Buick to keep moving down the road, which being able to stop turns out to be pretty important! Great service, respectful and reasonably priced for the service. Letting all customers know that there is a 4% fee running a credit card over the phone. The "gentleman" who took the payment neglected to say that until I called back asking why i was being charged an extra $10 - so thanks for letting us know what your payment options were..Not. and thanks for being a smart Alec saying "sorry" when you weren't. We do not live in dodge and we were told invoices don't bill until end of the month, so why was my husband not given the option to pay right then and there? To get more money out of us later when we clearly needed their help while in a bind? I double checked the invoice there is nothing stating about a fee to run card over the phone.Also, they replaced a tire for us - did very well on the replacement, but my husband had asked for them to check all the tires before he left on his 3 hour trip back home. When asked the rep if they did, not even sounding confident, he said yes, yet my husband stated and i saw when he got home the tire light never went off. VERY professional....ALSO, was just informed when my husband asked if the bill was $288 the man confirmed and ran our card for $299 anyways. Again VERY professional.
