Shawn is GREAT! He drove my car, diagnosed the problem quickly, and easily fixed it. I was just visiting DC and my car started making a funny sound. I needed to drive back to Pratt but didn't know if I should. I had called two other places. One was too busy to just drive my car for a few minutes. The other place had me leave a message, but never called back. Best One quickly said to come and they would diagnose it, which they did.

Bad semi TRL tire. 6 minutes R&R to the spare. Maybe they were hustling to go home but SUPER service and great crew. Mobile service available also.Service: TiresService: Tires

I came in with a flat tire on my semi, and they quickly incorrectly repaired the hole and put in a new valve stem. I was in and out in under 35 or 40 minutes. Highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great people, great.service, at a fair price. Steer tire blew out 20 miles west of Dodge city. They said they d be there in an hour and they were. Service with a smile, when was the last time you had that. Followed Shawn back to the shop and they replaced the other steer tire. Great service from great people.Service: TiresService: Tires

Started my day with an unexpected flat. These guys got me right in, took charge of my problems and turned my day into a win! Outstanding customer service and no monkey business. Firm believer that good business should travel faster than bad business and for that this is by far one of the best and fastest services I ve had on the road. I needed a trailer tire, walked in and gave them a tire size and under an hour back on the road. Great folks to work with and great service as well as great prices!

I had Best One Tire & Service - Dodge City last week fix a puncture in my tire and this week they gave me a great deal on four tires mounted and balanced. Customer was prompt and everyone I dealt with were respectful and courteous. I would definitely recommend if you needs tires to go here

We had a flat tire at the KOA Dodge City. We call Best One tore and Service and the send someone right the way. Shawn, the person who did the service, was professional and nice person. He did the job quickly and give us advices for the road too. Amazing Bussines.Service: TiresService: Tires

Showed up unannounced to get a steer tire repaired on my semi. I received prompt courteous service at a cheaper price than I ve paid in other places that made me wait and the manager Scott has more experience the tire industry than most people around the Dodge City area. It s just a win win!!

Dave here driver for Freymiller this Saturday, June 19 picked up my trailer from national beef my two inside trailer tires on the left side we re flat with the beads broken The technician they sent out after hours mind you was not only professional competent andcapable he had them two tires off and back on in relatively no time at all I can strongly recommend Best One tire Service these are the folks you need to see with any and all of your tire issues stay safe be blessed

Had an unexpected flat tire (like any flat tire is ever expected lol) and went to another place first. BIG MISTAKE! Tire couldn't be fixed and they wanted $900 for 4 "middle of the road" tires for my Durango which they wouldn't even have till the next day! I called Scott at Best One and got better tires for $200 less with prompt and friendly service. I won't waste time or money anywhere else!

I highly recommend Best One Tire &Service . Very professional staff and courteous! We were leaving back to Minnesota when I needed to have my back brakes repaired...they had us back on the road within an hour!

Love how quick and friendly the staff was...got me on the road quick ...fixing to go back for a tire alignment....this is my go to for flat repair...hands down best place to get fixed in town

Blew a tire at 5 am in the morning, the service truck was there an hour and a half later and took care of it as fastest as he could to get ne back on the road. Good guys!!
