They did a wonderful job on my SUV. They did miss a minor detail but the most important part they found and took care of. They are very friendly and very professional. Great place to get your vehicle fixed at!

Repaired my vehicle perfectly, wiped down and vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior. Excellent customer service and very professional and caring. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Just went in for an estimate this time but the experience was definitely a good one. The person that helped me got right down to business and I was out within 15 minutes with an appointment made. Will update after the actual repair takes place.Update: my car looks beautiful again and they even managed to save me some money! Would definitely recommend.

I am so impressed with the quality of work, the communication and prompt status updates and professionalism. My car was ready before it was promised and they worked with my insurance company, Allstate to get additional funding to cover all the repairs. My car was cleaned to perfection on the inside and outside. In fact, I was going to have to get it detailed but they cleaned the inside so good I don t have to do it now. Hopefully, it will be a long time before I need them again but definitely where I will go if needed. I highly recommend them.

Matt did a fantastic job. We were told that it was going to take a couple weeks once they got the parts. They called me exactly 1 week after the car was dropped off, that my car was ready. It looks brand new. Just like when I pulled it off the lot. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Always giving me updates as to what was going on.Thank you Collision Works and Matt!!!I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I highly recommend Derby Collision Works to anyone who needs work completed. The service was excellent. I was updated about my repairs every step of the way. They accommodated me by arranging my rental, dropping my repaired car at my house and returning the rental and even cleaning my vehicle and putting gas in it as I had just put some in the rental! Ellen was my service advisor and she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I can not say enough positive things and I can't recommended them highly enough!

Absolutely out of this word customer service! Recommend 10/5 stars. Tim went out of his way on more than one occasion from small things like driving me himself to my rental car and huge things when it came to repairing my vehicle! Thank you so very much, your acts of pure kindness and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. I appreciate you so much!

I took my vehicle in with an extensive amount of damage all down the drivers side. After Collision Works completed the repairs, it looked like a brand new vehicle. Everything matched up perfect! The Technicians really know what they are doing. The staff was friendly and courteous. I especially love the updates they text you throughout the process of the repair! I will definitely take all my auto body repair needs to Collision Works in the future.

My BMW was wrecked and needed both front and back bumper repaired/replaced so we took it here, after a few days we noticed the bumper clip wasn t attached to the sides of the front bumper so my husband called them and we were told to bring it in. I called Friday morning, dropped it off at 1:45pm amd by 5pm it was done. I then received a phone call and they offered to bring me my car to my home so I didn t have to get out in the cold. Excellent customer service, very professional & did quality work. So thank you guys very much and hope you all have a merry Christmas Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Collision Machine Works. They were very friendly when I dropped my vehicle off. They went thru all the paperwork with me, assessed my car with me, scheduled a rental for me, etc. They kept me informed thru texts, phone calls and emails on the status of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, it was SUPER clean and the staff were extremely accommodating!

Had a window get smashed out in my 4runner. Called the next day they had me scheduled and in no problem. The big surprise was the even clean8and vacuumed all the glass out of seat! Great guys great shop.

If your vehicle gets into a wreck do not hesitate to give these people a call. Not only do they have great customer service and are super nice but they also will take good care of your vehicle and they are true to their word. It will come back to you just as it was before the wreck. Maybe even better. The communication was outstanding. The timing in the work done and how fast we had the car back. Your team in Derby are the niecst people i have ever delt with in costomer service. I had a great experience here. Took my vehicle here due to a door ding that took the paint completely off. They did a great job on the repair, kept me updated on progress and cleaned my whole vehicle for me. Great service from Tim and the ladies there.

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with Collision Works in Derby. They were so patient with me and getting my insurance information figured out. They did everything for me; I did not have to speak with adjuster once after getting set up there. Heath and Robbie are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me get my car repaired. I was sent text message updates throughout the entire process and was called when needed. I couldn't be more happy. Picked my car up and it was spotless and they even fixed a small dent without telling me they would which was a pleasant surprise. No charge. Thanks a ton guys and also to the team who made my car look brand new again!

I had to take my van in after being hit by a deer. They had to replace both door panels and the mirror. They emailed me with every update. I saw it was in detail the last day so I assumed they were just washing the outside. They detailed the entire van! It wasn t even this clean when I bought it. They also included a $100 gift card to use at any point in the future or to give a friend. I have a lifetime warranty on all the work they did as well. I am beyond happy with my results. Thank you guys so much.

I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Ellen! Kept me updated and vehicle ready ahead of time. Small hiccup after picking it up, but they jumped right on it even though it wasn't anything they had done! I would recommend this business and THIS location! Work was better than I could have hoped for!! Ellen will take care of you!!

Recently hit a raccoon, so I set up a repair with my insurance and decided to use Collision Works of Derby. They replaced all parts necessary with OEM replacements. Called me to give me updates on how things were going. Perfectly matched the paint (thanks Ellen for double checking). I was told I'd have it back by the 30th of April and got my car back, in perfect condition, a day before. Highly recommended!

I drive a yield sign yellow Ford and was so afraid the yellow would not match. I had an accident a few years back and saw a sign for Auto Masters in Derby so gave them a call. My first wreck so I was really stressed out. So thankful I chose them. Did a magnificent job and you could not tell it had been hit. Then once again someone turned a corner and hit me a few years later and here we go again. I called and they came and picked my yellow car up at the site and got it back as good as new. Its a 2001 and you would never know its been hit. They also let me use a car, which being alone I have to depend on myself. It was wonderful. I appreciate them so much, they also do work for me at the automotive part of Auto Masters. Full service I would say..........We need more businesses around Derby like them that really care about doing a good job. And they do care!!!!!

Someone had backed into my truck in WalMart's parking lot causing damage to the right rear quarter panel of my truck. Collision Works was recommended so I took my truck there. Collision Works has performed service on three of my cars (It's not me, I swear.... I'm a decent driver. It's hail and parking lot scrapes). When my most recent scrape occurred, I called them first without a second thought. And, once again, I'm completely satisfied. My car looks great, they answered all of my questions with patience and enthusiasm, and I received frequent updates about the status of the repairs. I won't take my car anywhere else!

While visiting Derby, my windshield was broke. Justin at Collision Works got an appointment for me quickly. They did an excellent job on short notice. They even did clean up on the mess left by the broken glass on the inside! Thanks CW! You did great!
