Best! Place! Ever!Although they had to tell us some really bad news about our vehicle, they were honest, compassionate, and very detailed. They took their time to explain the issues with our car and what could be done to fix it. They were honest about the cost of the repairs as well as honest about whether putting the money into the vehicle was a smart decision, even though they lost work because of it. Truly amazing people! They have our loyalty forever!!!!!

Austin the first contact was on que.I broke off a bolt and gave me the option to wait for a sale on match 6,th 2024. Did state it would not be recommended to drive so long on donut and only 4 bolts. I decided to take care of it ASAP. He fit me into the service schedule for the same say. It was done by 5pm as he promised. This is my 3rd time having my vehicle serviced at this Firestone in Derby, KS.I have returned because I trust that they are experienced and responsible. I have to say that it's a little bit pricey for my budget but at the end of the day I'm going to say it's worth it and I feel safe in my car.Thanks guys!

I really felt like I was working with honest people. They diagnose my car quickly and finish repairs in a timely manner. All of the employees that I dealt with were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any other car needs.

Would not recommend been there twice and twice was sent away. First time they said they could not get wheels off my truck took to Greenwich Firestone they had zero problems. 2nd time I took my son's truck in for a alignment after replacing all the ball joints and tie rods got a call 2 hours later saying they could not do the alignment until I replaced steering gear box because they could not get the steering wheel straight took it to Bosleys and did not have any problems with alignment with the same geer box.

Great service, just make sure you make an appointment. They are open on Sunday but they don't have an alignment tech available. I went in for a rotation and alignment. Was out in an hour. They have a decent waiting area, with a TV and free coffee.

I ve been coming to this location since it was open so maybe 2-3 years. However this time I scheduled an alignment and ended up with an alignment AND an oil change I didn t ask for. I however accepted it and paid for it but something added like this tests the trust I have for this location. It may have been an honest mistake but that caused me to spend another $90 some that I didn t plan on. Otherwise keep up the good work and I still plan to bring my vehicles since I have not had any other issues.

The guys took the time to explain what was going on. Lots of guys don't for some of us women! Alot of us are Single and honestly we need to know we matter. We need to know exactly what is up.Thank you Firestone

I had new tires installed. They didn't set my TPMS sensors correctly and I feel they didn't replace my valve stems because one of them leaked. Had to return a second time to get everything repaired.Update... tire is still losing air. Will have to return a third time! Unacceptable! Will go to Discount Tire next time!

I've taken my vehicles to other shops in the area and the Derby Firestone is the only one who I trust to do a great job and not try to run up the repair bill with things that are not needed. Staff are always friendly and upfront.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Service is done timely and they honor appointments made online on the app. Staff is not pushy to get to price up, they explain the conditions of your vehicle and recommend services accordingly. Definitely recommend this location.

The Rock Rd store in Derby is awesome. A very positive experience from start to finish. I've noticed very little turnover in the store staff, which is a good sign in today's environment.

The experience I had with this location was egregious. I had gone in person Thursday to schedule an appointment to change my front brake pads. The store offered a 10:00 am time slot on Friday 11/3/2023. I dropped my vehicle off and asked how long the job would take they said 2 hours and handed my keys over. It was 12:15PM I received an invoice through email with how much it was and what was done on the vehicle so I called at 12:30PM and was told nothing got done and they just got brake pads to the store since they where hard to find. Understandable so I gave them more time as they said a tech would be in any minute to pull the car into the bay. Around comes 4:30PM and I show up and they still haven't touched my vehicle and not a single phone call communicating with me what was going on. They offered a $15 coupon on a near $300 job. This is frustrating that nobody wanted to communicate except the customer to keep finding out that nobody was working on said vehicle especially since 2 hours turned into 6. I had given them another chance after they took 8 hours to do a oil change on my car that I scheduled 2 weeks in advance and they had pulled my car in and out 6 times to do other vehicles and completely regret this location.

I have used Derby Firestone for years now for my personal and business vehicles. I was in a pinch with a van down. Gary got right on it and got my van back on the road. Thank you Gary and Firestone for your prompt and honest service!

Was told that by law (DOT) that they could not fix a tire that had fix a flat in it. Ask for the documentation and couldn t provide it. Researched it and their is no law. Basically they only want to sell you new tires and not fix them. Not the Firestone I use to know.

We have been customers of Firestone for 40 years. The Derby location was a joy for us when it opened. The employees are professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about car repair. We continue to receive the same service we always received at the downtown location. You're given the opportunity to know what the issue is with your car before any repairs are made. Also you can go to the Firestone website and see various coupons, from service repairs to oil changes, to tire purchases. I encourage you to give this Firestone a try or any of the various locations around Wichita.

I was able to find inexpensive tires here for my old truck. They're cheapies but so is the truck so I didn't need (nor did I want) high end tires. Nick was very helpful and didn't try to beat me into buying something I didn't want. I appreciate his quick accommodating service!

The manager and staff went above and beyond to provide quality repairs to my vehicle and to take care of an issue with a part that was just a bit outside the warranty. The vehicle broke down late one day and they had it repaired by the next afternoon. They are courteous and take very good care of customers at this location. I highly recommend the service here.

Be warned. I ve enjoyed going to Firestones nationwide in the past. I will never go to this location. The person who answered the phone (I won t say his name) lied to my face and told me my vehicle needed all four of it s TPMs replaced for $80 each when I asked to schedule a full tire replacement. I confirmed with Subaru that this is a bold faced lie and instead took my business elsewhere.Service: Tires

These guys were awesome, they checked what was wrong with sensors and they did all the work ordered and went above and beyond to make sure Jeffrey's van was good to go. Reasonable price for 4 new tires. No pressure sales tactics for extras. They have new customers in us and we highly recommend this location and the workers.

I purchased tires and a warranty less than 2 years ago. I've had the vehicle to them multiple times for alignments but they didn't rotate the tires while they were there. I thought they would do it when they did an alignment and did not ask for the service, and they didn't call and say hey while we have your car we need to rotate the tires so you don't void your tire warranty. They just did the alignment and gave it back. Even though they knew they needed rotated. I know this because last time we picked it up they tell my wife we need to get it back in to rotate your tires.... Why they didn't call us and tell us this wass needed while they had the car already? Needless to say we started seeing excessive wear on the outside tread of the tires. We take it back to them and the warranty is void because the tires have never been rotated. I will not be buying anything from this location again if they don't even know how to call the customer when something needs done on the car "because we didn't ask for it.".

We live in southeast wichita but always make it a point to drive to derby to get our cars serviced here! We love the honest communication and they have always done great work on our vehicles! We recommend them to anyone searching for a place to get some work done on their cars!

I would recommend Derby Firestone. I had a very low tire and Austin worked me in knowing I was late for work. They quickly repaired my 10 day old tire, and at no charge. Could not have asked for a better experience!Service: TiresService: Tires
