This place is excellent! The techs are fast and professional. They do a great job and check all fluid levels, and the air in your tires. Prices are reasonable. You are in and out in about 5 minutes. They will be getting repeat business from me!

Tried to get a coolant flush done 3 separate time, each time I was told to come at a different time because the manager wasn't in, but would be in later/another day. Apparently the manager doesn't keep a consistent schedule, and does not like to communicate when he will be in. Overall unimpressed by the professionalism at this place.

Derby Quick Lube used to be the only game in town. Now, even with several new quick change businesses up the road, these guys are still there and doing a great job. The system remembers your prefered oil and they get you in and out quickly with a full check of tires pressures and tip off of all of the important fluids. It's a great way to check my young drivers to get into the routine of taking care of their vehicle.

Love this place, I have been getting oil changes here for all of our vehicles for the past 10 years! Personnel is outstanding and very nice The service is exceptional, I have not had one problem with the Quick Lube thus far.Definitely recommend

Handy place for a super fast oil change at a reasonable rate. Pull around the back, get in line (if any), the person ahead of you pulls out, you pull in, answer a quick check in and approx. 10 minutes later you are paying and leaving. Great job!

Went to Derby Quick Lube for an oil change. Have been taking my vehicle to the dealership but after this experience, I will be coming back. Staff is super friendly, helpful, and very courteous. The prices are extremely reasonable and well worth it. Also received coupons for my next visit- this is what customer service is all about.

Excellent customer service! I stopped in to have them check on a sensor that went off in my vehicle. The gentleman checked and told me what the issue was and topped my oil off all for free. I absolutely will not go anywhere else in town for oil changes or services derby quick lube provides! Very thankful for them and their amazing kind caring staff!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Went there once they never changed the oil had to replace both varible timing sensors before next oil change because of how dirty it was it came out like syrup there was about five guys working on my car that tells you something right there if you do go check your oil lmmediately afterwards my car has 38 ,172 miles right now oil is changed very regularly you never saw the oil you were in the Office charging my credit card all your employees did was change the oil filter but thats ok i will go back for that kind of serviceService: Oil change

After getting my oil changed at Derby Quick Lube I was driving on the highway and something metal was dragging underneath my car. I have had my oil changed on this car several other times at other places and have never had this problem. When i looked underneath my car there was a zip tie holding the metal peice to my car. They did fix it, hopefully, but blamed it on car instead of taking any accountability. I know people mistakes and all I wanted was an apology.

Excellent service with a smile. The technicians are well trained and courteous. The attendant never tries to sell you something you don't need. They keep better records of my vehicles than I do. I have been going here for years and will keep coming back.

They definitely put old oil into my car. My car blew a head gasket and I drove it in after I put head gasket sealer in my car to get the oil changed. My car wasn t able to drive off after driving it there perfectly fine originally. It was close to closing time after that so they basically told me there wasn t anything they could do and that it was a prior issue because I told them about the head gasket. 100% won t be coming back. I watched them drive off happily as my car was broke down in their parking lot. Here is a picture of the oil they said they changed and new oil. Mind you this is after I towed it back to my house and started pulling the head off.Service: Oil change

Service and employees are great but honestly I think prices could be cheaper. Learn to do it yourself or you can pay these guys and it will be done QUICK.

They put coolant in my oil and almost blew my engine. Then the owner laughed at me and my mechanic. It cost me $1800 to fix my car. Do NOT go to this negligent so called business. Horrible horrible owner and if not for My automatic shut off then my engine would have been completely screwed. They also left my friends oil cap off and my husband's oil not filled all the way. Every time I go there they are done with my oil change in 20 minutes or less. They also check my fluids in my tires. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. What is the only place I get my oil changed. Definitely a place to go if you want to be treated right.

$78.83 for a quick oil change and nothing else... unless you want to count being lied to about your other fluids being checked/full as a service. After waiting only 8 minutes in the reception area, I m told everything is ready to go and all my fluids were okay, but they topped off my wiper fluid... Which is weird it needed topped off, because I just filled it myself earlier that week, but whatever, I pay and head home. Get home and just double check my fluids are fine, because that service was EXTREMELY fast and the last bit about topping off my wiper fluid when there wasn t even room to do so was strange.I pop the hood and guess what... my fluids could not have even been glanced at... coolant below minimum right where it was when I filled my own wiper fluid and noticed it. So I call them and they play super dumb, they probably don t have many people check their work and see if people are actually getting what they pay for. Speaking to the manager he apologizes and after I describe when I was there (literally 10 minutes ago) and what. Y car looks like he responds, oh, yeah, I wasn t here when you came through and asks me to bring it back in. I bring it back in and the manager takes a look at everything and proceeds to tell me that he remembers filling the coolant as he s point to an imaginary line that he filled it up to, but it s clear the fluid isn t at that imaginary line anymore and I didn t you just tell me on the phone that you weren t there when I described my timing and vehicle..? Weird... I tell him it could not have been filled, because the line is sitting exactly where it was when I looked myself 2 days ago at which point he stops covering/lying for himself and just fills the thing like I already paid them to do. Then he tells me he ll give me $15 dollars off my next change... lol okay dude, like I m ever coming back to this place.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They also are typically finished working on vehicles withing 15-20 minutes, so you don't have to worry about waiting 2 hours to get your oil changed.

All around great service; and as per the namesake? Quick as well. Good group of employees working there now. Hasn't ALWAYS been that way; (I had a nightmare oilchange there about 12 years ago) but it's been great for years now.

Perhaps the fastest oil change I have ever experienced in my life! Less than 25 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I was driving away. They offer high quality products and the staff is knowledgeable. This was first visit but it won't be my last.

Victor and his boys have been changing my oil since July 1st of 2020. Yesterday I had to go in and see why my car was not having a charge on new battery. I was having to carry a Phillips screw driver cause out of no where it would have nothing and car would not start. Wire to cable he said. When they fixed that the idle was much better.They will have my business from now on. Kindness, respect and experience is why I will now continue.

I am not sure why they have the word quick in their name as there is nothing quick about them. There were 2 cars in front of me, and an hour later I finally pulled into the bay. If I wasn t over due for my oil change I would have left.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had an oil change with what I thought was no issues. A few days later I got a low voltage warning on my battery.Opened the hood to find the battery terminals corroded and a fluid bin completely empty and now missing a cap.It seems in their rush to change the oil, they rubber stamped the other inspections. At that point, you have to wonder, what if they weren't careful putting in the oil filter or the oil drain plug?Service: Oil change

Great service. Checked all fluids and tires and even washed windshield. They will top off any fluid for free until next oil change. Very reasonable and quick.
