I truly am thankful for this roadside service. I had a flat tire on Easter Sunday and Tyler arrived in less than 45 min. He needed no additional guidance following his GPS. Tyler was polite and efficient.Thank You.Elaine.W.American Family Insurance customer for about 9 years.

The experience was great. Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He quickly got the tire changed and offered to plug the hole. However the nail was in at an angle so he wasn t able to. He placed the original tire in my trunk and was off. Fast and easy. Thank you Tyler.

He was speedy. Which is often the most important in these situations. He answered calls and kept in contact. Arrived when he said he would. Unlocked it in a hot second and was on his way. No hassle. One signature and a couple pictures that HE took so I didn't even do anything. Hardest part was pulling my ID out to verify it was me and a little finger signature. Would highly recommend!

Quick we waited 45 mins. He grabbed the charger and told me to turn my car over and it did just that!! Happy that I paid extra for roadside assistance for this reason Services: Battery service, BatteryServices: Battery service, Battery

This guy was very rude. From the moment he pulled up his attitude was off. He also told me I needed a key to get my spare off, when I questioned if he was right he became livid. Seems to me he wanted to tow the vehicle. He threw my belongings on the ground, told my wife that we were on our own, and then he left us there stranded. The crazy part about it all? I watched a YouTube video to see if we needed a key, I explained to him that the video says we do not need one. He told me customer is always right with an attitude, huffing and puffing before leaving. The spare tire came off without a key after he left. I got it off. I called what I thought was a professional, seems to me a rookie showed up who seemed to know nothing about what he was doing. They have terrible service, bad attitudes, lack of knowledge, and will treat you as if you did or said something wrong. Terrible service. Not to mention I waited on him for 2 hours. Only to be left stranded by a driver with a terrible attitude. I would not recommend this company! Find someone else!Service: Tire change

Super fast response and friendly service! I awoke 1/11/2021to a dead car battery. Called To The RessQ and they were at my house within 30 min. They tested my battery and had a replacement already on their truck. Happy to pay their reasonable service fee to have the new battery installed right in my garage. SO CONVENIENT. The guy who came had no trouble at all using my wheel lock to get my flat tire off. To the rescue was the second service I had to use. The first one from rapid rescue didn't know how to use the wheel lock and left my car keys in the ignition and the door was open. When I got home from work several hours later, I heard the beeping to alert me me the key was still in the ignition. So it was a big stress relief when it only took five minutes to change the tire. What a great company that stands behind its name! It was almost 11 at night when I realized my keys were locked in my car. I started stressing and was completely frustrated. I reached out to To The RessQ and they were there in a matter of no time as well as had my car unlocked and opened in no more then 45 seconds. All with great customer service. If you're in a pinch and need a business that stands by their name and provides a great service. Give this company a call!

Dan is the man. Our Mercedes died and he showed up within the hour. Jumped the car. Gave us great advice. Told us some things we could do to try and fix the issue and had a great attitude. It is under 30 degrees here and pitch black at 6pm. He never once complained about any of the environmental challenges. Super awesome to work with.

I was super-impressed with how quickly they arrived, how quickly they were able to get into my frozen car, and jump-started it and they were off! The gentleman was amiable and quickly lowered my blood pressure from having a car problem!
