This place is a pretty good place. They did some work on my car recently I didn't get the chance to meet the guys that did the work on my car but I want to say they did excellent work on my car . It feels almost brand new . And it didn't take much time at all. I would definitely use them Again if needed. Thank you guys for your service out in DeSoto !!

I cannot give a review on their ability to do repair work because after having our vehicle for 6 months NO repair was done. We were charged $110.00 and told what was wrong (a simple repair) John was rude and so put out every time we called we were told they would look at it the next week. After 6 months of this we had it towed out of there with no repair.

My Impala had suspension an axle problems he got it done quick an didn't charge me extra when I couldn't pick it up for about 4 days good mechanic will be going back

I wish I could give zero stars. Not sure how this place has a single good review. They are beyond disrespectful and unbelievably slow. They held our car for months before finally looking at it. They seemed so put out anytime we called for updates and screamed at us upon pickup of the car that they never actually fixed. Do not waste your time with this place.

My car wasn t turning over so it was towed to the shop and fixed before the day was over. It runs brand new again! I have never had such great and fast service before. On top of that, it s reasonably priced. Wish all shop experiences were like this!

John and his son have both worked on our cars for years. They do a fantastic job and I trust them. You have to know that his shop isn't like most, but they are both honest, hardworking guys. They've gone out of their way to help us out a number of times.Most importantly, they treat me, as a female, the same as they treat my husband. I can't tell you how many auto shops I've dealt with that treat women like airheads. Worse, we've had the exact same shops give my husband and I radically different estimates for the same repairs on the same car. John's has never, ever done that.John's has fair prices, they don't charge an arm and a leg. They'll try to find a used part to save you money if you prefer, and don't charge huge labor costs. We've never felt like we overpaid for repairs. Give John's a try. You'll be glad you did.

I took my car in for an issue with the A/C. He was easy to talk to for scheduling of the appointment and dropping off my car. He had to drain my coolant and refill it and charged very little for it. He also had it finished the same day. I highly recommend this shop and will be going back if I need any other work done.

John & JR have been taking care of our personal and business vehicles since 2004. My dad was a mechanic but when he could no longer service our vehicles, I shopped around for about a year before taking my truck to John's. Never been anywhere since. They do great work, fast, and the prices are good.

John was incredibly kind to me when I broke down on my old diesel truck, he trouble shoot a few things for a long time to make absolutely sure he was right on his diagnostic. Which was nothing but a loose radiator hose.He didn t try to upsale, make me wait, charge me more... just purely kind and honest individual.You can tell immediately he has many many years of experience as a mechanic, I still feel the blessing of his help wile I was stranded and left feeling so taken care of and so safe to drive away.Highly recommend, you can t find honest, knowledgeable, kind and fare mechanics like this anymore.More like 10 stars.

The absolute BEST & HONEST mechanic with unbeatable repair prices. That's huge as I've been taken advantage of as a female, but never by John! He is completely worth the extra mileage to drive to and wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else!

John is a very honest person. It's so hard to find a auto mechanic who won't take advantage of you. Straight forward to the point. Please consider letting John and his crew fix your car.

I would give them 5 stars, but they are pretty bad about getting back to me anywhere near the day they say. I constantly have to call them after they tell me they will call on a certain day or time. Other than that, great customer service and very kind people

my first experience was a great value, no problems. However, you should expect to leave you vehicle. John did offer a ride, but I came prepared with a bicycle
