After dealing with 2 other car parts stores, I ended up here. Best price out of all 3 and I got what I needed. If I'd have gone to O Reilly, I would have spent $350 on a part I didn't need and still had a broke down car. I highly recommend Carquest and will go with their experienced staff. They don't treat women like they don't know what they're talking about.

Every time I've been in, I've had excellent customer service. This store has a surprisingly varied inventory, including a decent selection of nuts, bolts and washers.

This car part store owns the carwash next-door, I paid for an eight dollar wash, the machine only did half of my car half of the time, the foam and sprays out barely makes it to the car and it s just a very poor service. When I explained it to the people at the car part store, the response I got was oh I m sorry and here s a four dollar coupon for your next car wash, no discussion of a refund. Don t use this car wash.

The counter person who helped me was very helpful. He listened to the problem I was having and he suggested what could possibly be wrong. Then he explained how to figure out which part I needed. Very pleased.

Knowledgeable staff. That makes a big difference. Their pretty good. If they don't have it, they can usually get it same day.
