Mike was down to earth, straightforward, old school service. He answered every call and communicated with us very well. He tried his very best to make the deal work. He was flexible with us with our trade in while waiting for our new vehicle to arrive. You will not get this one on one straightforward, no BS service in the big city. Thanks, Mike!

Vehicle needed a new motor after breaking down a few miles from their facility.Tubbs & Sons did a phenomenal job bringing my baby back to life and left my vehicle cleaner than when I dropped it off.They were in constant communications and no surprise chargesGreat work!

Chris and his team are outstanding mechanics. There respect, work, quality, and cleanliness is the only around. I have never been treated so well at a dealer. This is the place you need to go for any work, well worth the extra miles driven to have them do it. I was traveling through and Chris got my truck in within the half hour of it arriving, even had the dignity to stay past closing to get it done.

VERY disappointed with Ford on this one.As if traveling to Colorado from Kansas during a strong dust storm isn't nerve wrecking enough, an unusual instrument light notification appeared on our 2022 Ford Explorer, so we relied on our Ford App to search for an Authorized Ford dealer and was directed to Tubbs & Sons approximately half an hour away from our current location.Glad to have arrived safe and sound, to what we thought was safety, only to be turned away with the statement, "we don't have anyone here that can assist you".I was flabbergasted that an authorized Ford dealer with a visible staff of (at least) 6-7 men in service attire, midday Friday, could not EVEN take the time to walk out to our vehicle and just glance at it!This is a regular trip that we will be making to visit my, soon to be, first Grandchild so we are contemplating on purchasing another brand of vehicle that will: A) not leave us stranded and, B) hire a better team of customer service agents that care and support their brand or at the very least be trained to correct issues that may arise with their vehicles.An employee attempting to locate the issue would have been much better customer service, than a group of employees just turning away customers without empathy or even curiosity as to why we were experiencing this issue.

There are no words to express my gratitude. Every staff member from service to sales tried assist me and my boyfriend when our engine smoked and died on the mile marker 66 west bound. We waited patiently and arrived at 8am without an appointment, due to an unexpected situation. Ron was so kind and helpful! Thank you again :)

Our power steering went out driving from Denver back home and they have been extremely helpful so far. The owner personally drove me back to the hotel where we are staying while the car is being serviced. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They were very quick to get the vehicle into the shop for diagnostics. Still in the process of getting everything figured out and repaired but I am very pleased so far.

Great customer service. My wife and I were driving cross country in separate cars and she got a nail in a tire in eastern Colorado. It was Saturday afternoon and this was the first dealer we could reach with a service department open past noon that could patch tires. The service rep I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, even advising us of options if we couldn't make it all the way to Colby. Luckily the tire held up so we could reach them. When we arrived they were able to get the tire patched right away, even though we arrived only 30 minutes prior to the shop closing. A very quick, friendly, and professional service experience.As an aside, while we were waiting outside walking our two small dogs, one of the sales reps invited us to bring the dogs into the dealership which was nice due to the heat outside. Another dealership worker brought them dog treats while we waited. Took the time to talk to us and make us feel welcome. Nice touches especially considering they knew we were only passing through and wouldn't ever bring them a sales commission.

Wow! This guys are amazing. Our truck broke down while traveling back from Colorado to Florida. Radiator died on the highway while pulling a travel trailer. We were in such a pinch. The people at Tubbs and sons Ford are the best. Chris at the service department got our truck in, found us a radiator and had our car fixed by 9 AM the next morning.Thank you Tubbs and sons Ford! Makes me want to buy my next car from them.Definitely recommend!

My husband and I were traveling cross-country in our Class C E450 powered motor home when the check engine light began flashing on I70. Luckily, we were about 30 miles from Colby, KS, and this Ford dealership. We gave them a call and, Chris, the service manager, told us to come by. They helped us right away, and within an hour, Quentin had our motor home up and running. Kind people, and fast service. Highly recommend!

My father and I are on a roadtrip back to New York from Nevada and our 1996 F250 Diesel just died on I-70. Luckily we got recommended to Tubbs & Sons because they are very knowledgeable, friendly and fixed up our truck in a very timely manner! They were also fair priced. Now she's running like a champ! Highly recommended to anyone passing through this small town!

These guys are great! We were just traveling through on a family vacation and heard an ugly banging/rattling sound in our van. I pulled in, explained the situation, and they took a look right away and figured it out. So thankful for the quality customer service at a time when we were in a rush. Highly recommend these guys!

Mike Tubbs is a fantastic guy, he remembers you and the car you bought. He'll ask about your day and how you've been. The sales staff is personable and not pushy. They will answer any and all questions without fault. I bought my 2015 Ford Escape from here and fell in love. Quick service from the service department. Great inventory, and if they don't have something they can find it!!!

On our way from KC to Denver, our F250 started smoking like crazy. These guys said, no worries we will get you squared away as they are diesel experts. The next business day they were able to fit me in and got 4 injectors in the truck. Their prices were inline with major dealers here in KC and I felt confident on their work as my truck worked like a champ. Thanks Guys!

Tubbs & Sons took great care of us and our Ford Flex recently when we were in Colby, KS for a High School reunion. Our car was damaged when we hit an animal at night, coming into town. Tubbs did a great job of helping us get around town the day we dropped the car off. They also were very good about getting the parts in on a timely basis so we could get back on the road for the trip home.The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. They all went out of their way to accommodate us.I wish we had a Tubbs & Sons here in Fargo, ND!

These people are genuine! My Mom and I were traveling through Kansas when our car broke down in Colby. Called the Ford dealership hoping for the help we needed...WOW! Mike talked to me after hours and assured me that around 7:00am Jay (Service Manager) would be in and they would take care of me. I showed up at 7:00 am and they took care of everything! Even loaned us a car so we could get around that day. Who is Mike? The owner! Try to get that level of neighborliness anywhere but Colby KS!!!!

Jay and his deisel tech Cory were both friendly and very helpful. I was taveling and stopped on a Saturday and they assisted me promptly. I appreciate Ford and service departments like this one.

Had been looking for a door latch for my 2005 E 250 with no luck. Came by and gave the information to the parts guys and within a week I had a new latch installed and working great!! Thank you!!
