Nobody talked to me about oil options, they just gave me the most expensive option. $91 for 4 quarts and a paper filter is too much. I provided the tool to change my oil filter, so they were able to get it done. I appreciate the oil change, but I think I d pass on this place.

I'm a single mom, was relocating across the country about a year ago when I ran into oil problems overnight. The staff found the problem: the lube place before didn't screw the oil filter on correctly and I'd been leaking oil for a couple states. Super fast, nice guys, not expensive and worth the stop for service. Don't call, just show up. These guys know what they're doing, they explain everything and make recommendations and they aren't pushy. 10/10 service and staff. Thanks again!

This place has gone downhill since the new owners. Been trying for 3 weeks to get an oil change, called ahead once because I could never get in, wouldnt even set an appointment or tell me a good time to try. Today went by with over a half hour before closing, all the guys in the back standing around just stared at me with a locked front door. No service. After 3 weeks of trying to get an oil change, I'm done, gonna start hiring friends to do it.Way to keep the business alive guys.

I asked how much an oil change was and before they could give me an answer they had already drained my oil. It was $100 for 5 quarts of oil . Not only that, they asked if I would like to leave my skid plate off since I would have to take it off every time I change my oil. I said no I want to put back on because it serves a purpose protecting the undercarriage and I didn t make it 20 miles down the road before I found out it was installed incorrectly and began dragging across the ground and busted all to pieces. The low tire pressure gage was low and we went to 3 different gas stations to get air and they were all out of service or didn t have an air machine. We pulled up to the Quick Lube and asked if we could get some air. A very nice man came out and filled our tires for us free of charge.

Absurd prices. 1.2 pints of synthetic oil was about 75 dollars. You could buy a filter, oil pan, and a sizable amount of oil for ~40. If you have the experience, it s much more of a save than to bring it to them. Only plus is that they do an almost full car check, but then procede to squeeze more out of you shall you have something minuscule like bad wiper blades. Please seek other businesses.Service: Oil change

My wife & I were traveling from Denver to Kansas City & stopped in Colby for gas. We noticed smoke coming out of the engine & Kansas Quick Lube was just down the street. When we arrived the technician greeted us warmly & asked how he could help. I explained the concern to him, he popped open the hood, & w/in 30 seconds he'd identified the problem & recommended a cost-efficient fix. We went from exasperated & discouraged by what could have been a costly & timely fix to appreciative & grateful for Kansas Quick Lube's authenticity, straightforwardness, & customer service. Couldn't recommend this place more!

The crew has been doing my Diesel since I have had it would trust them with any vehicle I own!! Very personal and all around great buch of techs.Highly recommend them!!

I couldn t believe it when my wife came home. She asked for mobile 1 and they didn t have it but told her Orileys next door did. So she spends $50 on oil and the filter and takes it to them. She gets the total and it s another $50 to change it=$100!?!? Outrageous, I only didn t change my own because I didn t have time today. Walmart does it for $50 including oil. Don t get ripped off like we did.

I have had this company change my oil in Salina and Colby .. I would say that the Colby location was better.. they were faster , they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, like the Salina location, the people were very friendly and knowledgeable, made sure I was set for the drive back to Salina , wish they were closer to me. Would recommend as I felt comfortable here when people aren't trying to sell you up..

Needed an oil change on a cross country trip. Glad we stopped here! They got us in and out in under 30 minutes and we didn't even have to unhook the trailer!!! Thanks Kansas Quick Lube!!!

Definitely not impressed with the car wash. First time using it...... Doesn't even look like I took it through. The scrubbers didn't seem to have any soap on them at all

Got charged twice at the car wash. Had to wait 7 days for the other fee to "fall off" kinda like when u pay at the pump, it puts a hold.

Friendly staff. Sometimes the wait seems a little excessive. There is free coffee and donuts, however. Waiting area is stocked with current newspapers. Automatic car wash on location.
