Good group of guys, got d rated from the def and they squeezed me into their schedule for the next day. Can t complain, got a bottle of makers mark and went to the hotel next door. Didn t upcharge either.

I called them at 4pm Tuesday to check if they had an airdryer for my 2020 Freightliner cascadia, I gave them the vin number and they said they had the part. I got to the Pilot near there at 6pm so I had to wait till Wednesday morning, then they said they couldn't change the part till after noon. I waited till 1pm then they said the part wouldn't feet. At the end they made me go there, and wait and lose my time. And they even wanted me to pay just for open the hood take a few screws off and put it back again. Non sense lazy people.

Drove 90 miles for parts, Your website says your open, front door list Saturday hours. Called your after hours number,got connected to some dude. He advised you are normally open on Saturdays but decided with the storm, they decided to get your truck's out early.. He was an hour and half away and was quite obvious he did not want to come in.. yeah storm coming in tha's why we came today.. We won't be back !

If I could go negative stars I would. Had a bull gear go out and was towed here. I had an alt. belt replaced while they were at it. Nearly $7000 in 12 days later was running again. 672 miles later the alt. belt broke breaking my a.c. lines out of the compressor. Talked to Stacy here and he wants me to go back to their shop from Oklahoma City. Hoping the old belt will hold when the alignment of the pulleys took out the new belt. I told him I don't even think I can get out of Oklahoma City. His remark "well I don't know what I can tell you"These people are dumbasses!!!

Not open until 7PM like they say they are on their hours of operation. I came out of my way for a part to repair a coolant leak for nothing.

Have done business with these guys for over 10 years and they have always been honest to deal with and take care of us.

Open till noon on Saturday but only for parts. None of their mechanics work saturday.
