I wanted to share what a great job the people do in the bakery with special order cakes at Coffeyville Walmart. I always get compliments on the cakes we have and people are surprised how good they taste and how nicely they are decorated. They are always very helpful and kind. Thank you

Lately, the store has been very dirty with trash all over in the parking lot. Watched an employee walk over trash to in the store it was crazy didn't even blink an eye to do anything about it.

Came here for the bathroom and to buy a few things from the pharmacy. I get so confused in this store because it's different from the one I usually go to. The bathroom was clean, and I found the items without too much hassle. The store was clean and bright.

Hit or miss with produce and I can't go to this store without employees blocking an aisles with their carts and forcing me to walk around. If they didn't have self checkout you wouldn't be able to get out of the store since there are always so many employees chatting instead of working.

Tried to exchange the cheap television the dead beat non custodial parent to my son purchased. The manager wouldn't let me pay the difference without the receipt knowing it was a gift. I offered to get a copy of the receipt since the cheap dead beat is in another state, I offered to show a text with the card numbers and the manager just walked off refusing to help with the Christmas gift exchange in any shape or form. She just got rude and started ignoring me. I went ahead and bought the more expensive television but the kind lady at the counter told me I may only have 15 days (2 days from now) to get the receipt. It's a 5 hour round trip and I have to work. Why isn't a fax or copy good enough? I wasn't asking for a refund at all. You are a mean one misses Grinch. But the company is proud you stood up for the bottom line rather than a single parent.

This store single handedly ruined shopping at Walmart locations. They don't have non-returnable items marked so even if you get the wrong item they refuse to return or exchange items. I called the store manager and received unprofessional attitude and snarky remarks about their policy that didn't make any sense when I politely asked for clarification. Employees and management are rude and their policies are clearly made to be confusing and purposely hidden from customers. I'm disgusted with this location.

Bought a garden hose, it developed a leak I purchased within Walmart 90 day return policy with a receipt, wouldn't return because I didn't have the box it came in with a UPC code. Read the policy, they weren't happy, very unlike the way Mr Sam founded this company on, I spoke with Walmart corporate, they indicated that store management has greater leeway than was administered by local manager, but ultimately they have final say so

Best darn Walmart for miles. It has a large selection of domestic and imported foods and good. Auto Dept. Offers none of the old services besides battery testing.

Money services doesn't know how to make change? Or walmart stopped making change?? Either way it's amazing walmart hired so many retards who all work so damn slow. Their security is really on top of things watching the restrooms instead of the products. This store is the reason why Target is considered high class compared to trailer trash. But I guess what more do any of you expect from Kansas. Where everyone I've met so far is apparently on probation lmfao. I don't even know why the employees are there?? Don't we check ourselves out? Lolol

I am disabled so I have to ride the mobility chair and they seem to have plenty and clean and charged.This is my favorite place to shop. Bathrooms are very clean. Good buys all over.My favorite place to shop is the pet section.Thank you Walmart for being #1 to me.

I did a pick-up order, and I loved it. It was easy to place my order on the app. Then, all I had to do was drive to Wal-Mart and park my car in the pick-up area . They loaded my items in my car, and I was off for home to unload.

Visited this supercenter July 23rd 2023 , it was such a nice clean store. Even the bathroom was clean . The workers we incountered were all so nice and helpful.

Richard was extremely helpful. We couldn't find what I was looking for, but he suggested I check at the WalMart in Independence and wouldn't let me buy something that wasn't suitable for the purposes for which I sought, and we settled on something different but that would also help in my project. Thanks!!! It's nice to see this world still has a few ethical people.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I made a large purchase that was $399 only to take it home and open the box to find nothing but a bunch of junk!!!! NOT WHAT I HAD PURCHASED!!!! someone had opened the box taken out the product and replaced it with a bunch of junk!!! I took it back to the store in good faith that I could simply exchange the box of junk with receipt in hand, for the product I wanted. Well, this didn't happen and I was accused of lying and stealing!!!! BOTH OF WHICH I AM NOT!!! I tried calling customer service 3 different times and no one will call me back!!! So, if you decide to make a purchase that cost a lot and you have saved money just to get this product, I would suggest you open that @#$@# box before you leave the store to make sure you got what you paid for.this issue has even resolved!!! I got a call finally from the store manager Brian: he looked over the case and video, I got the product I had purchased originally, he let me look in the box to make sure it was the product and not junk. AND he went above and beyond that. It's good to know that there are still people who work for walmart that care. Thank you Brian!!!

I ran in for a new laundry basket. It should have been a 5 to 8 min visit. ALLcheckout lines were backed up 3 or more deep. Even the few self checkout lines were backed up. No express lines were available. Walmart wasted my time this morning. Not pleased to say the least.

Did shopping inside and thought I had scanned an item but hadnt. The associate was very nice about it.Also had groceries ordered and the girl who brought them out was very friendly. My order was done perfectly.
