I m a hotshot driver that goes all over the country and I ve never experienced greater customer service! I was hauling a load that just so happened to bring me through Clay Center and I stopped by to pick up a specific tool that I couldn t find at any other place. The gentleman there helped me find what I was needing and helped by explaining step by step how to do what I needed done on my trailer with great knowledge and hospitality. It s a shame it ll only let me leave 5 stars instead of 100!

While traveling through town my check engine light came on. I pulled into this Napa shop to see if they could check it out. The gentleman there hooked up a code reader and wrote down what the computer said for me so when I could get it fixed, I had somewhere to start.. Something minor, I could still keep traveling. Super safe, great customer service! Thank you!
