FIVE STARS in every moment of our two days with Glavan Autos.It is, of course, a big (and sometimes uncomfortable) experience to purchase a car. �We worked with Gary who is such a gentleman and so thoughtful, helpful, and informative. �Thank you very much, Gary. � Purchasing�an electric vehicle with�such new technology required training, and Gary patiently and knowledgeably walked us through it.We also worked with Cooper and Jacobi. �They are also very kind, and enjoyable to think things through with.We have already recommended this Clay Center Ford Dealership to our friends.

Great experience! When our Dodge ended up in the shop and I needed wheels, Justin Ricketts picked me up in a white, new 2023, Ford F150, 4x4 that they had on the lot. This is exactly what I was wanting, I just wasn't planning on one quite yet. The Ford finance plan was wonderful with less than 2% interest! The service and experience was so good that weithin the week of buying a new one we decided to also trade our Dodge for a low mileage 2019 Ford F-150. Justin Ricketts was our salesman but everyone was so friendly, fun, and easy to work with. Now, oil changes for life on two pickups!

They are very friendly and were very helpful in finding my mom her vehicle but she has not even had this car a month and it needs all new struts and they are going to make her pay for it. So just a heads-up they will screw you if they can. They told her she has to pay for the struts when they were called a week after she bought it and told them about it.

From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed by such nice people. During our entire buying process we never felt pressured, we felt valued and treated like humans and not just a sales number. Jim answered all of our questions and if he didn t know Cooper was right there to answer them. Very fast buying process which is unheard of at a dealership. Oil changes for life was just a cool cherry on top. Highly recommend and they ve earned our business and recommendation for our entirety of being in this area.

I was in need of assistance in getting a car and man all it took was one call and I was already coming to pick up a new car! Did a trade in for one of their Kia Rio on the lot and Miguel and his team did a phenomenal job breaking everything down for me including final costs and no hidden fees or charges! This team is the most honest and nicest family friendly place I ve been to. I would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in getting a new car:-)!

Came in on Saturday, with the intention of leaving in the 2013 jeep wrangler and with Miguel's fast pace and great work ethic i was able to accomplish just that. I will definitely come back to buy another vehicle from Miguel in the future. Thanks again Miguel!

So I just bought an F150 from Glavan and it was a great experience. They were very patient with me while I tried to find the best truck that fit my wants and needs. Jim and Cooper were both very friendly and professional and made the buying experience pressure free. This was the best dealership experience I have ever had anywhere. I definitely recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to make the drive over to clay center and check them out!

Brandy Lehman set us up with the perfect truck for our needs. I was a little nervous buying based only on pictures and description, but the vehicle was everything we wanted and more. Edit: We met the owners on this trip. Very nice people. We've found our source for future vehicle purchases.

Forgot to post this but my experience with glavan Ford in clay center ks was beyond words of excellences, I'm proud and honored to call glavan Ford my permanent place to buy my vehicles, the staff always greets u with a smile as soon as u Walk in the door, they treated me and my husband like family, my salesman name was Gary, and even though I got denied 6 times Gary and Zach talked to me like I was family, they BOTH worked with me and still called to check on my status with my credit finally on the seventh time and 6 yrs later they BOTH never gave up on me, I'm now in the car I absolutely LOVE,if anyone is looking for a outstanding vehicle, friendly service I highly recommend u go to glavan Ford in Clay center Kansas, and let's not forget the service department outstanding crew quick and friendly Brandi and Steve are the best, I know I'll never go anyplace else to buy my vehicles, I'll always becoming back to Glavan Ford of Clay center, a Big shout out to u guy!!!! Hands down this was the best vehicle purchase experience I ve had. Brett was pleasant to visit with and actually spoke personally and not a bunch of practiced one liners. Cooper was very considerate and kept me informed while they were detailing my truck. Will definitely look there first when buying a vehicle in the future.

We just purchased our second vehicle through Glavan since the first of the year. These people know how to take care of their customers! They have provided exceptional customer service to us. Our salesman, Brett Matheu, is first class and has treated us with respect and honesty and has truly spoiled us rotten with his service. Brandy and the service department came to my rescue when I was in a tough spot and went above and beyond what I expected. We believe in Glavan Ford!

I really value reviews so if you are taking the time to read this then let me reassure you that Glavan is where you want to purchase your next vehicle from. I was so over the car buying process and Justin Ricketts and Jacobi Anderson went out of their way to make the process super smooth. As a mom of younger kiddos it can be stressful going to different dealerships. Justing drove the car to me!! I was not rushed, I called to make a deal and they did it! I value most their communication levels. They do not want to just sell you a car they want to build a relationship and ensure you got into a great vehicle. The tipping point was definetly the free oil changes. They are expensive now and this was a huge perk! They want to see you back and servicing the vehichle. This was a big indicatior they put out quality vehicles and nothing shady. I purchased what will be my 3rd Ford Explorer. The process took less than 30 min. Then Justin Spent almost an hour going over all the features to the car and not in a manual way, he gave really good input and examples. He truly knows the vehicles he is selling! Again I truly appreciate the continued communication and their willingness to help with any questions or concerns! They truly roll out the red carpet and are genuinely great people!

I've purchased vehicles from multiple dealers about half a dozen times now. I always know what I want to buy and will discuss what I need before arriving. This time was no different except I needed to make a 6+ hour drive. I was pretty nervous I would get hit with some surprise fees or hard sold on financing and extended warranty. I was SHOCKED. The number they gave me was the number I paid. That has never happened to me before. Last time I purchased a vehicle I spent 3 hours in a financing office essentially being verbally abused for not wanting to purchase a extended warranty on a brand new vehicle.So shout out to Justin Ricketts in sales as he answered all questions and eased my concerns I had with the vehicle. He showed me the service history, provided some detailed photos pointing a few imperfections and worked hard to get me out the door as quickly as possible.Meanwhile Jakobi in financing went through my options and worked to beat a competitive offer for a extended warranty. When I told him I wanted a day to look it over it wasn't a huge issue. He explained some complications but told me it could be done. Most likely will be reaching back out to him in the next few days.I hope I don't need to buy another truck or vehicle anytime soon. If I do though, I will happily spend the day driving to Glavan just to work with that team again.

I had been looking for some time for a newer Ford Ranger pickup. On a subzero winter day I was driving through the Clay Center Glavan sales lot and a salesperson, Cody Harbert, walked outdoors in frigid weather to the west end of the lot to greet me and ask how he could help me. It turned out he could fix me up with a newer model Ranger pickup that I liked! Cody and the Glavan sales team were professional, easy to work with and now I have free oil changes for life to boot! I will be back to Cody at Glavan Ford in the future when I have vehicle purchase needs!

It s awesome to find a dealership that isn t pushy and stands behind their vehicles. I bought a used pickup and found that the bright lights didn t work which unless it was night you wouldn t know because the light came on. I was 7 hours away and Brett the salesman talked to the bosses and 2 mins later said take it to any dealership to figure out what was wrong and paid to have it fixed. This dealership is awesome.
