Hands down the easiest, best customer service, most pleasant vehicle buying dealership there is!We have bought 5 vehicles through Lubbers and they are always our go-to when in the market.It is hassle free, very customer oriented, no stress or pressure.

I bought a vehicle from Lubbers and I somehow screwed up the model or something and paid about $4000 over what it was worth. For my next vehicle I went back and told them about that and tried to get a deal and they weren t interested. They are only interested in selling you a vehicle if they can absolutely put it to you. The fact that they would overcharge me on my first vehicle that badly and then not negotiate on my next one tells you all you need to know about them. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

We just completed our fifth vehicle purchase from Lubbers, and couldn't be happier. Troy Spencer has been our go-to guy for all our transactions; and the entire staff at Lubbers have always been most helpful in making this process as easy as it can be. I highly recommend Lubbers to anyone who is tired of high pressure sales tactics, and wants to find a business that treats you like family.

I highly recommend lubbers in Cheney. Traded up to a newer year of vehicle and Ryan there was excellent and very helpful in getting us into a newer car. Definitely will be going back for the next vehicle purchase!!

Ryan was very friendly and easy to talk to. Did not pressure me at all. I decided on a car that I wanted but I didn't have the money to put down to hold it and he held it for me anyway. Everyone there was really nice and it was a great experience.

We just made an out of state purchase from Lubber Ford and our experience was great. Ryan was extremely helpful in getting us all the details and we got an awesome deal, well worth the flight into Wichita and the drive home.

I recently purchased my first car from Lubbers Motors, and I felt compelled to share my experience in the hope that it contributes to the improvement of your services.While I had initially hesitated to voice my concerns publicly, I believe it is essential to bring attention to certain aspects of my purchase that fell short of my expectations.Upon taking possession of my new car, I was disheartened to discover that the battery was completely dead on-site. This unexpected hurdle not only disrupted my plans for the day, causing me to miss important appointments and errands, but it also raised questions about the pre-sale inspection and preparation of the vehicle.What was particularly frustrating was learning that your team was aware of the battery issue when attempting to start the car for the test drive. Despite this knowledge, the battery was not addressed or replaced before the vehicle was handed over to me. This oversight not only inconvenienced me but also left me with a sense of disappointment regarding the attention to detail and customer care at Lubbers Motors.Furthermore, the absence of a standing car for me to use during this time was an additional inconvenience. It would have been appreciated if this had been communicated beforehand, allowing me to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the lack of proactive communication added to the frustration of the situation.I also wish to express my concern about potential damages during the towing process. I have taken precautionary measures by documenting the condition of my car through photographs before it was picked up. However, I sincerely hope that these measures will prove unnecessary, and my car will be returned to me in the same condition it left. (Minus the Dead battery)In conclusion, I write this review not out of anger but with the hope that it prompts constructive reflection on the part of Lubbers Motors. As a first-time car buyer, this experience has left me questioning the thoroughness of your pre-sale inspections and the overall customer service provided.I believe in the importance of feedback for growth, and my intention is to contribute to the enhancement of your services. I hope that my concerns are addressed promptly and that Lubbers Motors continues to strive for excellence in customer satisfaction.

01/15/2024 I went into lubbers ford of Cheney and had the works package done by them for and oil change and tire rotation with coupon. One week later I noticed oil puddles where my truck parks. I got under my truck and found shop rags and my truck is leaking oil from the oil filter and drain plug and it is actively dripping. I will be calling lubbers and also explaining what is going on. This is unacceptable for a ford service shop to be giving back a customers truck like this. This is my first and last oil change at this dealership

Ryan Lubbers did an amazing job, as always. I had to interact with another Ford dealership while searching for a new truck. What a huge difference on how I was treated. Ryan was able to find the truck we wanted and made the purchase process painless. Will continue doing business with Lubbers, as we have for the past 20 plus years

Matt just helped us buy our new Explorer. He goes above and beyond helping us find and purchase a vehicle. He has helped us buy cars for our family for the last 10 years. All of our service work is done at Lubbers they stand behind their work and provide loaners when available. I would recommend lubbers for your next car purchase or service.

Curtis made the acquisition of my new Ford F 150 seamless. Lubbers Ford is not your stereotypical car dealership. There were no high pressure sales tactics, cheap gimmicks, lowball offers, or double talk. I was not put through the cat and mouse game between the sales associate and the manager. The finance office was again a pleasant surprise. Again, There was no high pressure salesmanship of extended warranties etc... I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend taking the short scenic drive West to Cheney for the purchase of your next vehicle.

I found a used car I was interested in, contacted them online to set up a test drive. Within an hour I had a response from Ryan Lubbers, I came in, drove the car, it was exactly as it was described online and super clean, (which is rare these days for used cars). After deciding to buy, I was out within an hour of arriving, also rare these days in my experiences.I would definately recomend Lubbers to anyone shopping for a used car, and I'm sure the new car side is just as great.

I have previously purchased two new vehicles from Lubbers Ford/Chevrolet in Cheney Ks. Both of those experiences led me to make a third purchase from them. I have had three different sales people assist me and each time I was more than satisfied. The best part for me is not having to go through the constant, "I need to run this by our Sales Manager, then have to sit through their speech. I have always received a price, then after checking other dealerships for pricing, Lubbers has always proved to be the least expensive to purchase. All promises given were kept without question. I will advise family and friends to check with Lubbers before making a deal anywhere else. And, the best part, service has been GREAT.R Bliss
