I tried several places to get financed and every place denied me except lubbers they approved me over the phone so I wouldn't have to go up there and sit for hours just to be denied and top of all of that I got a Silverado I thought was a pretty good deal I will be coming back once my credit gets better and the truck loan gets almost paid off and maybe get a full size truck next thank you and i love my truck

Bought my Escape at Lubbers in October. Love my car, they worked an honest, fair, and excellent deal. My payments are what I can afford, my interest rate went way down from my prior car, and everything was clear and simple. This is my 3rd car I ve bought from them over the years. Everytime I try another dealer in Wichita I am disappointed and often get lied to or sold a cruddy car. I ve learned my lesson and will only buy from Lubbers now.

Lubbers was awesome! We drove an hour to come look at a car, which they hid in the back for us so noone would take it before we got there. They gave us an amazing deal, which included a warranty, free oil change and filled up my tank. They were quick and a pleasure to work with. 10/10 I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car and the next time I'm in the market, we will be back.

Check engine light came on in our car, called mid to late April to get on their shop schedule for repair as we still had our warranty through them. Shop said they were too busy to get us in until 5/22/23. Took our car in and they call us a short time later to say it will cost $135/hour to work on our car bc we no longer have a warranty. Conveniently, our warranty expired 5/13/23. After this happened to us and talking to family/friends, I ve found this happens more often than not. Beware! We will never be buying a car from here again.

Matt is the best! He knew exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and did not stop until he got me a deal. I have horrible credit as it is and he was able to get me into a vehicle with zero down at a affordable monthly price! I love my Nissan and I will continue to purchase vehicles from them. Super nice staff, understanding as well. Not pushy. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I love lubbers!

Website lists inventory, offers chat option. Chat option lets you select sales or service. I chose sales. Lauren N would neither confirm nor deny if the specific inventory item was available. She only wanted my contact information so a salesperson could contact me to "give me the most up-to-date inventory items which match my criteria" which is code for "sell me something I don't want" based upon more than a dozen experiences I've had in the past two months. Frankly, I'm tired of being hounded by salespeople who refuse to listen to what I say. She offered that I could call the dealership, but there's a reason I'm online and not on the phone. She would not give me any other option. After I ended the chat, she followed with "could have a sales person confirm if it was on the lot". Well no freaking kidding, WHY DO YOU THINK I CHOSE THE CHAT OPTION FOR SALES. If I could give 0 stars for their website service I would. I was hoping the small town dealership might have a better sales department, but I'm not driving out there to be treated the same way I was online, that's for sure. Whatever happened to salespeople who listen and want to do right by their customers instead of bullying them into looking at anything that shares 1 characteristic with their long list of specific needs? So far the only one who's listened to me is Longbine out in Emporia.

Changed my rating. The only honest person working in the shop we trusted was fired. There was a reason I took my Ford to the Chevy side. I have had issues in the past with Ford shop telling me I didn't know what I was talking about.

Thank you Lubbers Chevy Service for fixing our company work van. We had several issues that needed addressed and you made the process very easy. One of the issues required insurance to be involved Trent and crew handled everything. The van runs even better after you have worked on it. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you for taking care of myself and other family members!

Bought my first Chevy Trailblazer from Lubbers. They are always great to deal with, and I would tell everyone to go to Lubbers if you would like a great experience. They treat everyone with great respect and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

My daughter took her car here for repairs. The service was excellent, and all the employees were very friendly. When we picked up the car the bill was actually $49 lower than the estimate. I would highly recommend this business.

I recently purchase a 2022 Camaro and was assisted by Ron Lubbers for sale and Tommy Lubbers for finance.Both guys were great to work with. With so many dealer markups on cars nowadays, Lubbers was definitely an amazing dealer to work with. Instead of pressuring you on the purchase, Ron instead took the time to tell me about the rebate they have and made sure i received it.Tommy made sure i get the financing with an amazing rate and was also great to work with.Since i am out of state, i wasn't able to get all the documents sorted out and see the car. However, both guys took the time to send me all the paperwork and took great care of me. Lubbers will definitely be my first go to for any future Chevrolet for me.Thank you both once again.

Matt lubbers was great my kid and myself went and got cats the same say has a few problems they were willing to fix. However the machines in the back don't seem to listen and ws the job done correct to me the poublems dont seem hard to comprehend however my daughters car went in supposed to ne one week turned into 2 weeks my van was supposed to be fixed however stil smells the gas and and runs funny. Having very mixed feelings

Ryan at Lubbers goes above and beyond to help his customers. We had to replace a car that got wrecked which was already stressful enough. So Ryan took care of getting us into something new, and when we found it, helped us by letting us use while waiting on insurance to come through. He goes so far out of his way to treat people right, and isn't pushy or pressuring whatsoever.The whole staff out there is friendly and helpful. Everyone should go here to buy their car, and definitely should go through Ryan to do so.

The salesman I had, mark lubbers was great! He worked very hard to help me get the car, pricing and financing I needed. I wouldn t buy a car/truck anywhere else and am not sure why anyone else would either. I ve bought 4 I think and came to the website just now to look again. Great family business grown in America, made in America and making America great again. Everybody go to Lubbers in Cheney Kansas USA, I live in Wichita 25 minutes away and we ll worth the drive. God bless Lubbers, you, our president armed forces and the USA!

Troy Tunnell was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so patient with us and didn't try to push us into something we didn't want just to make a sale like other dealerships we have worked with previously. The staff was very welcoming and understanding as we had 3 very impatient little ones with us. Everyone was quick and efficient, getting us in and out with what we wanted! They definitely earned customers for any future vehicle purchases.

I just want to say I had the most enjoyable experience buying a car ever! Curtis Lubbers was an amazing salesman. No pressure and very good listener about what I wanted in a car. I found a car that was perfect for me and I couldnt be happier with it! The finance department was awesome as well getting me a great deal that I never thought I could get. If your in the market for a car please go to Lubbers in Cheney. Trust me it worth the drive. When you get there ask for Curtis and tell him I sent ya! I hope you have a great experience like I did! I will always go there to buy a car or truck for life!

Once again Troy Tunnell came through for me. He went above and beyond to get me a good reliable vehicle. The staff is friendly and great to work with. Lubbers makes the car buying experience very relaxing. They are my go to dealership from now on and highly recommend them to everyone.
