Good thing the women's restroom is at the end of the hall, because you can see into the men's when you walk past it.Other than the poorly maintained building, the cashier was very nice.

The gasoline price was great, but don't expect friendly employees or clean facilities. We stopped with 3 large RVs and all filled up with gasoline. We had one employee tell off one of our children for squeaking a toy, and another tell us off for parking behind the premise to eat our meal before we continued our trip.

Some of the worst bathrooms we have ever encountered. The concrete holds onto the urine smell. The ceilings are hanging down and leaking. I'm frankly surprised they're able to serve any food.

Trash cans were full by the pumps.The bathrooms were disgusting.The bad smell from the bathrooms filled the whole store.

Place is a trash pit. Looks like a middle Eastern ghetto. Building/parking lot/property in general is unkept. Two (apparently wrecked) campers sitting out back. Then you go inside to be greeted by the smell of sewer. Walked into the bathroom and there was more urine on the floor than in the urinals. Floor was literally wet with piss.Turned around and walked out

It's great for a stop and shop their 12 packs as of today (Friday the 13th) 2023 are $6.49 and that's a pretty good deal for Pepsi/Coke products.

It is a little bare-bones here, but it is the only Shell station for the next hundred miles eastbound on I 70. The attendants here are pleasant, coffee is hot, pumps are working and parking is plentiful. 05/23/22

Stopped here for gas and to use the restroom on our way back home to Missouri. This was by far the nastiest gas station I ve EVER been too! I took my daughter inside with me for us to use the bathroom and we took a video and walked right back out it was so disgusting!! I ve seen portapots cleaner than this place and those are just terrible in general! So as I m leaving I asked the he/she cashier if they ever clean the bathrooms? He/she looked at me and said only when corporate tells US too!!! Really??!!! What in the actual hell kinda answer is that?! That has to have been the most ridiculous answer someone has ever said to me! That was just pure laziness and the most unprofessional ignorance I ve ever heard in my life!! So unless you want to walk-in to a place of business where you would literally feel like you could catch some sort of disease I suggest going on to the next gas station!!

I would give 0 stars if possible! This place was awful! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting , no proper locks on the door dirty and nasty. I ve seen a lot of gross bathrooms but these were just neglected! That s not even the problem though, I went to go check out at the regular desk because the other check out said fuel desk and asked if I could check out here, the lady at the counter literally shouted at me that she was already helping somebody, it was honestly just so damn rude. I literally work customer service, I understand if you need a second but that s inexcusable to speak to someone that way! She should be fired! I was one of many that she was rude to in the 5 minutes I was there, including her poor coworker at the fuel desk. 9/10/23 at about 4:20. Shell needs to investigate her!

Do not stop here. We go on 2 road trips every summer, driving countless miles, stopping at multiple gas stations all over the country and this is by far the dirtiest bathrooms I ve ever been in. Dirty and the smell was terrible. Graffiti all over. There was an air conditioner vent that was open hanging from the ceiling. This place is not kept up at all.

Worst bathrooms I've experienced in a couple years. You can smell them from the middle of the store. Clearly this is a problem they will NOT fix or adress, as their are dozens of Comments over many weeks. Staff was nice.

Most disgusting place ever. Wife yelled at me to never stop here again. I fought flies on my legs while I used the restroom in a barely breathable bathroom. I'm guessing her experience wasn't much better.

Absolutely one of the nastiest bathrooms I've seen at any larger gas station. If we hadn't needed to stop for the kids, I would rather have taken my chances and peed on the side of the road.

We stopped here working on a future tour. Employee told us bus groups wouldn t work here . Women s bathroom has 3 stalls, men s 3 stalls & 3 Urinals, if they would keep clean and fixed up would be great stop for grab & go snacks and big store attached. We will move on

Sheltered in the bathroom during a tornado/hail storm, staff were incredible and made sure to keep track of how many people were in the store, handed out trash bags, water, and tape so that people could patch up broken car windows. Absolutely above and beyond.

These guys have a decent selection of merchandise in their store, but the bathrooms were terribly dirty. The building is also run down looking. If you need the restrooms, avoid this place if possible.

Terrible stop!!! The parking lot where the big trucks need to pull through is riddled with unavoidable HUGE pot holes. We stopped to hopefully give our horses some water; and they had no water available. Pumps had tons of trash and metal debris around them. Do not stop here!!

A hot mess. This place is sketchy as all get out. Bathrooms are filthy, place is neglected and uncared for. They don't make their money by winning customers. I regret using my credit card at the gas pump before looking at the inside.

I d give zero stars if that was an option!!!! The bathrooms are so disgusting that I turned around and walked out! Someone with common decency should take over this place and run it right!!!!! Will never stop here again!!! Some one should be ashamed!!!!!

Pretty bad when you walk in the door and the place smells like piss . I ve done my business in porta-johns that were smelled better and cleaner.

I accidentally drove off without getting my change back from my pre-pay fuel purchase. I called the store and they agreed to hold my change until I came back through after my vacation which was 2 weeks! These folks are awesome. Friendly, personal customer service goes a long ways with me!

Auto Diesel is on pumps 11 and 12. Filthy diesel pumps. You can't use your alternate ID for shell rewards. Need to have physical card. That's an annoying first.Diesel marked that it is not a shell product.

AVOID THIS PLACEStopped during a wind storm, just needed to use the bathroom and idk if they had a power outage or what. But the store inside was closed. That's not my issue, the issue is the rude old lady who was telling people to GET OUT, and "we're done". If the stores closed, lock the doors, don't get mad because customers are walking in. I can guarantee it's probably the same rude old lady from all the other reviews on here. If you keep getting complaints on a cashier why is she still there? I get being closed but you could've been way less rude about it. All the young lady in front of me wanted to do was use the restroom, and instead we're told to Get out.

This place is disgusting! Urine all over the men s bathroom, stinks like nothing else! The employees are rude and lazy. Definitely wait till Russell to get fuel and snacks!!

At first this store looked appealing when I went in. On the outside it looked bad when I went to the bathroom that was confirmed. I doubt as an OTR trucker I will return. Seems like a place you see in movies where people gets kidnapped at or a kidnapper stops here because no one would expect them to stop here and most likely wont get recognized Just saying
