If you re looking a honest reliable place to get a vehicle, this is your place. I knew from the jump this wasn t just your typical car lot. Josh and Steve made sure they helped do whatever they could to get me in the perfect suv for me and my girls. They truly care about helping you get the vehicle you want and made the process very simple. Definitely will be coming back in the future when it s time to get another. Thanks for everything!

One of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle ever! They just handed me the keys and said go drive it and let us know what you think. They make you feel very comfortable from the start. I will definitely check them out again when I think about purchasing another vehicle.

I was referred to Steve from a friend and now I'm practically their unofficial spokesperson. They make the car buying experience exactly what it should always be: exciting and enjoyable. I m really not a car person and on top of that, the whole dealership ordeal with pushy salespeople is stress central for me. Once you've experienced buying a car here, the idea of setting foot in another dealership becomes as absurd as racing a Ferrari on a tricycle. 5 stars doesn t do it justice - I would give them 100 stars if I could! They genuinely care about what kind of car you re buying and that it s the right fit and price for you.I didn t love anything on the lot, so I contacted Steve with a specific car in mind, and he didn't just answer questions; he gave me a masterclass on different trims and options. He emailed over nationwide cars that fit my criteria until I found my dream car. He did his magic, securing, servicing, and detailing the car. Going to pick it up and fill out my paperwork took 15 minutes. Yes, 15 minutes. Go back, read that again, and imagine the endless hours saved not haggling over an arm and a leg - pretty life changing! Josh had the paperwork down to an art when we went through it. The car is everything I dreamed of and I couldn t be happier! I saw another review for them that truly sums it up perfectly: You make it so easy and dare I say enjoyable?! I've now purchased 3 vehicles from KC Motor Co, and each encounter, has been hands down the best of any vehicle shopping experience I have ever had. There are no fake or pushy salesmen tactics to deal with at all. They display integrity, honesty, and literally care whether or not the customer is buying the right vehicle, at the best price, for them. They'll go out of their way for you at a moment's notice. If you don't see something you like on their lot, then they'll also do a comprehensive nationwide search for you. You can trust the fantastic pictures listed on their website, and they're just overall, good people. No place is perfect, but if you want to buy a quality used vehicle, while having a supportive and kind customer experience, then KC Motor Co is the place to shop for your next purchase.

Just bought a 2014 F150 in immaculate condition. I first went to a Chevy dealership in Overland Park to look at a 2013 F150 and the guys come back and says with my trade-in, I'd owe $3600. I said I'm going to look at another vehicle and then he says he'd get my keys and comes back 10 minutes later and said now I'd only have to pay $1200. I said i was still going to look at another truck. i went to KC Motor Co and Doug gave me an even swap for my vehicle and it was a much better truck! When I went to pick it up, Steve closed the deal. Very legit without the typical 'used car sales tactics'. A good, fair price right from the beginning. Overall a great experience!

Took a drive from S. Iowa to view a car from KC Motor. From the first call to the last document signed was one of the BEST buying experiences I've ever had. Bought a 2005 Audi TT from here. Great experience! Drove down from Des Moines and was very pleased with the decision. Very friendly people. Made sure the car was top notch before they put it up for sale. Walked us through what had been done to the vehicle. Very nice cars at this location. Steve, Doug and Phil are awesome to deal with! Hands down the least stressful experience I have had buying a vehicle and will use them to buy my wife's car next year. All of their inventory is clean and good quality. I was able to work out my deal via email primarily and when I came to pick up the truck it took less than 10 min. All paperwork was printed and ready to sign. They even had the truck pulled up with temp tags on it. Could not ask for anything more.

I bought a Toyota Tacoma and Steve and Doug were there to help every step of the way! They were quick to respond to questions and Steve even stayed late past close to let me test drive the Tacoma. Easiest car buying experience EVER! Very friendly atmosphere. Steve was so accommodating. We told him what we were wanting to spend and he found us an amazing option we couldn t pass up. The car was beautifully cleaned and fully gassed up that afternoon. Very easy car buying experience. (It was hard to pass up that fire engine though ;)Highly recommend KC Motor Company!

I purchased a vehicle a couple months ago and Doug was great to work with. Doug agreed to stick around after hours in order for me to test drive the vehicle I ended up purchasing. I had a budget for a vehicle and Doug agreed with my price and it was a smooth transaction without having to play the back and forth counter offer game.When I got the vehicle and took it home, unfortunately the starter went out. I called the owner Steve the next day and he had no problems paying for a $400.00 starter for the vehicle; which has been running great ever since!KC Motors has great customer service and I feel they offer a great selection of vehicles. I highly recommend this company!

I recently purchased a Land Rover discovery one from KC motor Company. I live in San Diego so the purchase was an out of state. The staff provided excellent customer service they answered all my questions provided any photos that I requested. The transaction was smooth we handled everything through text messages and email. The car was shipped right to my house and arrive just as expected. I highly recommend working with a small family owned business.

I was looking for a particular model of Mercedes that's no longer made and found the perfect one at here. I purchased the car from out of state and they made the entire process a breeze. I had an pre-purchase inspection done by Mobile Automotive Mechanics of Kansas City (which I also HIGHLY recommend if you're buying out of state) and they held the car for me for a week until I could fly in and pick it up. The inspection showed a weak battery and Steve replaced it with a new one. Steve and Doug were excellent communicators, had fair transparent pricing, and no fuss typical dealership bs. Very good people with a very good small business. All around, very positive experience and highly recommend!

I bought my F150 there today and it was the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had.The truck is better than I expected having never owned one.
