Great place to buy a vehicle! The couple are incredibly nice and make the process as smooth as possible. I ve now had my SUV for 2 months and have put 10k miles on it. Can definitely say they sold me a solid vehicle that I don t have to worry about leaving me stranded.

We just bought our third car from Blue Valley Motors, and will definitely go back again. No hard sales pitch, honest and upfront information. They will address any of your concerns and take care of them. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and taken care of. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used auto!

We went to look at a used 2008 van, just to see if we liked the color and style. It was such a great deal that we purchased it! Love it! They were very nice and helpful....since it had been so cold that week, single digits, the battery wouldn't start and they replaced it with no charge. I feel they are friendly, helpful and honest. Would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them!

Very friendly people. Super easy to work with. They were direct lenders with my bank so I didn t even need to go to my bank directly to get the loan! Had me in a vehicle and on the road in less than 2 hours total

Blue Valley Motorcars has been an incredible experience to work with. Wendy and her husband really know how to take care of their customers. They were extremely helpful when I had to buy a new vehicle in the middle of winter right in the middle of huge snowfall, but they were able to get me and my wife a high quality vehicle that has been great so far. Additionally, after receiving the title I had an issue with the way the precious owner had filled out the title and couldn't get it titled at the DMV. Wendy was extremely helpful in getting ahold of the previous owner so that they could provide a signed affidavit to resolve the issue and I was able to title the vehicle at the DMV. Couldn't recommend this business more. It's clear they care about helping their customers with high quality vehicles, especially given they provide a 6 month/6000 mile warranty with all of their vehicles.

Vehicle had one problem after another beginning the 2nd night. After the first repair we were pretty much told we were on our own, and that was only week 2. Truck was in for repairs every week for 4 weeks, spent $2000 in 3 weeks and finally week 4 it needed new cam phasers, would cost $3300 and their extended powertrain warranty wouldn t cover it. We traded 4 weeks after purchase, a weight is off my shoulders now that it is gone. Beware

Poor customer service, not really interested in selling a car. Was looking at a few cars, all were damaged scratched, dented. Didn't even mentioning fixing it. When I asked him about a messed up bumper, he said, "oh yeah, my guy will take care of that next week." Also, common courtesy, when someone is interested in a car, maybe offer to unlock it for them? Started looking at another truck, very interested in it, maybe offer to take it for a test drive? Just a lazy approach to doing business. (According to CarGurus, all of their cars are overpriced especially considering the mileage and damage which is never mentioned). Save yourself some time and gas...

Great to deal with! I found exactly the vehicle I was looking for without the usual run-around of the big dealerships. This is my 3rd car purchases through them and I don t have any intention of going elsewhere in the future. Save yourself some money and hassle and go check them out.

We bought a F150 though them about 3 weeks ago, check engine light came on, read a misfire so we took it into the shop and they told us it needs a new motor, our warrently already expired through them so we didn t think to call since most shops won t do anything about it, we put up a bad review to let others know to be careful then got a call today from blue valley motors about the truck and are in the process of working with us to help figure out what s wrong with the truck. Most shops would just look the other way and leave us high and dry, so very thankful they are working with us to resolve the issue and hopefully we can figure out what s going on with it.
