Neil was a great guy to do business with. No pressure. He stocks quality cars that sell themselves.The car looked even better in person than in the online pics. I'll definitely keep Wichita motors in mind when it's time to buy my next vehicle

I was very pleased with Neal and his father at Wichita Motors in Benton, Ks. I bought a Buick LaCrosse and traded in my Buick Lucerne. I felt I got a good deal, and service after the sale when I needed help with the title. They seem to carry a small lot of good fairly late model low mileage used cars. I will likely buy from them again and I recommend them if you are looking for a good used car at a reasonable price.

I was shown a few cars in the size and having the capability and price I was looking for. I drove these cars and was able to procure the car most suited to my needs.Individual shared knowledge of each vehicle inspected and showed kindness, respect and patience throughout the process.I feel by buying a vehicle through Wichita Motors that it has been inspected and appropriately prepared for sale.

Made a 7 hour round trip on a car that was a completely false advertisement.While on my 3.5hr commute, I informed Neil I was running 40 minutes late. He replied "Wow. Okay." I then told him there was a major wreck on the highway. No reply. I then let him know when I was 5 minutes out. He replied "I'll be there in 10 minutes." After 25 minutes he finally arrived. He apparently had to go get keys for the car but I passed him driving it on the way there?Neil doesn't seem to possess the salesman trait. Very rare you find a salesman that plays on his phone as soon as you start looking at the vehicle and knows nothing about it to begin with so can't answer any questions. Didn't hardly talk even."This car is immaculate inside and out, no stains, no smells, no tears. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle. Needs absolutely nothing." - websiteWhen he finally showed up, I immediately noticed anything but "immaculate". Driver door panel was ravaged, armrest was completely destroyed, cracked to oblivion, as well as the passenger. Driver seat had a 1-inch diameter hole near the bottom back. Multiple other scratches on door panels.Popped the hood and hood struts were out so I had to hold it up. Every clip was missing on the engine covers so they were just free floating. Engine was extremely dirty. He had no clue because I asked how long the struts had been out and he replied "......I don't know, I'm never under there." Very assuring. Not sure he ever even popped the hood once.I didn't bother driving the vehicle.Pictures taken in the evening to cover up major scratches, dings.Pictures taken of the interior covering up major damages to the interior.Said it was a 2 owner and no damage when carfax shows 3 owners and minor damage to the rear, so not even sure he knows anything about the car.Neil showed absolutely zero interest in wanting to sell the car and had zero knowledge. I expected much more from the vehicle and the dealership, if that's what you want to call it, so I 100% cannot recommend this place to anyone. Zero stars.Ultimately it's my fault for not requesting more photos to determine the quality. I trusted it was a clean car and I was wrong. You win some you lose some.Godspeed.
