We had the absolute best experience here! We lived out of town and got in an accident while traveling and they worked great with us to get it fixed, great communication over the phone. Everything was very reasonably priced, and everyone was super friendly. A bad storm hit town and from the debris two holes were put into my rear window glass. Immediately called the mechanic shops and Stephens Collision in Belleville Kansas was recommended. I called them soon before closing time, told them what I had and what was needed. Stephens Collision ordered it and told me to come by the next morning so they could do a temporary storm window....which was awesome. Long story short the glass arrived that next day and Stephens Collision worked me in and repaired it that day. Being awestruck at the professional accomodations and work ethic my vehicle was road ready in less than 24 hours. Thank you Stephens Collision in Belleville Kansas.

This was my first time having to deal with a body shop.. They were very nice and helpful, even though they couldn't fix my car. Brian thoroughly explained the damages and helped me in anyway he could.

Brian is one of the nicest guys, we bought a car on a salvage title that had a lot more damage than they had fixed. Great communication, time to work on vehicle, will tell you everything that is going on & show you so you know your not paying for stuff you shouldn't. Will be our collision shop from now on!
