scam artist. Towed my car 9 miles, told me itd be 350 and then charged me 430,,,,, but told my dad it'd cost 250 for the same distance. When I called him to ask why he overcharged me 200 dollars, instead of being an adult hung up on me. Not how you run a business at all. Didn't want to take the time to explain to me why it costed that much, if you don't like your job Mike find a new one.

Our alternator went out 1 mile from a Phillips 66 gas station in 1 degree weather. Highway patrol called a wrecker service. Mikes Llc showed up and we asked him to tow us to the gas station he advised it would cost us $300 to go 1 mile actually .08 of a mile. So we told him that was okay our uncle was on the way to help, we are just trying to get the family out of the cold, this tow truck driver cared less that it was 1 degrees outside at 6:00 in the evening he charged us $150 to do absolutely nothing but come out. I will be making a BBB complaint and posting our experience on social media. RIP OFF AND NO CONSCIENCE

It's not worth a 1 star rating. The guy's rude and hangs up on you! Won't tell you his hours or allow you to pick it up when he lives right there on the property. Making report with better business bureau! Made it set for 3 days longer when we could have gotten it the same day! 400 for towing to another county and 50 a day for storage! Was 550.00 to get out. Highway robbery! Praying they will shut him down for all the reports to the better business bureau! The man has no humanity in him! No heart! You can tell they went through the van looking to see what was in it because things were out of containers, lids were not put back on. Waiting to get back to Iowa to see if anything is missing.

Charged me nearly $500 to tow my car 200 yards. His prices are criminally high for what little work he actually does. His also charges nearly $200 in random stupid fees. 11/10 would never recommend

Where to begin - My family of four was stranded on the Kansas turnpike. I called my brother for help and we thank God he found Mike's! Mike let my brother put our tow charge on his credit card by phone and was there in a matter of minutes. He let my whole family cram into his cab and for the distance he had to travel, the tow charge was extremely reasonable! The manager of the shop immediately began diagnosing the problem and kept the shop open two hours past close until my brother could get there to pick us up. A young mechanic stayed with us (wish I could remember his name) and acted like it was no imposition at all. The next day, the manager, Sam, gave us the bad news that our van needed a new engine and explained exactly what had happened. Since it was a 1999 vehicle, it was not worth the expense to replace the engine. Sam was as disheartened about our situation as we were and offered to help us get whatever money we could out of the vehicle. Sam and his wife, Angie, treated us like family. Sam let us leave the vehicle there at the shop, which allowed us to return to our home in Louisiana without missing work or paying for additional towing and lodging. We believe God works all things, even bad situations, for our good. We know that in meeting each and every person associated with Mike's, we definitely experienced God's goodness!

Crooks, along with Mulvane PD, shady non helpful and willing to do everything in their power TO ILLEGALLY DEPRIVE OTHERS OF THEIR PROPERTYIT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY for your company's and the MPD's COMPLETE FAILURE to ask THE PROPERTY OWNER of the house that I HAD PERMISSION TO PARK NEXT TO UNTIL I RETRIEVED MY VEHICLE WITH NO SPECIFIED DATE if my vehicle was really "abandoned"

This dude is an absolute joke! I would not recommend him to anyone! Tried to charge 550 dollars for a tow and then when I asked if he could bill me he told me he didn t have time for paperwork and hung up on me! Very unprofessional low life dirt bag.

I would give this place a negative star.. My truck was reported stolen on October 28th, I found out last Friday that my truck is in this guys impound. I've called and called and finally got an answer, I told him who I was and I asked him, how long has my truck been there? How much is the total to get it out?? He was so rude to me and hung up, he gave me no answers. My dad then called him and got the same kind of disrespect from him. I'm at a loss on how to get my truck back, but Hopefully I figure it out. My dad thinks he's not answering the phone and not answering me so the bill can keep racking up daily. Also, don't you have to send a person a certified letter letting them know their vehicle is there? Because I sure haven't gotten one!

We called on a Sunday on the 2nd of January when it was 8 degrees outside. They came promptly and towed the car, even though it was a Holiday weekend and cold. I paid a fair price and would use them again.

I took my car in to have the spark plugs replaced because the 3 in the back were just too hard for me to do so I was willing to pay to have it done. After paying the $160 for changing all 6 plugs I asked for the old plugs , ( Which I asked for in advance as well ) They could not produce them and at first they tried to pass off some plugs that come out of another car. Finally he admitted he didn't change the plugs in the back! His words were " I didn't change them,, My bad ". So they had to finish the job I paid for which took several more hours. But they lied to me and tried to cover up lie.

In the 5 years I have lived in Belle Plaine my family and I have taken all of the cars we own to have them fixed here and have never had any problems. I recently had to get my radiator replaced and they gave me an estimate 100 dollars less than other competitors. They also replaced my thermostat(which I asked them to do) and it was still a better deal than anyone else with quality work. Belle Plaines Best kept secret! Check them out!!!

Just completed a transaction with this "business" and would not recommend them to anyone. Individual was rude and unhappy that "he was called out to do his job." Price is outrageous!! Wow! Kansas Turnpike, fastest tow request in history for a vehicle clearly off the side of the highway with blown tire.

We got stuck on a super muddy dirt road after some rain last night, this man got out at 3am to come wench us out and pulled us to a road with traction. Strickland was 5miles from us and they refused to help. He drove half an hour to come get us out. Can not say enough wonderful things about the guy who came out to help us. I could have hugged him. He was amazing and I am so grateful!

Mike's LLC; may I never have dealings with him again.The local Casino had him tow my vehicle, much to my surprise when I went to pick it up. The Casino employees that I had arranged with (and the many Security officers who stopped by the truck during my stay) had not given the information to the Security Director, who of course claims to have 'talked to everyone in all the departments and no one knew about it". This Security Director unapologetically had my vehicle towed."I'm closed Saturday, you should be responsible" was Mike's reply when I asked to get the vehicle. I had taken off work and driven 350 miles, and then had to find what had happened at the Casino before finally tracking him down.$500 for a 9 mile tow and 2 days "stored" on a stretch of cement behind his shop?! Outrageous. But guess what, when an unethical person has your stuff, there's nothing to do but pay; and let Google Users know what kind of choice proprietor runs this shady operation.He finally relented and agreed to meet me on the Saturday to take my money (how bountifully generous), but of course insisted on cash (shady) and charged the full price for what was obviously a mistake on the Lucky Star Casino Security director's part.

broke down on Thanksgiving day, on I-35. My Siri found Mike, I called and even though it was a holiday and he was closed, he came to help us. What we thought was a flat tire turned out to be much more. He had to make a second trip to get his truck with the roll off bed to take our pickup in. He gave us a ride to the Hampton at the Kansas Star (the closest hotel) and kept our vehicle until we could get back to pick it up. Mike and his staff were so helpful in assessing the problem and helping us load it to bring it home when we were finally able to pick it up on Monday. what a blessing~ and as a side note, his young grandson from Branson was with him, learning great customer service from his grandpa! Highly recommend this business and hope to see them again some day under better circumstance!

I had to get a vehicle out of impound with this man, and prices are ridiculous, also i was told there wasnt a key for the car (when upon getting to the car days later the key was right there in the consol) I went on a saturday and he wasnt there, and even on days where the place is closed they still charge the fee which i find to be ridiculous. This is highway robbery and something needs to be done about it.Also upon getting my car never once did anyone check my id, title,insurance or anything so basically anyone could have went and picked up this ride, that by the way was parked in the back (boot) with the windows down and on a day it had rained. There is no fence securing the property so my stereo equipment and everything else could have been stolen.... smh Something is not right with this. Almost 400 dollars later (was picked up thursday night and because i was told no key i wasnt able to get it till monday) Yes $400 dollars and no security on property.... CROOKS.

Mike saved our life when we had a tire go out on I35. He was quick to get to us and was able to get a new tire onto our huge rig, camper on top and horse trailer attached. Would absolutely recommend calling Mike if you need help!

Owner is very rude and disrespectful. Hung up on me several times couldn't give a price on a vehicle he towed. Price was way over what he said from the time I called and the time I got there. Lawsuit will be made.

I can't believe this place is still open! We had our car towed there some 6 years ago or so and never saw it again!! Reported at the time to AAA and BBB. Do NOT go there!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

The owner is a crooked. This is a shady business with outrages prices. Charges extra for everything and hangs up on a customer while talking.I hope this business gets audit.
