I'm not a Karen, this is the first review I've ever done. This place is maybe competent enough to air up your tires, but I wouldn't fully trust them with that. Before the new ownership, I had good experiences there, but now I would not recommend going there to anyone.

Ended up leaving after 45 minutes when trying to get my tires balanced with only 1 other vehicle in front of me. 3 stars because they were polite.

I ve brought my cr here the past past year for lube and oil. I was told they don t make appointments for that. I came today at 8 am to get my lube and oil, right at opening time.The mechanic was there but said he couldn t work because policy was two people had to be there. He said the owner wasn t there because her dryer broke and she had no clothing. Say what? Most women (self included) have clothing to last for years lolIt was just weird. I rearranged my day to get this done this morning. A broken dryer isn t an emergency. Show up when you own a business. People are counting on you.

Oil light came on in the middle of a 12-hour road trip, and they were able to get me out in 20 minutes. Emmanuel is as professional and friendly as they come!

Called them with a dilemma. I had a tire blowout an a minivan we had just purchased. It was after hours so I had AAA tow it home. But, with the van being our sole form of transportation and us being new to the area, we were in a pickle. One call to Star Lube and the gentleman on the phone was so helpful and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road FAST! Thank you for being there in our time of need.Service: Tires

Nice, friendly people willing to help in any way they can. Brought my tire to be mounted and it only took a few minutes and it only cost me $10.00. definitely going back.

Was going on a road trip and got a knot in the tire 10 til closing time. They were really nice even though they wanted to go home. Replaced the tire fast and I am happy with their service!
