Had them build a turbo for my 03 duramax they did a unbelievable job couldn't be happier!!!!! I had Bought a 64mm turbo online for previous project a couple of years back and absolutely no comparison to the one I recieved from blaylock they definitely know their stuff and extremely helpful and had my turbo ready in 2 days price was awesome and the truck runs and sounds incredible

Called to see if the could rebuild/replace turbos on a 2013 F150. Asked if he could call back. No problem, but told me he would call back same day. That didn't happen... I called back next day and the guy said the 2013 was too new to rebuild and can't work on it. Also guy sounded very unprofessional on phone as well as incompetent and said "ok" really weird every other word.

I was extremely impressed with my rebuilt turbo! If it wasn't for my tool mark on the housing, I would've thought it was brand new. My turbo arrived on a Monday, and it was delivered back to my house that Wednesday. I spoke with Mr. Blaylock personally, and he went the "extra mile" to ensure that I received the proper turbo for my 03 5.9L Cummins. The tubo has been installed on my truck and it sounds/ preforms GREAT! I would recommend Blaylock's to anyone.

OK, we purchased a rebuilt power stroke turbo after talking to the owner, Mr. Blaylock, himself...it was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in perfect shape...our mechanic had already removed the blown unit and installed the newly arrived rebuilt immediately...then we experienced a problem...the rod on the plate would not match up...we tried every possible thing because we had already made it clear that our F-350 was a 99 not 99.5 so we were certain the turbo sent to us was correct...that rod just wouldn't connect...our mechanic got in touch with Blaylock's tech guy and after much discussion and pictures exchanged he (the tech guy) instructed us to remove the plate from the old unit and place it on the new one...the newly installed turbo was uninstalled, plates swapped out and reinstalled with perfect fit and now that truck runs like a beast...NOT DONE...because of the extra time it took to straighten out the problem, of course, the bill was quite a bite higher than originally anticipated...but we had a great running truck...We contacted Blaylock's via email and got a follow up email from the owner immediately...not days later "IMMEDIATELY"...he referred us to his tech and the tech called first thing...we informed him of the extra expense and requested help with the extra cost...we set no expectation on whatever help could be accommodated but left it up to them (Blaylock's)...The following day we received (posted to our bank account) not only our core charge but and addition amount totaling 1/2 the cost of the extra expense of uninstalling and reinstalling the new turbo... Fact is Blaylock's was not accountable for any extra expense we incurred but they stepped up and being a small company that really helped...We will be a return customer and highly recommend the integrity of this companies living proof of the "AMERICAN WAY"...Thanks, Blaylock's,Dan (Owner)Ultra Deer TowersForest Hill, Texas

I called on a Monday to get a price to rebuilt the turbo in a 2003 ram 3500. Talked to Jaime who said he would have to call me back since I couldn't find a part number on the turbo. Four days later I hadn't heard anything. I called back, and talked to him again. He seemed agitated that I would call back without a part number. He put me on hold for a few minutes, and came back with a generic rebuild price. He was rude and didn't seem to know what he was talking about, or how to find what we were looking for. People like Jaime are why companies lose business.
