I would highly recommend Gregg Bruce Auto. I was worried about going on a trip with my 90 year old mom. They squeezed me in during a busy week. Besides checking things for a road trip, they found I needed new back tires and brake pads. They tires came overnight and everything was done by 24 hours of first dropping off my vehicle. Definitely will be back!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Brakes

I do not live in Baldwin, but my daughter goes to Baker University in Baldwin. She recently called me saying she had a light on in her dash and her car was acting funny. I looked for a garage in Baldwin and found Greg Bruce Auto and decided to give them a call. Greg himself answered the phone and I explained to him my daughters situation. Greg showed genuine concern and was able to get her car in right away and diagnose the problem. Greg called me back within a few hours with his findings and an estimate to repair my daughters car. I gave Greg the go ahead to fix the car. He said he was pretty booked but would see what he could do to squeeze it in. Greg did in fact get my daughters car in very quickly and made all repairs necessary. Greg was absolutely trustworthy and honest through this process and he did absolutely everything a father would want from a repair shop to make sure his daughter was in a safe car when he was finished. I can not say enough good things about Greg Bruce Auto. If you re in Baldwin or have a student at Baker, I strongly recommend this shop. Thank you Greg, I really appreciate your honesty and hard work.

An awesome experience as always. Couldn't say enough about the professional and friendly hometown approach each member of their team shows. They take the time to explain each job before it happens. Pricing is fair and we know that every time we are getting what we pay for. Would highly recommend (and have) to anyone looking for quality auto repair.

Big thank you to Gregg Bruce Auto for helping me out with a tire that had a nail in it yesterday! He was busy but squeezed me in and had me back on the road within 15-20 minutes so I could get back to work. Super nice guy and professional. Definitely recommend!

I perform all over the country and every once and a while my van decides to make the next destination a challenge.After performing at the Baldwin City elementary schools I was worried about a sound the van has been making. I brought it to Gregg and he found what two other mechanics, in the past two weeks, couldn't find. I was headed to California and I would not have made it past Texas without my wheel flying off.He found the root cause of my problem where the others only patched it. He also went out of his way to find a hotel for me and my assistant and gave us ride there too! The only place that had my part opened at 8am the next day.Excellent customer service! This is how it's done!Thanks Gregg!

We have known the Bruce family for some time, in fact we are friendly. You always get the straight story on your vehicle, they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. All auto repair is expensive, don't blame your mechanic...unless you find they are charging well more than customary, but that's not the case here.

I drive the 45 minutes to get my car diagnosed with any issues. I don't trust dealerships and Gregg Bruce Auto are very trustworthy! It's straight up, no bs, and my car and truck always feel better after I leave. Best place !!!! I would give it a billion stars if I could!

Very nice and knowledgeable. They check to ensure everything they fix is completed in the most up-to-date manner, looking at new recommendations from manufacturers, etc.They don't BS you...just the truth. Most reasonable prices around!

VERY IMPRESSED WITH GREGG BRUCE AUTO REPAIR..I HAVE DEALT WITH MECHANIC SHOPS IN THE PASSED AND GREGG HAS CHANGED MY OPINION OF MECHANIC SHOPS.HE WAS HONEST ,HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE STEP BY STEP,AND THE COSTS OF ALL PROCEDURES.HE IS NOT THE GUY THAT TELLS YOU ONE PRICE AND HAMMERS YOU WITH A BIGGER BILL LATER.HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS SHOP.
