If you re in need of a car, Parks Motor of Augusta is the place you need to go and Cedric is the man you need to see! The customer service he provides is second to none and he truly cares about every customer that comes through the door. Thank you for getting me in this 2023 Jeep Renegade and impeccable service from start to finish.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!Have you ever felt like you are wasting your time at a place? This is how I feel. I would put $100 down knowing you will feel the same way. These sales people are HORRIBLE!!!!!! Within a thirty minute stop, I had 3 different sales people try to work their magic. The first sales person, Big Beard, asked me what I was doing and then walked away after I told him i was just traveling back home after looking into some things....no rebuttals or anything. The next one comes out to ask questions and then he had an appointment he had to attend supposedly....me knowing he did not like me stopping him in his tracks. The third one comes out and he refused to accommodate me with what I already had asked the second person several times to with getting me best detailed price on vehicles ..."we do things differently here" is what #2 & #3 sales people stated.You are going to ask, what do you know that i don't know? I KNOW both vehicle have been at the dealership for over 3 months sitting and waiting to be bought....you see it right, over 3 months. I just want the detailed "out the door price" on both vehicles. I got NOTHING!! You can tell they got nothing. Happy shopping....elsewhere!!!!!

I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Devin Foster, one of the finance managers, made the process of finalizing the deal extremely pleasant. We were in and out and had papers signed in less than an hour! Dairry Walker and Landon Ramey were also involved in the process of trying multiple vehicles and making the deal.

Sean went above and beyond to help us find a car we liked. We ve never had someone help us so much. He was also very efficient with time. One dealer had us at their store for 10 hours. It was an extreme pleasure working with him.

Worst place to get a vehicle from them. They hid a problem on vehicle just to get it off their lot. Mechanics don t even know what they are doing there. I wouldn t even trust them to put tires on a vehicle. They probably would leave lug nuts loose. A bunch of scam artists run this place

We could not possible be happier with Parks!John Culver and his team run a professional shop focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The respect shown by every employee is refreshing! In four new car purchases over 25 years, Parks has been there for my family. Thank you!My heartfelt thanks to Dairry Walker, Devon Foster, Tim Iverson, Chad, Charlie, and many others who make each visit to Parks Motors a homecoming. I am treated fairly and with respect. Buying a new car and trading an old friend is stressful but not with Dairry Walker and Parks on your side. When my Jeep needs service, Tim and Chad take care of me without fail. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. The best thing was the sales guy. Very professional.. BUT. The finance part. wow... Horrible. They will dollar push. Told them what I wanted around a monthly payment. Started at 250.00. Went to 350.. then 360-370. Then they told me they was getting a better interest rate somewhere else so they had me take the truck home for the weekend.. I arrived on Monday only to have the finance guy tell me the bank would only let him go no lower than 550.00 a month. ... No thank you. So all of a sudden he can do 400. And made it so I have to pay 200 from each 2 weeks and fro 60 months to 37 months. Will never do business or send anyone to them.

We had a great experience at Parks last Saturday! We got there close to closing time, and they made us a deal on a 2020 2500hd that we couldn't pass up! They offered us absolute top dollar on our trade to make the bank happy and worked with us until we got the payment where it needed to be. If you want to make a deal on a vehicle with some of the nicest and most accommodating folks around, head out to Parks Motors in Augusta and tell Andrew I sent you! Love my new truck!

Bought a car from Parks. Brought it in for an oil change & to check the trunk for a repair (trunk was no longer opening with the trunk release button) took an hour for the oil change then three more hours to get a diagnosis on the trunk. Was told the trunk no longer worked due to a bad fuse box (which apparently Chevy no longer makes). Was told they would look for the part. Received a voicemail a week later & told they found the part & had it in stock; to call back to schedule the repair. Called back to schedule the repair & no one seemed to know about the part, but was told twice they would do some digging & call back. No one called back. Followed up again & was told they never had the part, never looked for the part & are not allowed to make the repair on the trunk because it involves an after-market part that Chevy no longer makes. Was told the person whom I had been speaking with previously (at the original appointment & following whom had left my voicemail) no longer works there. I was then told I would need to take my car elsewhere to get the repair.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I came in with my dad for his service after my car had been totalled and decided to peak around some used cars. Devin (foster) brought around the dart and helped me and Andrew (hanser) with the paper work. We discussed financing and I was opposed as I was still in a job search, and they didn't hesitate to offer me one. I left in an incredibly good mood with a beautiful car (with absolutely no money down) and a job I can't wait to start. You guys are the best. (I almost forgot got to mention landon the sales manager he was also a big help).

Visited Parks motor this week 10/19/23 and met with their car salesman Travis Richardson. It was literally the first day of starting my car buying process, so didn t expect to leave with a finalized contract. After going over a vehicle that fit our needs, we ended up considering what I thought was going to be a good deal. Ended up being a bait and switch by the dealership. This is the most unethical process I ve ever been part of. I gave them the exact max dollar amount and loan that I was trying to get approved for. They negotiated with me on the trade-in and presented a preliminary contract with the final sales price that fit my budget. They even did the car salesman deal where they had me give my initial right next to the sales price if I was committed. I gave them my commitment to purchase the vehicle if he would get to that final price. He came back to the office with his manager and said that they agreed to it. I let them know that I would be looking into financing in the next week. I had Travis send me a sales contract that afternoon and it ended up being 7000 more than what we discussed in the office. They even took my deposit, $1,500 down that day immediately. The salesman was non-apologetic, and gave no explanation as to why they change the sell price. He essentially ignored my calls for the next day or so. I'm just in disbelief that a deal could be handled so badly.

Brought a 2007 Charger SRT8 from high school over for 2 recalls. After ordering parts and waiting 12 days to get a phonecall, the vehicle made it into the shop. Received a phonecall that they couldn't get the car put back together since it had been totaled and repaired by insurance a decade ago... was stuck in Wichita for over a week after hiring someone to drive me 3 hours back here from Kansas City to grab the car, only to find out that nobody seems to talk to each other at the dealership. The car wasn't done after being told that it was, so a week of time to someone that's retired and a $450 driver to waste a trip didn't leave me terribly happy. I sent an email to Roughly 120 senior Intrust bank employees explaining the situation and how nobody should ever come to this Dealership. It may take a while but it's going to hurt them quite a bit in time. Can't believe I had to buy a car at Rusty Eck since there were no rental cars on a weekend nearby. Lesson Learned.

I recently negotiated and purchased a new Ram 1500. Travis and Shane were very understanding of some medical issues that delayed the purchase. I felt like they were supportive all the way. Due to recent divorce my credit was below adequate yet they were able to find a willing lender which was a relief. On the day I took possession I could not have been more welcomed by the entire staff. It felt very friendly not intimidated at all. I will recommend Parks Motors to all looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I know where I will be going if I have a need to purchase another vehicle.

I purchased a new car from Parks last week. I live in NE and couldn t find a dealer closer that wanted to sell the Jeep for a fair price and be honest about the financing and numbers. Where do I even start at the amazing and awesome experience I had working with Sean Cabral at Parks Motors. Sean literally goes above and beyond for his customers. We got there late so it was after closing before we were finished. Sean acted like it was no big deal and went through everything step by step on my new Dodge Longhorn. Telling me things we didn t even know about and we have a Dodge Rebel prior to going here. I would give 100 stars if possible and I will definitely recommend Sean to ANYONE looking to buy a new vehicle. He literally goes that extra mile and brings true customer service and satisfaction into play. Thank you Sean if you see this for working with me on my beautiful Dodge. I ve been looking at Jeep Compass for a while, Doug Ford was the first to reach out to me and assist me with my crazy questions. He even took his own time to contact me not in business hours, set up an appointment with him and he had the car out and ready for us to drive! We loved the car and he worked with us a lot and was open about everything! I ve purchased a lot of cars in my life but this was by far my best experience. My husband and I love the car and appreciate our salesman who went above and beyond for us!

Took over a year to get my vehicle repaired. Tried giving them a shot to make it better (as they said they would) and taking my vehicle as a trade in , only made me think lower of them. Constant promises of a call back, and being sent to voice mail over and over again. From collision repair to buying a vehicle possibly the worse possible service received and even seen. Avoid.

So happy with my new truck! Highly recommend Dairry my salesman. He was extremely knowledgable and took time with me to make sure I knew all the new features. Michael was great to work with to get my financing and warranties. He got me the payment I needed before Christmas! Jay and Charlie made sure everything went off without a hitch. 5 stars for sure!!!

I saw a car they had in the Autotrader and was listed for $20,838. When I got there it was suddenly changed to $23,900. Then the manager on the Chevy side lied to me and said it wasn t listed for the $20,838 that got me to come check it out in the first place. The first time I bought a car from them they tried to sneak a useless $2500 warranty that I had to go through hoops to get removed from the loan. I actually tried to give them another shot but this last experience wasn t good.

This dealership is amazing!We have purchased 5 different vehicles from Parks in the last 12 months. Their customer service is second to none!Travis (salesperson) is easy to get along with, he listens to your needs and helps you find the right fit for you! There is no pressure, I guarantee you this, give him one chance and he will be your go to person for all your car needs!Micah (finance) this young man is incredible to work with! I have bought hundreds of vehicles in my lifetime, and the finance department is where I usually have the biggest issue when buying a car, not at Parks! He makes it so easy, he is helpful, not pushy, and will work hard to find you the best deal possible!Tim (Service Manager) will make sure you are taken care of after the sale! He is knowledgeable, helpful and his staff will make you feel like you are a priority! I can t imagine taking my cars and trucks anywhere else for service!Jay and Jay (sales managers) are fantastic to work with, have always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of! They make the whole process enjoyable and fun!The entire management team is top of the line! I had an issue with one of my vehicle s that could have been a nightmare. It was one of those once in a lifetime incident that is no one s fault, but can make life extremely stressful and difficult, and costly! The entire Parks Motors team from the Owner to the Service Rep jumped in to make sure we were taken care of! They were truly a blessing through it all.Thank you, Parks Motors, for making car buying fun!

If you need someone to depend on, be honest / straight forward with you, not leave you in the dark, help dumb stuff down , walk you through all the steps & will work his butt off to help you get the best deal, go out of his way for you, and even has the most patience answering my blonde questions . Doug is your guy! First time buyer & was the first place / man to not make me cry trying to buy a car from! Thanks for helping me get into my adult power wheels lol. But most importantly thanks for giving this single mom a chance to prove she could do this!
