I've been going here for a while for all my truck parts but this time I needed info on a part for my lawnmower wasn't sure they could help but I asked questions and they had the answers I needed and it wasn't too far out of the way they got my mower running that very day thank you O'Reilly.

Hats off to Augusta night crew on weekend of Jan 6th. About 7:30 at night I pulled in because I thought my lights were dim. The two crew members were super helpful. The young man explained the three options and I chose the whitest I could get (older driver). I come from the sealed beam era so was kind of at a loss as to how to install them. Young man jumped in (I didn't have to ask as he say my frustration) and replaced both. The lady working that night was a wealth of information. I hope you have these two pegged for management positions. I've been in management for 20+ years and these two had customer service in spades!

Went in to get a Wix Oil filter and synthetic oil told the guy behind the counter the year make and model of my vehicle he got the oil filter I grabbed the oil and I was out the door. The way all shopping experience should be get in get what you want and get out. Job well done.

Fantastic place!!!! My son was stranded with a horse trailer, a baby and a pregnant wife. Oreillys in Augusta, Ks went over and above. These are the kind of people that make America great. Thank you guys for all your help. You will never know how much I (we) appreciate everything you done!

Kathy is a rock star she changed my dying battery in the freezing cold with no complaints and lots of patience as my old battery didn t want to come out. I am happy to have a new battery Great customer service

My recently purchased battery was not up to par so they exchanged no problems. Cold weather did not help and me not driving truck enough to be fair.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! I had a serpentine belt come off of my car. Pulled up, and Kevin, an employee, was very nice and identified it easily. Sold me a new belt, and even replaced it for me in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this location for your mechanical needs!

Pretty basic O'Reilly experience, unbelievably slow, spectacularly unknowledgeable. Seriously, I question whether some of these folks have ever seen a vehicle before. Thankfully, I don't seek advice from these folks who are all too happy to spew misinformation and bad bad bad advice. I'm thankful there was one nearby, but unless you're ready with the part number and a lot of patience...good luck.

Dave and Melinda are awesome. They care about their customers and their cars. They have kept our cars running good for years. There are few business people I trust as much as them. If you need a great mechanic you can't do better!

The older lady needs a new pair of glasses or a new job. 4 times in a row she sold items that wasn't for my truck year. 4times I had to bring them back. What's the point of a computer if you don't use it right. Then if you read the boxes like I did when I got home..... right on the side it showed it wasn't for my truck. when you call to find out how much the tpms is on a 2010 Chevy equinox. Go ahead call! The man will tell you..."You can't buy that you have to call Jim here in town & he will buy it from us." I'm sorry. I'm not paying someone to put it on when I have the tools to do it. Horrible place for business.Don't forget the lack of answering the phone. That's a really good slow go of a move.

I have used the Auto Shop numerous times and always come away satisfied. They are all very experienced technicians who can diagnose a problem better than any shop I've used in the past 25 years. Their prices are better than anyone else in the county to boot and they always seem to come at cheaper repairs than others. To top it off they are very nice folks in all my past dealings.You can have your vehicle repaired, cheap, fast, and correctly...but you only get to choose 2 of these categories. If you favor cheap and correctly this is the place for you. They aren't fast because they are so busy due to their excellent reputation. Call ahead and schedule repairs if at all possible.

Auto Shop has fixed my '93 Honda on two separate occasions. Both times were to my satisfaction. You need to call for an appointment one week before you actually want them to work on your car, because they are that busy, because they are that good.

Had to wait long time to get someone to help me. Didn't get all the parts I needed, went back next day to get other parts. Not in stock!! Had to wait another day for parts to be ordered.

Prices are a little expensive but so is every other item we have to buy at any store. What online said was in stock at store, ended up not being in stock so had to wait an extra day to get our part.

Customer Service, what's that?I went in to get a factory paint touch-up kit (with my well behaved 2yr old and 6yr old boys) I clearly have my hands full. I explained what I needed. First clerk, "Not sure, I'm not the paint guy". Second clerk, "code could be inside door", third and fourth clerk...silent, but listening and looking right at me.. Note: found out later the fourth clerk was the "paint guy". So my boys and I went out to get paint code from inside the door. No-one offered to look it up or confirm whether it was actually inside the door, or under the hood, or in the glove box. So I googled it at the store and determined where the paint code was located. It matched what I found online. Headed back inside, first clerk said "oh yeah, that sounds right." "Great! Let's get it mixed up" I said, Second clerk, "Oh the paint guy went to lunch."What a joke!! This is why I've always hated going there. I only go here as a last resort to NAPA or AutoZone.

I love that they know what they're talking about and always willing to help for free (plugging your car in for the diagnostics test). I also like that they have most parts in stock and for good prices.

I had a dead battery I live in the country. I had bought the battery from them, a employee came out to my home and replaced the battery and charged me nothing..I'm very grateful for this stove and their employees...
