DO NOT GO HERE! Don t waste your time or money going here, go to the Atchison Express Lube instead! I wish there was a 0 star option because the service was horrible. I came in for a simple oil change, and it took 2 hours. After the oil change, they informed me that my car wouldn t turn on because it was a bad battery I ve had the same battery for 2 years and have never had a problem with the battery. They charged me for the most expensive oil change along with charging me over $100 for a new battery. The battery in my car already had a warranty on it from AAA, but the employees wouldn t let me call AAA because my car was already in their garage. When I went to check out they they almost charged me twice for the battery replacement, so we had to start the whole process over again. I will never come here for auto care again

I absolutely hate having to wait at Walmart. I went one evening and they said that they did not have enough staff to come back the next day which I did I waited 2 hours while they checked my tire. There was a bubble on the outside wall and the tire was going flat. I had to ask the personnel what they found out with my tire after waiting that long. The young man who actually worked on my tire brought my keys and sheet back into the area behind the cash register and only told me that the paperwork was in the process of being finished as he walked back into the working area. The man who checked me out at the register that night was not going to say anything either. I asked him what was found. He scanned over the paperwork and said "apparently they didn't see anything wrong." I was glad that I looked at my tires before they worked on them . I had to go back in to the young man who was blowing me off and ask to have my valve stem cap replaced ! I mean really come on Walmart ! The next day my tire was still low on air, granted this was a brand new tire as of May. So I went back to Walmart where staff were just standing around smoking cigarettes and talking outside the automotive department. So I went up to them and I spoke with a lady who I believe was the automotive department manager She told me to go ahead and bring the vehicle back the next day. She and another employee were having a discussion as to whether or not my road hazard warranty would cover the damaged tire or not. She approved that I could bring the tire and vehicle back in and they would replace it and I would get credit on my tire that had a bubble on the sidewall because of all the tread that remained. However this was another at least two hour minimum wait time. I'm very sensitive to smells which cause migraines. I ended up with a nasty migraine after dealing with all of this that should have been taken care of the first time. And now I look at my tire with the pictures that I'm posting and it still looks like my tire is running low on air. If I didn't have road hazard warranty on those tires I would definitely take my vehicle elsewhere for service. I have also told them multiple times that since I am divorced that I want my ex husband's name removed off of my vehicle account, yet they continue to bring his name up every time. I don't understand the issue with that I've been to two different Walmarts Topeka and Atchison and have asked them to remove his name and his name is still there. They need to work on their customer service!

Tire repair. NOBODY else there getting work done. Took 2 guys right at an hr to repair one hole in a tire. 1 played on his phone almost the entire time. Then for 10 minutes was waiting for paperwork to go through as watched the guys stand around and laugh and talk. No reason for this. Was told one was even the mgr. Highly do not recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Drop off and go. That's the best thing about getting tires here. Leave it. Go get some grub. Do some shopping. BUT Make sure they have your correct tire size when you get there.....even though they say ' yeah, it's in stock ' when you call....that's not always the case. The employee's have always been nice and helpful each time we've had a vehicle in there.

ROBBED me of my car keys. One of my lug nuts wouldn't come off so they told me it was policy to have my car towed. They said they would not give me my keys until the tow truck was on Walmart property. The lug nut was stripped during my last visit to this Walmart, and I know because I don't change my tries and I don't have the strength to strip a lug nut.So not only did Walmart strip my lug nut, they illegally held me HOSTAGE on their property and never paid for the $70 tow or the money I spent to get someone to get the lug nut off.Unless you want to feel trapped in the worst place on earth, don't trust Walmart to take care of you or your car.

I dropped my tire off for a simple patch job with them saying it would take around an hour and a half. Now 4 hours later my tire hasn t even moved from where I put it.

Came in for new tires and oil change. The service writers have no knowledge on automotive technologies. Who offers new tires with an option to balance after mounting and don't know the difference between all season and performance tires? No clue on inventory. Says they have 5 tires but only have 2. Ok fine do 2. 2.5 hrs later only my hood has been opened! I only had 1 oil change in front of me. Asked the service writer what's going on and he tells me there is only 1 guy under the cars draining the oil. Apparently it takes 2.5 hrs to drain 2 cars. Funny that the other 3 techs were just talking and eating pizza in the corner when 1 of them admitted they were off break a hour ago. Had them finish oil change and left without tires. Funny though I got charged $3 for tire hauling fee when they didn't even change them. RUN from this place.

First oil change of the day, waited two and a half hours. I spent almost 2 hours of that time sitting in the waiting area looking at my vehicle with the hood open, only being touched by someone checking the wipers. When I finally asked the manager about it, one of the service guys yelled "WE'RE WORKING ON IT!" You know, because it takes 2 hours for oil to drain...This place is horrible, ridiculous, and completely inefficient. I realize it's first come first served and I know to expect a wait at Walmart, but I was first oil change. There was a man there before me getting all of his tires changed, but at least one of the other 4 technicians there couldn't handle an oil change?! I'll never, ever, everrrr get an oil change here again.

Not only did they forget to save my appt that I made two weeks ago, but they kicked me out of the store in the cold "due to covid" even though I was about to spend $430 with them. Took my money to a local person that let me wait inside the store. Lesson here is, take covid hysteria over the top and lose money. Nobody wants to deal with that kind of paranoia.

Had an appointment at 9am to get 2 tires put on..Went up to the desk at 945 to check on how long before they were done just to be told they couldnt do the tires because my window wont roll down..No one bothered to tell me this the whole hour I waited for my car and yes I was there waiting right in front of all the workers at the desk and not 1 word to me until I asked

Could not live the van because the weight capacity was too heavy on it, they could have told us that like an hour before we're already still there.
