Our battery died and we were able to go get a replacement in 5 minutes and Kraig installed it for us within 10 minutes of being there.

I dont know what the guy's smoking who left a one star review. Maybe he had a rock in his shoe? The manager knows her stuff, and I have never had anyone be anything but helpful at this store!

I tend to need some oddball part that they just don't have. Jennie did help me track it down on the web. They also have a modest selection of specialty rental tools. I've taken advantage of that in the past with good success.

Mr Chad helped me figure out how I could test my power window issues. He ended up saving me a lot of money in parts I didn't need. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Almost 7, WalMart parking lot. Car won't steer, seriously-not even manual steering. Serpentine belt broke. Immediate call to O'Reilly Auto Parts Atch. Surprised they had one in stock. Like then...stranded and needing it...O'Reilly came through. 20 min or less singing "On the Road, Again". LOL, not really, but it could have happened that way. Thanks for being there & having the correct part for a 20 year old car. Rock on.

I hate to be so critical of a place, but the customer service here is simply abysmal. Went in looking for a spark plug for my push mower, with photos of the plug that I took out of it. Guy at the counter asked for a part number. I said I don't know, but that I had a several photos as a reference. Got told he couldn't help me without a part number. Ridiculous.

By far my favorite O'Reilly's and that's saying a lot considering the less than great service I've had the majority of all the other locations I've been to over the years. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Customer service sucks supremely!! Asst store manager Liz is a very incompetent leader for a older gentleman Jim who was very rude. When ask to have something done about the situation, it wasn't important enough. I've worked customer service for years and was completely shocked.. Good luck with this one folks..

Whitney ran this place into the ground, really poor management! Now I have to go out of town to get my parts because they are so rude and never give me what I need!

Four employes with one complaining that he was supposed to leave at five, but was still there at six. No one knew the difference between GL4 and GL5 oil. No one cared to ring me out on the register. Finally a young curly haired helped me at the register. I give it one star because of him. I will never go there again. If I was the owner, I would fire them all. I have never seen such poor customer service. I will admit they were having a good time and getting paid.

The people there are very helpful and willing to help you in any way they can. If they don't have the part you need they can have the same day the next morning

Its in ok store, some of the older gentlemen have even cracked a book to find a part i needed instead of relying on the computer. but i have a real hard time trusting electronic components from any oreillys, so i try to by that kind of thing from other vendors

I go there so much now they know me by name. Tho some of the kids there know squat about cars- after a few trips back and forth..I get the job done. The people are cool and friendly don't get me wrong

Friendly staff, helpful with finding the parts you need. I just wish they knew more about some of the car issues I have been having and what I need to do to fix them.

Ummm the front counter guy didn't know what a Subaru was.. not sure I'd recommend for anything that isn't on the shelf already.. and, for the front counter guy....No a Subaru is not a Honda...

Lazy and don't want to do there job when it comes to servicing any kind of basic knowledge to an inexperienced motor vehicle operator asking for help.
