Extremely deceptive advertising practices. Expect poor ethical behavior. On November 14th, I received a mailer advertisement from Lewis Chevrolet that had a tab-pull lottery ticket attached to the back. After pulling the tabs it seemed apparent that I had won a $500 Amazon gift card, but upon careful inspection of the fine print, they seem to have intentionally designed the graphics to mislead people into thinking they had won a much better prize when all they actually win is a $2 lotto ticket. I would assume the intention is to get gullible people into their business to give them a car sales pitch and then not pay out the reasonably expected prize. Steer clear of anyone who would try to decieve you to get your attention. Find a reputable, honorable dealer to do business with.

I got a used vehicle for almost 19,000.00. Only had it for 1week and had to take it to my mechanic to find out that the power train needed replaced $1000.00 parts and labor. Second week of ownership i took it back to the dealership and dropped it off. I live an hour away-they gave me a loaner car to drive.Later that evening they called and confirmed the power train needed replaced. The cost of that was 2000.00 but since it was less than 30 days since the purchase, they were willing to pay half of that so out of my pocket was 1000.00.I get that they re in business to make money. I get it-but I also know that sometimes you need to take a hit just to do what s right and take care of the customer.I feel this was one of those times. They should have just fixed it without charging me for anything.Word of mouth about a place of business goes a long way. Doing what s right would have brought in more money for them in the long run. Instead it s going to cost them in lost sales.So, at this point, no, I would not recommend anyone buy anything from there. But if they decide to step up and do the right thing and reimburse me the 1078.00 they charged me, I would gladly tell everyone I know that Lewis Chevrolet took real good care of me and that they should go there for a vehicle.

Horrible experience. They denied me before running my information. After I filed a complaint they ran my information. I had a pre-approval before ever going there. I'm glad I waited. I ended up with a much better deal. The prices here are insane.

Work was complete and it took care of issues. They worked well with my extended warranty. Transmission flush seems to have solved the vibration issue.

I came in with less than perfect credit, but the guys there really worked with me on finding a suitable down payment and monthly payment plan that works for my income. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get into another vehicle!

They sent me a everyone is a winner prize in the mail said on the letter I won a $1000 Amazon gift card to get me in the store just to tell me my actual code was different than the one I scratched off then they took all my information and ask me what I'm driving and if I want to buy one of there cars then to reveal my actual prize code wasn't listed and they wanted to offer me a $2 lottery ticket. What a joke. Wasted 1 hour of my day with this scam

Just had my new chevrolet in to have the auto start feature installed. Our dealer (Danny) came to our house to pick up both keys, and then called next day to say "all done". Great service indeed!

I made an appointment and explained I didn't have much money to put down and didn't have very good credit. Was assured they would be able to help me out and all that lip service. I got there waited about 20 minutes to be told the person my appointment with wasn't even in today. That the banks approved me for x to x amount but they didn't have any vehicles in that price range. But they could still get me into a car but I would need a 3k to 5k down payment. So I got hit with the basic bait and switch. Do not use them.

I was very impressed with the parts and service departments. They got me two fobs for my truck and the next day I had a service appointment to have them programmed. After a few minutes of waiting, the service tech came out and told me they were not the right ones. The ones I needed were no longer made. The promptly refunded me for the two fobs and said I didn't owe anything for the service side. I offered to pay since they had made the attempt, but they said no. Super impressed with the service they provided.

Lewis Chevrolet Buick has surprised me on so many levels with their AMAZING Staff, all the way from the young lady who answers the phone to Service Department. I stumbled on this the Dealership and last year in October and I have been in love every since. I love my new truck as a matter of fact it's, my new little piece of Heaven on earth. I love how they (Service Department) take care of my Truck as if it's one of their own vehicle. I have no worries, because I know exactly what I am getting when I am arriving at Lewis Chevrolet Buick anytime I need anything. I am so very Thankful for all of the Staff for taking such good care of their customers like they do. We don't feel like we are being short changed in any area of our visits, no matter which kind of visit that we may be there for.

Worst experience ever, gotta love a salesman who fraudulently runs your credit and denies it! I have literally spent hours on the phone with different lenders to report that my approval wasn't given to this guy. I understand that times are hard, but screwing up someone's credit to get a sale is beyond wrong, he lied from beginning and no one wants to return my call in regards of the matter. Went in to look at a used truck and value a trade. Low ball offer on a trade typical, asked them not to run a credit report i know my credit is good and didn t want a inquiry showing up since I was just looking and not that interested, but they did that anyway. Very pushy would not take no for an answer just trying to make you uncomfortable and agree to buy. I have owned and purchased a lot of vehicles, but will not buy one from this place. Thank you.

Our car salesman, Vince, was awesome! We love our new car. We had looked around for weeks and couldn't find the right car/car lot until we walked into here. We were treated as people and not just a number to them. We have never felt more at ease buying a car. Jeremy and Matt were awesome as well...we will never waste our time looking for another car lot when we are ready for a new car. Thank you guys!!!

Great folks to deal with. My salesman was Donny, great guy. We had talked on phone and tested for about a week. They represented the car well. I believe it was nicer than I thought. I will definitely be back.

My name is David. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I don t have the greatest credit in the world so I contacted this dealer. I got in touch with Ricky. I live an hour and a half away so I was communicating mostly via text and email. After being denied on a vehicle he said he would work to find me something he could get me in to. I told him that I want to know what kind of vehicle it is first because I want to like it if I m taking out a loan to buy it. Every time I would try to contact him I got no reply. Every couple weeks he would contact me and finally told me that he was working on something for me and I never heard back. I would run as far as possible from this dealership.

I received an oil change for my 2015 Chevy Traverse last week. Everyone in the service department was very friendly & helpful. My vehicle was done in an appropriate amount of time. I feel that I paid a fair price for the service I received.

The whole staff was impeccable! My situation was complicated and they bent over backwards in my time of need. I just lost my brother! Vince the internet sales mgr and Jeremy the mgr worked very hard to sell me a 2015 edge platinum and I love it! They are a dealership that will work with you anyway they can with integrity! If you go anywhere else good luck! LCB is number #1!!!!!

Billy brown was very helpful. He worked hard to find us a vehicle that works for us. But,no one else on staff, except the finance man, even said "hi" while we waited. The waite was long for financing and several employees walked around inattentive to us. The finance guy was personable and attentive when we finally got to see him.

Their service center is awesome. We took our truck to a few places first. They all said it was going to be an expensive fix. Took it to Lewis Chev. and they fixed it, for the price of a proper alignment. Thanks guys!!

They sold me a car with a bad inner tierod then refused to fix it since it wasn't covered under a warranty. Really that's kind of a serious thing and I took it back three day after I purchased it. There response was if you had better credit you could of got a better car. If you love your family and value their saftey DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

They went above and beyond to get us into a great suv. We traded in a mini van and really we didn't need to get a different vehicle since nothing wrong with the one that we had, but I am really happy with the trade up and the service we got afterwards when they installed a remote start for us.
