I have trusted Kent, his knowledge and integrity, and his staff and their competency with my home and car for the last three years. When I return to Andover each year, they are an essential stop. This time I stopped for oil changes on both vehicles and am DELIGHTED that a Tech saw I needed new brakes. Good people. Smart and competent. Time snd money we ll spent

I had some repairs done to my truck recently. It was more expensive than I expected, but I feel like I was dealt with honestly and they did the work as promised and it was done when they said it would be. I asked for them to look at the brakes and were told the brakes were good. To me that shows honesty. They were also the only shop I called that actually answered their phone. I will use them again.

I found the staff to be very friendly. I took my vehicle in to have the brake system bleed. Two weeks later and a six hundred plus repair bill,I get it back. I am still unhappy with the brake operation. I feel they preformed some unnecessary repairs. I ask them to check out another problem. I was told my wheel bearing was bad and needed replaced for additional 500+ dollars. That was in addition to an additional $2000 in suggested repairs. I checked out the vehicle myself and found the nuts holding the wheel bearings in place had been loosened and the wheel lug nuts were not tight. This could have caused an accident, if went unchecked. Upon pick of my vehicle, I inform them that I didn't like the feel of the brakes. The manager drove it around the building and informed me the brakes stopped the vehicle, what more could I ask for. I am still looking for a reliable source of service for my vehicles. Oh, by the way the noise, I ask them to check out was caused by defective brake pad. I don't think quality car care is place of service for me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Would highly recommend Quality Car Care in Andover OR Augusta. I used the Augusta location and was very satisfied and appreciative of their work and their focus on customer service throughout the entirety of my car complications / circumstance. I only have one mode of transportation and despite their busy schedule, they were able to find time for my truck and were effective in communicating the needed fixes and pricing for those fixes. Good people, good business - will take my truck back in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Took my car here because of a blog from Wichita by E.B., I can attest that they are a great company to go to for any service. Andover was hit by a tornado about a week before I took my car to them and they got it into their busy schedule when no one else would bother. They did excellent work and kept me informed about what was going on. In this economy when it's hard to retain mechanics or even find them it did take a little bit, but the level of communication made the wait well worth it.

I took my car in with a weird sound, when turning in the cold. They were able to diagnose the issue and replace it for a very reasonable price. Can't say enough about the outstanding service my son and I rec'd from Janet and the team at Quality Car Care! My son was about to come home from playing collegiate summer ball in KS when his electronic power steering went out. The local Chev dealer was telling us two weeks to get the parts. Janet was able to work his truck into their already-full schedule, found the parts and had them shipped from Iowa and had all the repairs done within a couple of days so his trip was only delayed one day! She kept me completely informed and updated throughout the process and they did exactly what they said they would at the price they had quoted. Overall, we had a great customer experience!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Quality Car Care is more than just their business name it is displayed in who they are. The quality of car they showed me and my daughters is immeasurable. Not only did they work us into their completely booked schedule(because we were passing through town and they wanted to get us back on the road as quickly as possible)they treated us like we were family. It was definitely a scorcher this particular day and they came and picked us up before the tow truck arrived they also cooled us off with a sweet local favorite treat. The kindness and compassion shown by QCC s staff is like nothing we ve ever experienced before. My husband (who is a DIY type of guy) took a tire in from his Jeep to have it taken off the rim so he could repair a hole. The owner came out and gave him a great deal and took care of the entire repair then and there so my husband didn't have to do anything. Great Service and Quality Work!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Incredibly kind, honest, and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help us troubleshoot when the engine in our vehicle went out while visiting friends. They made a hard situation so much better. I wish they had a shop here in Nebraska. Highly recommend.

We have taken both my wife s and my vehicles to Quality Car Care for our oil changes, and have been very satisfied with their services. Recently when I was simply looking for a used single tire for a tire swing, they made sure to help me find the best one (size and newness). Genuinely nice folks.

We have had our vehicles serviced and repaired at QCC since they started. We had a good relationship with the previous auto repair business and wondered about the new company when the previous retired. No issues. QCC is great and we have had our auto repair there since they opened. I don't recall how many years it has been but they have always taken great care of our vehicles. What a breath of fresh air to find this car repair shop. Located in Andover, KS just a few mile east of high prices and less than honest shops in Wichita, KS.I took my Mother-in-law's car here on a recommendation from the community she lives in and was not disappointed that I did. They are very honest in what your car needs and they will not try to sell you something that you don't need.Like I said earlier, it was a breath of fresh air to find this little jewel. I will definitely be back for my next car repair. I would highly recommend Quality Car Care of Andover, KS for your car repair needs.

Took our Mustang there on Friday to have them look at it and see why when hitting a BUMP the AC would go off and and then randomly come on later. I picked it up $235 later the only thing listed was them adding Coolant. Drove it 5 mins hit a speed bump and AC went off again. Called them and they said they can't look at it till Monday Morning, took it back Monday morning and here it is mid afternoon and they haven't even taken it in to see why they didn't fix it right Friday. Not making the appointment for them to look at our daughters car.Service: Air conditioning

Joshua is the best mechanic possible! He's very thorough with his work, checks and double checks what he's working on and with his inspections on a vehicle and catching anything else that may be wrong. And the owner is very caring and nice. Understanding, hard working, reliable mechanics. Everyone here is very trustworthy. Best mechanic shop in town!

These folks are so kind and caring. They take great care of three generations in our family. My mom swung by in a panic to get a wiper issue resolved before I left on a road trip an hour later and was so relieved to have a simple immediate fix! You can always count on them! Great people. New brakes and oil change today, felt the price was very fair. My front fender had a couple clips that were broken and it wasn t attached very well. They put a new clip on and fixed it for me, without me even mentioning it. Noticed it was fixed when I got home. I ll definitely be returning for my next oil change.

My car had the engine service light on. I call Nissan of Wichita, they want to charge me $180 just to take look to see if there is any problems. I when to quality car care, they fixed my service engine light to off and let me know there is really no problems. and They changed my car oil. All this service they only charge me $48.00. Great and honest peoples, customers service awesome. Saved me a lot of $$$.

The owner and his staff are wonderful. They made my car and broken A/C a priority when they found out we were trying to leave on a family vacation, kept the shop open late to finish the job and allow my family and I to get on the road. Great service and affordable pricing!

The worst place to take your car. They don't give proper estimates, they don't inform you upfront about charges for diagnostics or tell you what and when the are doing something to your car. I came in to check an antifreeze leak and the lady at the counter had told my husband that there would be absolutely no charge for the check but when we came to pick the car back up not only was my car not waiting for me outside but she had deliberately lied to my husband and he had to pay $50 for the check that she had told him there would not be a charge for. I recommend expert auto at either location in Wichita because not only do they update you on what they are doing but follow through with their estimates or quotes before doing work to said car.

I take my car and my wife s car here for any maintenance. The staff is friendly and helpful and always gives me an honest price. Very quick turn around and willing to stay later than most to get the job done and keep customer happy. Highly recommended

Take all my families automobiles there. Toyota, Dodge, Chevy and Pontiac. Best customer service you could ask for. Everyone needs a hometown mechanic, this one is mine.

They did a good job on my brakes. I was kind of upset with the way my car was parked when I picked it up though. That's really the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. It may not seem like a big deal but it bothered me because it portrays carelessness. I would post a pic but it's not giving me the option to.

I was told that I needed a complete front end. Tie rods, steering gear box, ball joints, drag link, pitman arm. Etc. I knew I had no clunks in the front end and I had checked for loose ball joints and tie rods. I was never shown the reason why they came up with telling me I needed to complete front end. My vehicle only has 66,000 mi. So I was scared off. Never to return. I went and got a second opinion and turned out that I needed universal joints on the four-wheel drive front end. On each side. On something that severe I believe that someone should grab the customer up and say here's what's going on with your vehicle. And show him/or her everything that is wrong. I was not. I felt like I was going to be taken for a big Repair bill..

If you are looking for an auto repair business that is trustworthy, honest, and prioritizes customer care and relationships over all else, this is the place to go. I've recommended them to friends and family for the past 10 years and have heard nothing but compliments from their experiences as well. Highly recommended.
