I forgot to get his name, but the associate that helped me April 18, 2024 was so kind and fixed my mistake without making me feel embarrassed. As a woman I'm used to being talked down to when I get help with my vehicle. But I am always treated with respect when I shop here. He exchanged my purchase fast and even installed the ball hitch for me, while he had me wait inside out of the cold. I am always happy with the service I receive at O'Reilly's.

I just received the best customer service today at this store. Carter promptly greeted me as I entered the store and was extremely helped. He took the time to find the correct bulb that I needed for my rear tail-light/turn signal. It took two attempts but he made sure it was working properly before putting everything back in place. He then found the correct windshield wiper blades that I needed and promptly installed those for me. He was friendly during the entire process. I hope O'Reilly's realize was a star employee they have!!

I m so impressed with O Reilly Auto Parts in Andover! I had the oil changed in my car, & when I was there, they told me I needed an new air filter and a new cabin air filter, that would almost double the cost of my oil change!! I stopped at O Reilly s and the gentleman there, priced out both filters, at half the cost of where I got my oil changed, & then offered to put them in for me at no charge!! What wonderful customer service!! Thank you O Reilly Auto Parts!! Great store & even better customer service!!

The gentlemen at O Reillys have always taken good care of me. But super impressed/grateful for today s experience. Just left there, and I met a young man named Levi Levi went above and beyond in customer service. Found the right wiper blades for me came out in the rain and put them on for me and was super helpful and very well spoken. I will be a lifetime customer. Give him a raise!

Very knowledgeable employees who were very helpful with finding the parts that I was looking for today! They didn't have it in the store but were able to get it within a few hours. They always seem to be busy but keep a very good attitude and a very tidy store!

Great experience for what I needed had a engine light pulled and the assist manager was helpful in explaining to me what the code was and even printed out information for me.

Levi A Manager in the Andover Store is very knowledgeable- without fail has known what is needed for the job - seems to interact well with new hires- I appreciate when people show that they have honor and integrity- Oscar also was a big help- I would recommend driving the Xtra few miles for good service!! Staff here are incredible! They are always ready to help and demonstrate incredible customer service while explaining different options for parts or routes to go with my vehicle. One guy, Brayden, is always super friendly and helpful. He even changed my car battery for me! What a guy! Will always rely on this location for all of my car needs!

Al and Levi are awesome. Levi is very knowledgeable, and Al is excellent at customer service. Not all the counter help is that way, but 'kudos' to those two guys. Oh and you have to put Tracey, (purple hair), in that category. She's great!!

I always go to this shop. The people working there are nice and helpful. I needed some tools to remove my car stereo and they said they weren't ones they were willing to lend out. When they started to ring up the actual removal kit it was going to be 10 bucks for something i would use once for 10 seconds. I said that and the manager said that he thought he had a returned package that was already opened. He let me use the tools from the return box and ten seconds later I gave em back to him. Frankly I have gotten everything I need from this store for years. Oil, filters, lights, whatever. I'll keep going back... i don't even check around on prices.

The Two young kids, employees- in this Saturday Morning, they need to take class in customer service program-because, two of them know nothing about how to help customer or be welcoming- I am putting money in your business and I have to accept your guys rudest?

I wanted to sincerely thank the two young men that assisted me this week in replacing a headlamp and adding washer fluid in my car. They were so positive and helpful. Excellent customer service. I will be back!

Absolutely rude. Call to check a part was in that was ordered. They said it would be in around 5:30. I called at 5 just to check if it had arrived yet. They guy who answered the phone seemed to be upset that I even called about item. He stated it that it s supposed to arrive at 5:30 with an attitude. Auto zone will now have my family s business.

They often have what I need in stock or can get it quickly. I have been here dozens of times for parts and supplies. Overall great customer service and helpful staff. Similar to many other O'Reilly Auto Parts locations.

I've had to order 2 parts i had the same rude helper both times help me. it felt like he had better things to do then help me both times as well as he ordered the wrong things. After going in to pick up my parts then to find out it was wrong.While I was there I asked for 3 u-joints and was given 2 when I asked for the other one he smarted off I'm looking it up rudely. Then gave me a carrier bearing. I still needing a 3rd u-joint.I have been going there for years and this is my last time I'm going to that one when I can easily go down the street and spend my money at AUTO ZONE.

Store carries good parts. Counter guy sold me a strainer i did not need. You haft to remember these employees are not ASE certified. Or willing to help you save money!

I had to get a new battery for my car I was short on cash and chase helped me get a battery with what I could afford. Super helpful and willing to work with you. Without his help, I would have stranded in 4� weather! Thanks a bunch!

I went in as soon as they opened. They came out to my car and read the check engine light for me. It was not a part they carried and didn't effect the driving of my vehicle so he cleared the code and i went about my day. In general a plesant experience.

Nice folks and they are able to get you the right part as well asanswerquestiond. I even had a dude install my washer blades for me for no extra charge and he insisted on doing it. So thank you bro!
