WOW, this place is NOT good, it s AMAZING. We are having an EPIC adventure heading to ALASKA in our travel trailer. UNFORTUNATELY, we got waylaid near WICHITA when we had a bearing/brake fire 60 MILES east of nowhere. Through a Google search I came across ANDOVER Auto RV Diesel as we sat on the side of the highway over 10 HOURS for Roadside Service that never came. BUT while waiting, JOSH at ANDOVER spent a good chunk of time searching for parts and even FaceTiming us.With the help of some WONDERFUL folks who stopped for us, we were able to get temporary parts to do some roadside repairs and made it to Andover Auto RV Diesel the next day. However, our unit required SPECIAL and CUSTOM parts to make it right and most importantly, SAFE. This threatened the entire trip as the manufacturer said it would be 4-5 weeks. But Josh NEVER gave up. He spent TWO DAYS searching for everything needed to get us back on the road safely.I should definitely mention that the cost of repairs was extremely reasonable, especially given all of the TIME and ENERGY put into it. They could have really put the SCREWS to us being as we were pretty much stuck. But INSTEAD, they were kind and fair and went out of their way.We are TRULY GRATEFUL to everyone who helped us out and especially to Josh and the staff at ANDOVER Auto RV Diesel.

I took our car in for a basic oil change just to see how things went. Josh did a 10/10 job. The customer service is fantastic, he did the job thoroughly, went above and beyond, he didn t try and up sale me on anything and his pricing is great. We will be back!

Josh was Amazing! One look under my hood and he knew what was going on. Got it all repaired and running great. No more antifreeze leaking!! Highly recommend. Great mechanic and great customer service!! Will continue to use him as our go to mechanic!!

Josh came out and looked at my car while I was at work, I told him I had some popping noise coming from the steering area, this man took his time and looked at everything and gave an honest opinion. I definitely recommend this guy for all your cars problems

Josh Did excellent work repairing my rotors and changing my breaks and swapping out my battery. The cost was more than fair. I felt like I got the best deal in Kansas. Josh is courteous trustworthy and explains his process. Couldn t recommend him as a mechanic enough. I will be calling them for all my future issues with any vehicle I have.Timely, trustworthy and wallet friendly.

My car lost its brakes on my way to work. I was able to get my car to work, but I definitely couldn't drive it home. I know nothing about car repairs, but I knew my brakes were not going to hold out to get me home. Josh came out, in 8� to diagnose my car's issues. He was so polite, compassionate, and honest. He helped guide me with the best way to proceed. If I ever need an on-demand mechanic again, I will not hesitate to give him a call. He has integrity!

These guys were excellent with communication their work was done with integrity and quality that is rare in this day and age. You save money with them by not having to have your vehicle towed in to a shop and you help good hard-working men provide for their families instead of paying for a shop owner to nickel and dime you every way he can.

Excellent mechanic! He is fast and reliable! Has has worked on my 2019 Kia sorento, and my 2 Honda civics. He has also worked on my mother in laws Pontiac. I definitely recommend!!!

These guys are great! Tgey came out in the dark to fix a water connection and ran into issues with my old camper and stayed to fix all the issues in 20� weather and didnt even hit me with an upcharge. Great work men!
