I had an exceptional experience with John service! Brad and Trent provided outstanding service during a stressful situation. They were prompt, professional, and went above, and beyond to ensure my car was towed safely and efficiently. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the whole process, smooth. I highly recommend John service for the reliable assistance, and I am grateful to Brad and Trent for their exceptional service!

Called before he was even out of bed. Brad was very patient with my insurance and communicated well with me. Probably as frustrated as i was with it being so early in the morning. I went through AAA, and they were going to send another tow service out after hitting a deer. The other service took too long to respond, and within a couple of minutes of switching tow services. We were cruising down I70 when our car went kaput just at the off-ramp to Abilene. My knights in shining armor. After a grueling 48 hours of frustration with my insurance company and several other tow companies in the area, I called John s. Brad assured me that he could and would recover my vehicle from the mud. Within a couple hours Trent came pulling in with my Mustang on board. They were quick, professional and friendly. I broke down on the highway and had to call John's Towing to take me into a small shop (M&M Tire and Auto). Their dispatcher was quite proficient and professional. If anyone is considering using Johns service.. do it!! Ask for Joey! After going through 4 different other companies in the area having no success in getting my vehicle unlocked John s service was able to come to the rescue by sending Out Joey. Joey was able to successfully get me in my vehicle and reassured me he wouldn t stop till he did. He was true to his word and was able to get me back in my vehicle and on the road. Big thanks to Joey and John s service will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend their services!!Service: Car lockouts

Absolutely fantastic!!! We punctured a tire on I-70 and called the roadside assistance number provided with our car. They called John's Service and Brad showed up less than 30 minutes later. He helped us throw on the spare and then let us follow him into Abilene, where he directed us to a tire shop for repairs. Brad was wonderful, very friendly, and very helpful; a great combination when one is stuck in unfamiliar territory. Two thumbs way up for some awesome service!!!

Locked my keys in my work van and Trent came out within 45 minutes of calling the fleet service for the company I work for. Had the door opened in about 2 minutes. Total pro and very courteous. I will recommend these guys every time!!!

Jason from this towing company is awesome. He s knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and as a matter of fact using him to tow my car again. I would definitely recommend these guy s for anyone in a sticky situation. They are fast, reliable and all around awesome. Great job guy s!!!

The back tire popped leaving a huge hole in it. He arrived in half the estimated time. He was especially nice for my puppy. Made sure she stayed comfortable and calm. The accident had her very nervous but she was fine after about 10 minutes. Towed us out of the way to one of the only open repair places on Labor Day.

John's Service was excellent to do business with. Responded to the side of interstate within 10 minutes of being called to assist with a blown tire. Very prompt! Extremely professional! And has great customer service! Seemed fully equipped to deal with any roadside issues! Thanks again!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with John's. Trent was friendly, professional, and really helped me feel calmer about our situation. He arrived in very short time to help us out of the mud on a dirt road, and was really knowledgeable and capable. Service was a little pricey, but Trent advised us to submit a claim to our insurance (which we wouldn't have thought of) and the cost is being covered 100%! John's will be our go to if we're ever in a situation like this again.

Upon arrival he was extremely down to earth and kind hearted. He drove 45 minutes just to spend 10 minutes helping me. He helped me resolve the priblem without needing the original tow. He definitely cares a lot about helping people.

Lost a tire while driving, they arrived super fast and were really friendly! Helped me out big time when my insurance sent me to the wrong mechanic. Let me stay at their office and kept my car in their lot while I waited to take it to a shop.Big thanks to Trent, this ordeal could have been a huge pain but they made it really easy.

I was driving I-70 between Salina and Abilene and blew not one but two tires. I called Johns for a tow and Trent was there within minutes! He was very friendly but professional and made me feel completely comfortable! Not to mention my services were reasonably affordable! I would recommend them for roadside service for any age of driver HANDS DOWN!!

About a month ago, I blew a tire on interstate a couple of miles outside of Chapman. My three grandchildren, all five and under, were with me. They were all a little fearful because I had to hold on tight to the steering wheel to keep the car on the road. Brad, the owner of John s Wrecker, was there in a very short period of time. I was very relieved and impressed!! I tried to make light of the situation with my grandchildren by telling them to watch how he winched the car up to get it on his trailer. Needless to say, they quickly became very interested. When it was time to get out of the car and get in with Brad, I was so impressed because he immediately started getting the kids out and loaded them into his truck. He was so good with the kids as I gathered all of our things. I would certainly recommend John s Wrecker Service, if you ever find yourself in need of a wrecker. I believe that he went above and beyond by the way he handled the children. Thank you so much, Brad!!!!

My tire unexpectedly blew on my way to work. Gentlemen (I assume was John) was super nice and was able to tow my car from Abilene to Junction City without me having to bring him my keys. Towed it very quickly, I waited an hour for him at most from start to finish. Thank you so much!!!

Called and with 15 minutes the tow truck was in my driveway!Fast service and wonderful employees. This was not the first time we have used John's Towing and Recovery Services. Always pleased with total customer service and they do go above and beyond for their customers. Their phone number is the only one my husband and I need in our phones.

My car was stranded at a motel, in Abilene over the weekend. I got a ride from a friend, back to my home in Wichita, since all the businesses were closed over the weekend. On Monday morning at 8 am I called John's, described my car, and problems, and told them the keys were with the motel office. By 9am they had retrieved my car, done diagnostics, and called me back with an estimate!!! I told them to fix it, and they ordered the parts, and had my car fixed, even before I could make it back up to Abilene to get it! I'm a mechanic myself, and their work was perfect. Their costs were very good, and considerably more reasonable, than I could ever have gotten in Wichita. First class folks, very friendly, eased my concern for my car, and communication was great, even doing everything over the phone.

Unexpectedly fast service, professional, and friendly. If I am ever in the vicinity of Abilene KS and need a tow I will only use John's Service. After finding out that the order my roadside assistance service made would short the tow, I expected to have to pay the difference, but was not charged. It is never a good time when your car breaks down, but I did enjoy conversing with the driver on the way to the shop. Thanks!
