Mike Spohn responded back to me immediately and sent me a policy the same day. He was very courteous and professional throughout our interactions. Mike was very committed to my needs and walked me through the policy, as well as the signing of the document(s). Mike did a great job of streamlining and simplifying the Homeowners insurance shopping process! He presented the options honestly and was not pushy at all. We were very thankful he was able to help us. Would recommend!

In July I got into a car accident. When I called my insurance agent, Mike at Copeland Insurance while waiting for the police to come, his first question and concern was if I was safe and unharmed, putting my safety first. In a stessful situation they made me a priority. They were very prompt on starting my claim, fighting the other individual's insurance, and getting everything set up with a rental car while my car got repaired. They contacted me numerous times to make sure all my needs were meet and kept me updated through the whole process. I highly recommend Copeland Insurance Agency for any insurance needs.

Best Insurance place in town! They are extremely helpful and kind. Theyll find you the best rates. Very knowledgeable and explain everything. I've been with them for years and years and they're great.
