I brought my truck in for a full Auto Detail. I was called that it was ready for pickup. I went to get into my truck and the radio screen was damaged during the detail. It displayed a solid white screen. I left my truck. They gave me a service loaner car to use. Hopefully, my truck will be fixed soon. Since they have to take it to the Ford Dealer to get fixed. I Farm and Ranch. So, not having a truck at the moment is not good. I m very disappointed to say the least

Well had door fixed due to deer.Then I had to come back in 2 weeks to have oil change . They di great. Jamie's the greatest! Chuck great too. They were all helpful. And thank you for selling us another vechile. Ross and Chris are super great!

Everyone was friendly, cordial and professional. Waiting area was pleasant and restroom was immaculate, while oil & filter were being changed in a reasonable time. Good service!

Outstanding service! We had a flat on I-70 traveling back to KC and pulled in with a Ford truck and service got us right in and fixed in less then 30 mins and very fair bill.

Helped figure out how to get disabled car to their shop for repair. Then they worked with GM to determine that the battery had an internal short leaving the car totally INOPERABLE. Skilled techs worked with Corporate team to correctly resolve the issue. New Battery which had internally shorted at only 15 months.ThanksCliff Ascher

This was my first experience working with the body shop and I can t be more pleased with how everything was handled. Not only was my car perfectly repaired, they communicated the progress through the whole process from start to finish. Although things that were beyond their control delayed its completion by just a bit, they made sure that it was done properly before I picked it up.

Service personnel always greet you when you come,Jaime explained what services were performed and what the cause of the issue on why they did the service. Had a little hiccup with my card but was rectified quickly. Also all the service area tech are friendly and willing to you to get the best needs for your car.

Went to Holm's in Abilene this morning was greeted by Alan for oil change and tire rotation. Another person cameand put down paper on floor and steering wheel cover first time ever (never had that service in Salina) Service writers were very helpful talked about what they were doing today. They kept me informed on what needed done.Didn't act like I was just an old and stupid lady. From talking to others who was having work done there all was treated well. It might be a short drive over there but I will be going back for service.Salina Holm's was a lot better don't know why there so many new faces. The last time I had work done I was given a lot of hogwash and felt like things was done and charged for when not needed.

We live in western Nebraska and our son wrecked his pickup on snowy I-70 near Abilene. We didn't know anyone in the community, but were recommended to have Holm Automotive repair the pickup. They communicated often with us through the repair process and did an excellent job. I would recommend Holm Automotive to anyone who is looking for professional vehicle repairs.

Had engine light come on over the weekend, and even though they were short handed , Jamie got me all fixed up first thing this morning. They always take care of us and are very honest, about what service you need. We recently broke down out of town with my husband s car and had to get the car towed to the local dealer in town and that was the biggest mistake we ever made . We should have paid the towing to Holms right off the back, cause they tried to convince us he needed a new engine, when a few days later , after my husband had it towed to Holms instead, found out it needed new spark plugs . That s the difference, that s why we always go to Holms Automotive, good people, great service and no one within a 100 miles radius at least can give you what you get with them. My loyalty will always be with Holms
