Automated phone system said that my Med supreme pizza would be ready at 5:14.Walked in at 5:20 and it had not been started yet!Cook was too busy making boxes I guess and rude to myself and others that were waiting!Food is good though! Not much to choose from here in old Abilene town!

We called in pizza order and got a text that it was ready to pick up, drove in from country and was told it would be another 20 minutes. That is horrible service. Only 2 people working in the whole place . Other people were coming in and told the same thing . Lots of cussing going on, with the price of gas I had to drive around for 20 minutes with children. Came back and had to wait another 5 minutes for the cashier to cut it! You have to do better!!!!

Everytime I order pizza here it is. Amazing. I ordered the best pizza of my life here on 2/28/23 and would like to thank the guys who made it. Never had a bad pizza here and never had a problem with the gestation. The staff is always very friendly. I 1000% recommend this place.

8 am on a busy weekend and every employee except the elder cashier and the girl making pizza outside smoking. Their policies is stand in line I need a smoke. Never stopping here again.

Always something out or not in stock (ice cream, coffee, soft drinks).and for what they charge, you'd think they'd get it straight. Also, their sweet tea tastes like pure hot garbage.. oy sweet and definitely a nasty Great Value type tea quality taste so don't waste your money on it. Also at lunch and no sandwich orders being taken/made.

I ordered two Italian subs with all veggies, pepper jack cheese, toasted bread today. I get it 15 min late. Not veg toasted or cheese just meat. This was all online. Very disappointing. Not the delivery drivers fault. Casey's needs to get it in gear and fix their online system .

According to the GasBuddy app the day we visited, their unleaded price was worth the drive away from the stations closer to the interstate.

Dirtiest store I ever seen. All ice cream in boxes but not on racks where customers can get it. Only cereal is 8 dollars a box..

I had went in and ordered sub sandwiches yesterday on the 2nd of July 2022 and the very next day called to make another order for sub sandwiches and was told that there sandwiche station had been down and not working so they are not making sub sandwiches so I asked how long has it been down and the person had said for the last 2 weeks. How can that be if I just ordered sub sandwiches the day before. So eather they just did not want to make sub sandwiches and lyed to me saying it has been down for 2 weeks. Eather way it's not cool I'm very disappointed

This store claims it s 24 hours and the sign on highway also says so! Don t waste your time driving 3 miles to this store off of i70. They were closed at 4:30 am! No gas OR food.

Ordered over an hour ahead.. got there .. oh we haven t started those .. apparently they don t start until it s pick up time what good is having a pick up time if you re not able to pick it up for the event that s scheduled for? Worst part they are not busy .. just lazy?

So, I go in once in a while for lunch and they always only have 1 kind of pizza to pick from, I don't say anything. I order a delivery tonight, they call back that they're out of Philly pizza, chicken bacon ranch is fine with me. And, they show up and no breadsticks either which they didn't tell me about when they called to let me know about the Philly pizzas. So, the delivery driver apologizes and offers to call corporate to refund me or put my name on a breadsticks list. Is it me, or does every place that offers good in this town lacking in customer service and mental capacity to even work and breathe at the same time?

Just stopped by passing through to get some gas and take a bathroom break. The staff was friendly, the location was clean and the bathrooms were pristine! If you need a quick, clean stop this is a good place for it!

With Casey's you always know exactly what your gonna get. Plenty of options to eat and cheap fuel prices. Made daily donuts. Fresh pizza. An assortment of fried foods ready to go. Large selection of beverages.

They diffently NEED more help during the busy hours! The food is great! I guarantee if they had more employees during their perk time, this would eliminate their problems of extensive waiting and they'll have more professional customer service.

Went in to get 2 sandwiches...spoke to one person who I knew and was busy checking people out....stood at the deli for over 10 minutes ...no one in the back making pizzas acknowledged me so I went over and asked them if anyone was there to make sandwiches....she looked surprised like I would ask such a question and said...yeah, I'll be there in a minute ...I stood there for another 3-4 minutes with nobody even making an attempt to wait on me...I walked out. That is a joke!

Not a fan of the new coffee machines. They are too slow and the coffee is bitter. Tastes like low quality instant.

Rude kitchen staff, two mean old women who just glared at people then ignored customers. The cashier wasn't any improvement either. I won't be back, next time I'll drive to Chapman's Casey's where they know how to treat people right.

Ordered pizza, waited an hour and they haven t even started on my order. The cooks in the kitchen are kind of a joke on most mornings and weekends.

A little slow and the sandwich never got heated long enough barbecue beef should be nice and warm it was cold usually a lot better

I ordered two large pizzas at 5:23 it is now 7:05 and still no pizza my kids are hungry this is so not right I will never ever order here again

The prices, the service, and the deals you get with the casey's card are wonderful. It's the only convenience store I will stop at.

Stopped Sunday to use the restroom and the young lady behind the counter was very sweet.The store was clean and I walked out with a smile.
