My husband and I have been looking for a company with a smart agent and great crew to back her up with even more knowledge of the life insurance buisness. We always feel so much betterwhen we deal with a person face to face rather than over the phone or online. It was so nice to see Amanda and her crew of ladies all pulling their weight, and doing exactly what Amanda needed them to do. My husband even commented on how calm and comfy he felt the entire time we were at State Farm Insurance. I am sure we will be doing more buisness with them in the future!

Amanda was extremely easy to work with. She took time to go through every detail of our coverage for our house, cars, motorcycles, and camper. The whole team has been very nice and respectful. We are lucky to have such great insurance and team available in Abilene.

If you want a full service office that takes care of EVERYTHING when a claim is submitted that is exactly what happens when you have this staff take care of it. These people are THE BEST!!

When coordinating a move to the area Amanda, Diane and Michelle were so friendly and welcoming. Michelle was extremely helpful getting our home insurance set up. Once we arrive we will get our auto insurance from Amanda's office as well. Thank you for your help!!!

Can't say enough good things about Amanda West and the staff at Amanda West-State Farm Insurance in Abilene. KS. They are an amiable, cordial and down to earth group with a good sense of humor, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to go the extra mile for the client. Amanda and her staff have been very helpful, quick to suggest viable options, and they have provided me and continue to provide professional service. In general, going beyond 100% for the client is not unusual, it is their standard. Thank you!

Can t say enough about the great service and job that Amanda and her staff at State Farm did for my husband and I. I didn t realize how under covered I was for my home and cars. She helped us understand our insurance and we have better coverage for a cheaper rate my bundling with State Farm. I would recommend anyone Not satisfied with their insurance check them out.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with State Farm, Abilene. I had been insured elsewhere in Abilene, for years, and never felt the respect, caring and concern for my insurance needs. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. A+++++
