Used them to do a full detail on my van that was getting shipped overseas. They went into extreme detail to ensure dirt and debris was removed internally and in the engine bay. I'm giving three stars because the people were very nice and my carpets looked great. But otherwise, I dropped off my car the night before my appointment and when I went to pick it up at 4pm, they had hardly started on it. They weren't done until 6pm. And then I had to ask for my trunk to be vacuumed. The back seat wasn't cleaned very well. And the wax on the windshield wasn't rinsed off very well, if at all. When it sprinkled the next day, there was spots all over it that wouldn't come off with my wiper fluid. I had to scrub it to get it clean enough to see out of. There was streaks in the middle of the inside of my windshield. And finally the windows weren't rolled down to clean the top couple of inches. I was disappointed to say the least and a three star rating is pretty generous.Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming
