The 4.7 STAR reviews are true at Williamsburg Tire & Service! We drive an 18 wheeler across the US. One Saturday morning we noticed a need for a new trailer tire and happened to be 2 miles from Williamsburg Tire & Service. We called ahead and they said come by and they started working on the tire immediately.Lance was very friendly and fun to chat with while he swapped the trailer tire. He was also very willing to help us fill the air on all tires, along with the hub oil seal. Spencer, the manager, made sure to triple check that all work was done correctly before we left. We re back on the road and happy!Also, they re Dog Friendly so as you can see from the photos, our boy was happy to help, too! THANK YOU ALL

Incredibly good customer and quality service. We were driving back to Chicago from Denver when our low oil pressure light turned on on the dashboard. Stopped by right when they opened and they were gladly and eager to help. We needed a new sensor and were able to get all done super fast and for a reasonable price.We are super grateful that we stopped here to fix it. Bonus points: pet friendly, great lobby, and clean client restrooms.Thanks for the help!

We had front end damage to our vehicle from a large piece of a semi tire late on a Friday night. We were able to get to a motel and survey the damage. We contacted our insurance company but no collision centers were open on Saturday. We found this tire center in Williamsburg and contacted them. The gentleman said they were short handed but he would send someone to our motel to look at the vehicle. They strapped up some wires and a piece of the front end that was hanging so we could drive to their shop. Once there, they got us right in and quickly got it so we could get back on the road. This was exceptional service from the shop manager and the employee who worked on our vehicle. I would highly recommend them and would like to thank them again for all they did for us!!

The trucking company I am working for, nearby, uses Williamsburg Tire & Service for tires mostly. I just found out from one of their supervisors that they can / will do many things if asked. They can order parts for almost anything you need done on cars and trucks alike. Great place and great people.

Terrific they got my truck in didn't laugh too hard at the old thing changed the oil and did it cheaper than they had told me on the phone all the employees were very friendly

Got into a pinch with a flat tire, or nearing that on I-80, got there in time as for my super car has no spare tire. With great care they fixed it with out any damage to this very expensive car. Great Job.

Had a blowout on I-80 (construction). Williamsburg Tire got new tires overnight and installed by 10:00 next morning. Friendly and great service.

These folks were amazing to work with- when my brakes went out unexpectedly on the highway, they took take of me right away and were helpful and efficient! I feel so lucky that they were close by!

Free diagnoses, excellent customer service and charged me at least $300 less than any place in Coralville would have for new tire rods and sway lines. Will be returning for sure!

These guys provide fast friendly service. Prices are great too. It's nice to feel liked you aren't getting hosed when you leave. Spencer is professional and willing to go the extra mile to help his customers.

Was driving from Chicago to Des Moines for work and my check engine light started blinking. I arrived at closing time but they were willing to check my engine codes before they left. Had a misfiring cylinder and would need to be looked into further. They were busy but they found time to get me in early the next morning. Had a broken engine coil. They had to go off site to get the part but they were finished within an hour at a very fair price. They treated me very nicely in a time of need. Thanks!

Our family found itself with a blown tire on Interstate 80 within the first few hours of our road trip. After getting the spare on, we made our way here and were treated very well. They fit us in right away (an early Saturday morning) and had us out the door in under an hour with 4 new tires. The sitting area was cool and comfortable. They even offered us the remote to their TV. To top it off, they even stowed away the spare tire back under all of our vacation gear. Thank you for taking much of the stress out of this unwelcome surprise addition to our trip!

I was VERY disappointed in the fact that they charged me more than the agreed upon price for 2 new tires for my flatbed. I believe that your word is your bond and they broke their word with me because the new guy didn't like the amount that the previous employee put in writing. I will never shop there again which is a shame since we own 9 passenger vehicles and 3 big work trucks, and 3 smaller work trucks. All of them need tires from time to time. In fact i need 2 new 22.5 tires for my boom truck. But I will not shop there again. Friendly staff and the tires were good that I did buy, at almost $120.00 more than the agreed on price. Since I am a local it is difficult to find a full service HONEST Tire shop but I will find one for sure.

We can t rave highly enough about Williamsburg Tire and Service. The tire on our trailer shredded. They met us on the ramp to change the tire out and led us back to the shop to check the axel of our 35 foot travel trailer. We have 400 miles left of our 3,000 plus trip and they made sure we were good for the road to make it back to our dealer at home. They were informative and friendly to our large family and dog. Thank you for taking care of us and getting us back on the road so quickly!!!

I contacted Spencer to inquire if they had tires for our 32 motorhome. We are new owners had gotten a high estimate from an out of town business. Spencer took the time with me to discuss a couple of different brands and variables how they work.. This helped me to decide on the brand. I appreciated the time and professionalism demonstrated by him.

My husband took his truck here to fix a leak from a power steering pressure pipe. They were super nice and did the work quickly, even stayed late to make sure we got our truck back that day. Great business!

My serpentine belt broke on the way out of town for the weekend.I limped in here just before close.They took care of me by finding the part - replacing the part - and giving me an impromptu oil change all for an unexpectedly low price.They worked quickly and efficiently so I could get my vehicle back asap.VERY pleased!

Our trailer blew a tire from Indianapolis to Des Moines and we had to change it on the side of i-80. Luckily we had a spare but didn't want to risk it, so we went and got a brand new tire from Williamsburg and they even fit it on site for us. 10 out of 10 would recommend emergency tire repair at any time.

Got tires here 6 months ago. Okay price. Could have got them cheaper else where. Shop local to help out local economy. Truck developed a vibration when driving at interstate speeds. (70 MPH) Took it back for them to look at. They drove and agreed there is a vibration. Instead of balancing tires they tried to find everything wrong with truck to sell me more parts. Took back to Dodge dealer, they found nothing wrong. Balanced tires, vibration gone.

About 4 hours in our 11 hour trip stoped to get gas and noticed that one of my trailer tires was flat. When trying to put air in we could hear the puncture. Found Williamsburg Tire & Service at 4:57 PM when I told what happened they promptly told me to pull around and fixed it.That is SERVICE thanks so much again you got us back on the road

11-08-2020Great!Found the problem, wasted no time in fixing it and did it with a smile.Thanks Spencer for your time and service.....03-12-2021Spencer and the gang did it again! Took electric scooter in for flat tire. Quick assessment,disassembled the whole backside, wiring and all. This was not the typical tire fix..Did it with a smile and made it happen...I will always go to Williamsburg Tire and Service.Professional and just get thi gs done...Thank you.
