I use Wade's to service my snowblower and have now for atleast 2 years. I highly recommend them to all. Not only will they pick up and drop off when done, they do outstanding work at a very reasonable rate. I will continue to use Wade's for all my service needs. They do great work with mowers as well. 5 star rated!

These are the 2 mowers I ve purchased from Wades. The Snapper riding mower in 2021, and the Toro today. I love them both, outside of regular maintenance I ve had no issues. But what stands out for me is the service Wades provides. They delivered the rider when I purchased it and were super knowledgeable when I questions about getting the Toro. In addition, they super honest when you call for service and they fix everything right the first time.

These folks know their stuff especially Grasshopper mowers and golf carts. I am working for a local rv park, and Wade's has provided exceptional knowledge and service. Couldn't ask for any better than Wade's.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. Expedient... Randy and his group are top notch. They are simply the best to work with. I have been in business since1979. They can take care of a very large customer base since they get it right the first time.

Just got off the phone with them about fixing my lawn mower and I was informed that "he has absolutely no desire to fix that." The abrupt and rude way I was spoken to was unnecessary. It's unfortunate to be so busy, that your company can be rude to people for jobs they don't want to take.

i don't understand the 5 star reviews. my experience has been poor customer service. takes multiple trips to get the right part. treated terrible by the old guy. won't do any more business with them.
