Super awesome service and friendly folks! Called late in the day to ask if they could patch a tire. I thought there was no way since it was late and they probably had a lot of jobs to finish. They just asked which location and asked how long it would be before I could be there. Nice! Got me patched up in no time! Keep it up Just Automotive.

I always have gone here since I first moved into town. They have always done just a great job and they even make it easier for me and my schedule by picking my car up and dropping it off when they are done. You guys are great! Keep up the hard work!!

I had an issue with my car and Just Automotive was able to get me in right away. They had my wheel bearing fixed in know time at all, and I was promptly sent on my way. They have spectacular service both in the office and in the garage. One happy customer here.

These guys helped two gals hauling horses 100s of miles away from home, got us in right way and explained everything to us. Very thorough went through the whole coolant system to make sure we were good to travel home. Thank you! Above and Beyond 100%

Just automotive are life savers. We got stranded on our cross country trip and despite the rarity of parts for our old camper, Josh and his guys turned it around quick and got us on our way. We made across the country with no other issues safe and sound. They went above and beyond, thanks guys

Very good at what they do. Got me a towing contact and gave me a ride back to the hotel. When ready came to pick me up. Did great job on my truck and on what needed to be fixed got me home made it back safely from Iowa to Texas. Waited patiently for payment to be done really recommend.

It was such a blessing to have this friendly, accommodating automotive shop right down the road from the gas station. My van wasn't going anywhere from there and they got me in and stayed late to fix it. They were very kind and had a clean and comfortable waiting room. So glad they were there to help and didn't charge me an arm a leg, even though I was in a bad spot. Thanks again!

We were travelling through the area when our trailer hitch failed. Thankfully, we were directed by a gas station attendant to Just Automotive. Josh and the team were extraordinarily helpful and expedient. They were able to remove the hitch and install a new one we obtained from a dealer in Coralville. An end of August heat wave, and our air conditioning sprung a leak on day two of our cross country road-trip. So glad we found Just Automotive right off the interstate, they fit us in between appointments and gave us a quick fix to get us back on the road. They were so polite, efficient, and our car was cold again!! Wouldn t have it made it very far without them. Special shout-out to Josh at the front desk for being so great. Thank you!

I was 2 hours from home when my battery light came on. I knew the battery wasn t old, so I figured the alternator died. An hour later everything shut down and I was stranded on the side of a very busy I-80. I googled auto repair and to my amazement and incredible luck, Just Automotive was barely a mile away. I called and explained my situation. They recommended Vance Towing, who were prompt and great as well. Got my car there and noticed during the lift that the serpentine belt was hanging down. Krista was so nice and assured me the technician would have it inspected the next day. Fortunately I have family about 90 mi away who picked me up. As promised, the next day I had a text link to the inspection report, thankfully it was just the belt. The repair was completed and I picked it up the next day. Price was very reasonable and everyone was courteous and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing it.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Traveling from Michigan to Colorado when our transmission went haywire, the car stopped working on the highway, and was throwing alerts all over the place. We found Just Automotive online. They got us in immediately and had us back on the road in an hour. They where honest, nice, and straightforward. I can t say enough about what a great overall experience we had with them. They need to give a master class on how automotive centers should operate. Wish we they where closer to our hometown because they would have our business any day.

What incredible shop ..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Stopped in after looking for local shop off I-80. Walked in to the cleanest shop and SMALL town hospitality, everyone so friendly and helpful. After test driving my car and put it on lift they took me back and explained and showed me what they seen. I Left my car at shop and the owner gave me and ALL my belongings in his PERSONAL vehicle to a hotel and explained the area and what is around to eat. For a single women traveling alone I couldn't have met the best group of men and 5 star shop. Highly Recommend !!!

Honest, knowledgeable and professional. Clean comfortable waiting rooms and restrooms. Excellent communication from all staff during your vehicle's repair. They send you a link with your vehicles diagnostic and physical checkup too. Which includes photos of anything they find or inspect. They even leave a "Thank You" goody bag in your car after every visit. :)Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

From the moment our vehicle broke down, Josh & the staff at Just Automotive were very responsive and attended to our needs quickly. They diagnosed the problem, got parts in, made the needed repair, and had us back on the road within 24 hours. Excellent communication.

Finding an automotive shop you can trust is more difficult than it should be. Having moved since I had any non-oil change automotive work performed, I was hesitant to trust just anyone. As an example, my last oil change (at a different shop) was 3 times what was quoted; the one before that was twice what was quoted. Both had supposed reasons why the pricing changed even though they knew what vehicle I drove when they provided their quote.When my Check Engine light recently came on, I knew I needed to find someone I could trust to perform the work. Just Automotive was recommended by a friend so I reluctantly visited them. I couldn t have been happier with the service they provided. After diagnosing my issue, they called to confirm the issue, provided an estimated cost, and gave a timeline to make the repair. They met every mark provided. I won t be excited to go back, but when needed, I will feel much better about trusting Just Automotive to perform the work needed at a reasonable cost and doing so quickly.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My family and I hit a deer on the way to OH. I tried to use my roadside assistance, but couldn't secure a tow. We inched our way off of the highway and made it to a Kum & Go and was informed that a repair facility was literally up the road from the store. We inched to Just Automotive. WHAT A GODSEND! Not only did they repair my vehicle within the day, but they also provided us with a loaner vehicle. When I picked up my car, they left a wonderful little gift in my cupholder. I will always be eternally grateful for everything they did for my family and I. They were quick, professional, and even provided me with a link to my services. A million times, THANK YOU!!!!

I had my wife's 2013 Dodge Charger in for an Alignment after I had replaced the front CV Shafts. Just Automotive's technician noticed the Outer Tie Rod Ends were worn during their thorough inspection and informed me of the issue prior to performing the alignment. I was able to replace the parts, reschedule my appointment and now it drives like new.I can't thank them enough for the vehicle inspection, diagnosis of an issue, their patience while I replaced the parts myself, and the spot-on alignment.The quality service the Charger received during both it's visits is second to none.
