This place is awesome. John is a very knowledgeable and efficient diagnostician and mechanic, as is the entire crew. My Dad had a tire/mechanic shop and separate full service station in the early 80's and this place, as well as their work ethic reminds me of my Dad's places. Great at communicating as well. I do most of my own work on my vehicles, but when in the area if I need anything further, will certainly get the work done here.

John and Michelle were just terrific to work with! We were towed to their shop from I-80 and spent the afternoon there while our truck was worked on. My husband and I had a blow out of our fifth wheel trailer on I80. We called around to a couple of places and Jones Automotive, Inc went above and beyond for what we expected. They drove all the way to Iowa City to get the tires that we need for our trailer. They lent us their tools so that we could rewire things that go damaged on our slide out. If anyone ever needs help with their tires on I80 this is the place to go! Thank you so much

Incredible services all around.Has great knowledge on Diesiel trucks and helped my 2016 Nissan Titan get the power it has without the Def system. Gas mileage has gone up as well.Night and day difference and Super Happy!

Jones Automotive is absolutely fantastic. The best shop that I have ever dealt with and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. My truck broke down just before Christmas and they went above and beyond to ensure that I made it home to my family for the holidays.They are great honest, hardworking people.

If i could give this place 20 stars i would. Our family had an emergency in a rainstorm on a Saturday morning traveling to Illinois from des moines. These people went above and beyond what anyone ever has, and im serious. Kevin at this place took a part from his own vehicle to mend an issue because i drive an acura and no part was available within 100 miles. Thank you so much. You dont know how much you've done for us. They charged us $20 to fix and mend. Amazing and thank you.

Its a great place for mechanic work if theu had a happier attitude id give 5 stars considering how frustrated they are, they are honest people how to try to go out there way to help people i would recommend if the companies that produce parts wouldn't have shut down i would have had my vehicle back over so mamy months just being there in all honesty just go n they will help you any way they can

Big thanks to Jones Automotive in Williamsburg, IA for the awesome service. We were traveling for family vacation when our alternator failed. We were able to make it close to Williamsburg before the battery finally died. Called Jones Automotive and they got started helping us right away. One employee brought us a portable battery to allow us to drive 5 miles to their shop. Once there, another employee immediately went to work removing the bad alternator while the owner drove to the parts store and picked up a new alternator. We we're in and out in no time. If there ever was a place to break down, this was the place.
