Excellent place to stay! What a nice surprise to find this gem! We were traveling and it was after 11pm when we got there. The oasis must be family run and we really appreciated that! We didn t know what to expect, but couldn t have been more satisfied with our stay. Room was so Cozi and the bed was very comfortable! The place was very clean and plenty of room to stretch out! We highly recommend this place to rest your head! Great place to feel at home and get some rest! We need more places like this that are not owned by corporate businesses!Rooms: Rooms are nice and spacious! We got the king bed, and it was comfortable!Nearby activities: Food near bySafety: Very safe location and plenty of parking lights

Rooms & location are great but customer service and cleaning service could greatly improve.Accidentally left things behind and when coming back to retrieve them, met with resistance and unfriendliness. Not sure how the motel loses or throws out pillows so fast that are forgotten as well as AirPods that were literally tracked by location to the motel.Awesome place to stay but not when you accidentally forget things.

DON T LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND. We enjoyed our experience and nothing wrong with the rooms. But the cleaning service had a very hard time locating anything you have left behind. 1st trip was pillows we lost, still came back to support but then our 2nd trip on Easter AirPods were left then lost by the cleaning service. AirPods can be tracked to the last location. It was there. Thank you for the good times. Just wish the service was better when leaving things behind.

Room was very accommodating and clean. Nice bathroom area. Surprisingly quiet by the interstate not like your newer motels for sure. Had everything we needed for a quick stay. Love the decor. Complimentary coffee and rolls. Definitely recommended.Nearby activities: Right by the outlet mall!

My husband&I very much enjoyed our stay@Crest Country Inn. The room was exceptionally clean, well decorated, reasonably priced & with everything we needed and very quiet even though it was close to the interstate. The check in lady was very friendly & we met the friendly cat roaming around also .We definitely recommend this Inn!! We will enjoy a yogurt, honey bun & cereal bar from the continental breakfast room later~thanks so much!! We would plan to stay here again if we come back this way.

All in all, my stay at Crest Country Inn was pleasant. If the opportunity presents itself in the future, I would be happy to stay again.I especially appreciated that I could plug in my car for an overnight charge. (This was the primary reason I chose to stay here, as my research showed that there weren't too many hotels in the area that had that option.)There was only one slight downside--and it wasn't all that bad. The young man who checked me in seemed a bit bored with the process. He wasn't unpleasant, but he just seemed to want to get this check-in thing over with. Maybe he was watching something on the computer that was more interesting than me (which, to be honest, would not be at all inaccurate). For the few moments of the check-in interaction it just seems to me that speech and body language should be on the side of "hey, I'm glad you're here, and I'm here to help and to welcome you". The lady to whom I returned the key the next morning really seemed glad to see me. That was nice.I would add that the breakfast setup was not very good, nor were the food options. However, this hotel was built long before customers expected to have a good breakfast before they left for the day.

Clean but dated rooms older property but attending to. Easy to get to nice outdoor sitting area. No frills experience and yes according to others in our group each room set up uniquely. No real breakfast offering was told options down the road Casey's or mc Donald's .Not bad just a bit pricey for what it was. GOOD luck to them. Glad to see restored to use

This motel is a must if you need a good night's rest on your travels! Convenient parking right next to your room. Clean, comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was great. My only concern was the mat in the bathtub was slippery and I about fell getting in and out of the shower. We ate at the Landmark Grill and Grid for breakfast which was excellent and conveniently attached to the gas station before heading out. We also had dinner on the outdoor patio at the Sundown Bar and Grill. Great staff and food!

What a great place to stay! Conveniently located and so clean! Owners obviously take pride in their immaculate property and deeply committed to insuring customer s stay is excellent. Each room is nicely decorated with a theme and great care is given to make each room comfortable and sufficiently equipped for a great night s stay. Reasonably priced and a good value for your money. Can t recommend it highly enough! Stay here - you won t be sorry!

Love this cute little place! Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a cozy atmosphere. The owners take a lot of pride in their place and it shows through the excellent customer service and how well maintained the grounds are. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others traveling through.

Incredible little quiet and privately owned inn we stopped at for one night. Extremely good value. Easy check in and check out (just left the keys in the room). The furniture is outdated but that was irrelevant to me. The decor for our room was so cozy and comfortable. The room was absolutely PRISTINE in terms of cleanliness. I d been staying at different brand hotel chains over the two weeks prior to this stay that easily cost twice as much and they were not nearly as clean and had been carelessly renovated but that was certainly not the case here. We were forced to get on the road way too early to try the continental breakfast (it fairly opened at 6:30am) but we headed to the McDonald s in the large plaza across the street. We travel through this way occasionally and will definitely be choosing to stay here again. I think we d stop a little early or drive a little further if it was necessary to make this our spot to stay for the night.

This locally owned establishment is the best you'll find around this area! Clean rooms, all the amenities needed and friendly staff! They really care about your stay! So hard to find these days! Cody and Kristy are SO accommodating to your needs! I can't stress enough how the grounds are kept up and so meticulously manicured! What a little gem we found! We will return again and again! Great job! Thank you for an enjoyable time here!

I just wanted to share my positive thoughts and experience with everyone out there. From check in to check out the staff and owner made even one night feel like I was right at home even though I was on my way back to my home in Montana. The rooms were nice and clean with a homey and rustic feel as I had one of my best nights sleep in quite a while. Also, easy freeway access and parking as well as again a quiet country setting.Thank you Crest Country Inn. As you definitely made me feel at ease and home.God bless you and your family as well as your business.

We absolutely love this little place! My dad, a brother, a friend and I always use this place when we travel to Eastern Iowa. It's close to our destination and is just a nice place for a layover. No huge amenities. Just simple, clean and pretty quiet, near gas and food and the interstate. The rooms are well-kept and the staff is friendly. Never have had a problem here and will keep returning when we are out this way.

My husband and I are used to hotels that are cold, staff act ing bored, and rooms with flattened pillows, and uncomfortable chairs. This time we pulled off I-80 and found the most wonderful hotel. The office was cute and inviting and the young man at the desk was polite and charming. The room they gave us was designed to make you feel like you were home, with pretty black and white drapes and matching comforters. The beds were loaded with pillows, the fluffy kind, and instead of an old desk, there were high-back chairs and comfortable places to sit while watching TV. The pictures on the wall weren't the normal hotel brand but instead flowers and these painted cows with long eye-lashes. It made us not only feel comfortable but put a smile on both our faces. . The hotel is quiet and we were surprised how quiet it was. The continental breakfast, included yogurt and orange juice, which was surprising since most places have coffee and a few other chewy bars and if you're lucky a fresh bakery good. This hotel is a gem and we made sure it was one of our stops on the way home. The landscaping includes flowers, a gazebo, chairs to watch the sunset and a well mannered lawn. This is a wonderful and comfortable place to spend the night! Don't miss it!

Nice clean, well appointed rooms. We had to book last minute and they made it work. It was great to be able to park right in front of our door. There was a nice grassy area with a picnic table and the sunset from the top of the hill was lovely.
