There is not a better Service Department than the Team at Charles Capper Ford. Scott and his Team of Technicians are the best around. Scheduling an appointment was effortless with Scott working around my schedule. Heck, they even pickup and return your vehicle free of charge. A win win situation. The Service Teams vast wealth of knowledge and professionalism are evident throughout the entire process and are 2nd to none

Capper Ford did a great job getting my vehicle prepped and ready for me. Paperwork was ready and the process went smoothly. I was given a thorough orientation to my new vehicle. I appreciate the time and energy everyone I worked with put toward making it a great experience for me to buy new vehicle.

Yes I am Back! I had an accident in a Ford F-150, came out without any big setbacks! I am right back at Ford to get my next Ford F-150!! They don't play! Kevin gave me the best deal the first time we talked! AMAZING a dealership that sells on volume not margin!! Bless You!

Cappers is hands down one of the best auto places around. The people are all extremely kind and even though I don't own a Ford they are willing to do oil changes on my Subaru. They really do go the extra mile for their clients.

Capper is the most amazing costumer experience I have ever seen at a dealership, and I hate going to dealerships!! Capper gave us a very good price on our trade in and a decent price on our new purchase, very very good customer service we will go back to Capper again for all of our auto purchases!

While driving across Iowa, I had an unexpected mechanical issue with my Ford F150. I called the closest Ford dealership and was greeted with the friendliest service team anyone could hope for in a crisis situation. Scott and team quickly assessed the issue, had the parts in stock and was able to get me back in the road in under 3 hours! Great people at Charles Capper Ford!!

Best. Dealership. EVER. We just bought or 2nd vehicle in 3 years from the guys (Kevin in 2018, Dylon in 2021) in Williamsburg and are VERY pleased. Pleasant to work with and thorough explaining all the bells & whistles at your disposal. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a fair trade in and deal on a new car or truck. Thanks guys!

Used this dealership for oil change in my focus 3 time they damaged my windshield wipers and ask to replace them first time they tore off the rubber strip second time bent the wiper in the middle and 3rd time they broke the clip then told me that s what happens when you don t have them professionally replaced

Spoke with Ron the VP of this company and he was so rude to me and my husband, I would stay away from this place. He had no right talk to me and my husband the way he did, was uncalled for. Took your business else.
