Denyse was super friendly. I would come back just cause the great customer service.Subway was open. Hot food case fully stocked. Shower was clean and decent size with awesome water pressure. The store was clean. Semi parking was easy. I'll definitely come back if driving through again. Verizon signal is 5 bars at 4g.

Amazing STAFF! They helped me out of a heck of a pickle. Make sure to stop by and give Georgia, the GM your love, life is trying its best to knock her down and she is powering through. There's a good amount of room for the dogs to run, including a giant soy field on the south side.I will definitely be back when my journeys bring me this way.

This store is very nice. The store fountain drink machine was in perfect working order. The coffee machines worked very well and the cups here are foam. I like the foam cups (especially for coffee) because if there s something hot like coffee in the cup, it won t burn like paper cups from Casey s. The staff were friendly and nice. There wasn t any hot food when I came in which is a bummer but that doesn t really matter in my opinion. I hope this Flying J/Pilot station continues to do well in the future.-Shy_Gun670

No showers because they are waiting for a heating element replacement. If you ask nicely though, they ll let you take a shower but they are cold. Better than nothing. Cold showers are better for you than hot anyways.

Rude. Made me come inside for no reason and rudely stated I need to prepay although I have a credit card! Stated they deal with 2,000 gallons of gas and don t need veteran s business. Veterans you know what you need to do! Send them a message that veterans business is not to be taken for granted. Discrimination inconveniencing certain people and letting others pump gas with no issue. Boo! Boycott this place. Never stop at this flying J! Disgusting bathrooms old stale food for sale. Hygiene is not important to the employees either. Pass!

One of the BEST Flying J's in the country, and I've probably been to ALL.Visited on the evening of April 06th 2021.Truck Parking and Layout:Alot of spaces as you can see from Google Maps satellite view. However the compound is larger than it appears giving you enough space to maneuver your semi comfortably into any space. Design and layout was done effectively and efficiently. Entering and exiting the compound with a smooth flow, you can also drive all the way around with building when choosing your parking spot without ever leaving the compound. Parking Layout was designed to make every spot feel premium as they are all close to the building. The entire lot was well maintained and kept clean. Many parking spots were still available after 10pm (on a Tuesday).Showers and Restroom:The guy responsible for cleaning the showers deserves a raise. It was spotless. Very powerful water pressure from the shower, unlike any other Pilot/FlyingJ. Showers were also larger in size compared to other locations. All the faucets working smoothly with hot/cold water beyond expectations.Food:I took some pics of the many food options they have available because I saw someone said in another comment that subway was the only option.I saw Fresh Hot Pizza, Large Fresh Crisp Wings (Regular and Spicy), Chicken Tenders, Variety of Sides including Mac and Cheese and Potato Wedges, Cinnabon Stuff etc. Drivers passing through here know their food is top notch as the trays were emptying infront my eyes. I bought some spicy wings but had to wait for the next batch. Well worth the couple minutes that I waited.Subway: Saw only good reviews for this Subway, but I love wings more lol. However, the subway has a large seating area that was also clean, spotless and well maintained. Customers were served quickly and efficiently from the most polite group of staff.Inside the Truckstop and Facilities:Inside is actually quite large, even though it seems small when looking from the outside. Lanes are well spaced so you never feel crowded. Everything fully stocked, even with items you don't usually see in a Pilot/FlyingJ. Two restrooms, one just for truckers. Even the TV room was surprisingly open and operational.General Staff:This is what topped off everything and I felt compelled to write this review to show my sincere appreciation. Each and Every One of the Staff that I interacted with was Kind, Polite, Respectful, Helpful and Pleasant. Every one of them looked like they enjoyed keeping us truckers moving. None of them cared about skin color or race as I saw everyone was treated with the same level of kindness and respect. The young blonde lady at main counter was extremely helpful and polite while going the extra mile for each driver she served. The lady supervisor was also very pleasant and remembered my face to ask if I enjoyed my shower.Guy in the kitchen preparing the food stuff was always hard at work and quickly brought out my wings, while displaying the same qualities of the other staff. The Guy cleaning the showers was also very polite and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your shower.Great team of dedicated, hard working employees that deserve appreciation.Thank You Very Much Guys..And Keep Up the Excellent Work.

Super disappointed. We stopped for fuel, dinner and to fill our RV propane tank at 7 PM. They could not fill with propane because the handle was broken on their equipment. Subway was closed in flying J. They had a Cinnabon but only donut holes and no icing. They had pizza however two people were before us for pizza and it would ve been a 30 minute wait. Also we had planned to stop and rest a bit before heading south, but parking was scarce. Only two employees on staff. They were nice and it wasn t their fault but this would be a nice place to open a truckstop.

The only one way in and the same way out is kinda crappy and can easily make for tricky maneuvering. This is a decent stop. Not the greatest but far from the worse. Only a handful of automotive unleaded gas pumps. But a separate RV fuel island was a huge plus. Many of the bigger locations lack this.Store appeared clean and well maintained. Mens room was up to par.

Came here today hoping to get good service! But this did not happen. Two pumps were faulty on 21 and 22. I went to the cash register several times and asked me to turn on my diesel. I had limited time to refuel. But I saw an unprofessional attitude to their duties and boorish behavior on the part of the attendants. It was Vanessa and Denys. Denys most likely has recently worked and does not have a professional skill, but this is not the worst thing. The worst I heard from Vanessa, she began to be rude to me and speak in a raised tone. Then I asked to call the supervisor. She answered me that she would not call any supervisor for me and said that she would not serve me. Told me to get out of the gas station. I wanted to declare that this is a disgusting attitude towards customers and a boorish attitude towards a PERSON! I ask the supervisor to pay attention to these workers. THIS CANNOT CONTINUE! You have broken pumps, that's your problem!!!

We got stuck in this flying J for almost one day because of our vehicle starting problem,My truck was completely blocking one of the pump isle .So we felt very bad and I met with manager, owner to say sorry,I was greeted very kindly and they offered me free coffee and snacks. I want to say thanks to the owner and the great staff even though we are from a minority race from the far East, what a kindness that you guys extended to us.Thank you so much.

No hot food 6pm or after.... Subway closed, For being a truck stop along the interstate, figured there would be options. Stopped here specifically for food, won't be doing that again.

The store is usually good most of the time. I came in about 645 on a Sunday. There was one woman restocking the hot items in the counter. One was talking to what I assume was her friend at the counter. Me and another guy stood there for about 15 minutes nobody acknowledged us. The woman restocking clearly seen us but didn't even act like we were there. Then another guy gets in line. After about another 5 minutes me and the guy behind me put down our stuff then the other guy in line just walked out with his stuff. So it seems they don't care here. So be warned when you come in at certain times.

I arrived at 9:59 on the night of August 4 at this flyng'j and asked for a shower, the person who attended me (manager) told me that they did not have the bathrooms open that I had to wait to bathe the next day at 6:00 am. truckers pay for parking, fuel and bathroom service, it's unfair that we get to rest and we can't take a shower just because the staff who are serving them don't want to do their job.

This place doesn't sell unleaded gas as advertised. It only sells 88 octane e15, 89 octane fuel with 15 percent ethanol, and 91 octane fuel with 10 percent ethanol (which defeats the purpose of premium fuel). Thankfully I was driving the one vehicle out of 4 that can handle e15 and higher. If your car can only handle e10, go to the independently owned Boondocks across the interstate. Actually, probably should support local business and go there anyway.

You know it's really sad cuz I drove all day worked all day and it's 7:15 p.m. I come in this soup is all dried out and nothing in the bottom of some of them the mashed potatoes have a brown crust on it the macaroni is dehydrated again and the girl is behind the counter chewing on food and I asked you are they going to make something new and fresh she said no. I just spent $500 in fuel you think you might be able to do your job and make some food the girl herself said that they don't close the soup bar down until 8:00 that's terrible customer service you just care about me getting fuel and giving you money but not about taking care of me and making my experience Pleasant... won't stop here again

12 pm I stopped in and wanted some soup it was Luke warm questioned the temp to a food service employee waited 20 minutes for her to temp the soup she checked to see if warmers were turned on and said she would be right back. My assumption is they don t have thermometers readily available for there employees. I left my soup, Travelers such as myself certainly do not need a food borne illness. Diarrhea being a concern especially while traveling. I also noticed all fountain and coffee areas in need of cleaning. I would not recommend this stop at all.

I don't know what's going on with this flying j but they have gone downhill big time. The place is clean but the food is very limited and the Subway has been closed for 2 days. Dislocation is okay if you're just going to spend the night or just grab some Diesel and run other than that I wouldn't bother coming here for a meal.

Flying J WIFI sucks balls. their enhanced wifi is a joke. I was able to connect to pay for 1 day subscription and as soon as they charged my credit card the internet was literally non existent. I couldn't even login to my email account. Internet aside, everything else is awesome. clean showers, great customer service good food and fresh coffee.

Beyond impressed by our 33 hour stay during the bad weather and road closures in February of 2019! Employee Jackie did an excellent job taking care of everyone and even worked a couple of extra shifts since some of her coworkers couldn't make it to work during the blizzard!!

Busted fuel pumps, shower system down though the staff is doing what they can so drivers can still get showers. No food available at the counter. Guy in subway seemed distracted, untrained and/or high.

Update 12/27/2022: Water main breaks so they close down the entire store. No bottled goods. No snacks.12/23/2022: Signs on doors speak of driver appreciation, but when you are trapped in the parking lot from the snow drifts built up around the truck, their actions to help speak volumes to how much they truly care.

50 truck parking spots, two toilets. Only open spots are reserved spots at 17$ a night, but you have to use the app to reserve one. Spent 20min in a fuel island trying to sign up only to have the app crash every time. I think ill just try the Loves down the road.

Nice place to stop on I-35. They have so many choices for food and other items. It's a nice place for professional drivers (which I'm not). Their bathrooms have plenty of stalls so no wait there. It was clean and tidy throughout. They even had a machine to grind and Brew coffee on the spot.
