Was recommended to this shop by my regular mechanic after I got into an accident and I can t say enough good things. They were extremely polite, kind, and professional did a phenomenal job. Stopped in to get a quote for repair of some scratches on my Porsche. They were super nice and buffed out the scratches at no charge! Very friendly, honest and sincere! This is the only place I will go for auto body repairs!! Thank you so much!!

Unfortunately I was in the need of their services. Like an idiot I had backed into a pole. They were recommended by a co-worker and they are really close to my house so I thought I would give them a try.They are not a preferred vendor by my insurance company, but I decided to use them anyhow and the process went very smoothly. The lady that works up front was very nice and was quick to provide a quote, which was then provided to my insurance company.It took a week and a half to fix my SUV, but it looks perfect. They even vacuumed and cleaned the interior. Although, I didn't care for the scent of their cleaning product, but this is personal preference and I just need to let it air out.Hopefully it holds up for years to come, I will update this post if any issues arise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone if you are in the unfortunate need of their services.

We went to Jacobsen Auto Body to fix a few horrible door dings on our truck. They were extremely accommodating and everyone was so nice. The door had to be replaced and it was on major back order and they constantly kept us updated on the status of things. We went through insurance and our insurance company was a bit slow but Jacobsen got all the info to insurance promptly and also kept us in the loop with that status. We ve also had some body modifications done on our Jeep with Jacobsen and have been happy with every trip we ve made to them. We will definitely continue to use them for all our body needs.Service: Body & Trim

My entire process was professional and completed with the highest of quality and concern. The estimate process is as smooth as it gets and I even received a same day estimate report. I was able to book my service quickly and the job was completed ahead of the estimate schedule! Every interaction I ve ever had at Jacobsen s have been extremely positive and they will continue to receive my service for any job!

I had beyond the best experience. Laci went above and beyond, she took care of contacting the insurance company and more. All I had to do was drop off my truck and all the repairs that were needed was done quickly and beyond perfection. I absolutely recommend this place if you want everything done with ease and perfection. Truly a million stars

I highly recommend Jacobson Autobody. I stopped by for an estimate for a damaged front bumper. The office manager was friendly, professional, and was able to email me an estimate quickly. Not only was their estimate lower than others I received, but the final charge was even lower than the estimate. The work was done well and ready sooner than expected! Best auto body shop in town! I can t say enough good things! They always get me in right away, their prices are always lower then other auto shops, the service is impeccable, and Laci at the front desk is always so sweet and welcoming. While I haven't had my vehicle serviced by them. I have interacted with Matt twice about water leaking into my vehicle. Both times he was helpful, kind, and gave me great advice!

Took my 2003 bmw in a few years ago to get the hood repainted, and one of the employees asked me what kind of quality I wanted. That should have been a red flag right off the bat but didn't think much of it at the time. Told him I wanted it perfect. When I came back in to pick it up, I noticed the old rock chips were not sanded down smooth, so it was all pitted out. The employee said he had to use 80 grit sand paper to even get it to the quality he got it to and it was the best he could do. When I complained, he didn't hesitate at all to take off the "labor" charge, which leads me to believe that there was no labor done to sand it down. And within a year the painted started to chip out around the emblem and rust started forming underneath. The staff was friendly but I was not impressed with the work.

I don't write reviews...I've been in the car business for 38 years and I'm all too aware of the damage a review can do for a business.Jacobsen Auto Body...I'm singing your praises on Google because you deserve the applause.When a kid on a Ninja slammed into my car on a Friday night, all I needed to do after the Urbandale PD and FD handled the mess was call Clark Jacobsen, and he and his crew jumped into action. Seriously, I called, told him I was in need, and the man handled a rental car for me (that night!!), Laci had my car towed to their shop, and Matt and Pat jumped in to begin the damage assessment.Sweet, funny, beautiful little Laci Donahoo is the leader of the pack. The girl knows how to handle the insurance company so that YOUR rights are protected, and the insurance company? Yep, they don't even know they're the ones being 'steered' and handled.Matt Brown and Pat McCarthy, quite simply the best in the business. The guys let me know right away what was needed in order to make my car driveable while prepping the metal to be painted. All the while letting Laci get the Insurance jackals in line.Clark Jacobsen, owner for 33 years, boss, coach, friend of the crew...painted up the repaired panels from the guys and, my right hand in oath position, there is absolutely no sign that the panels aren't original to the vehicle. The man can paint ANYTHING and you would never know it wasn't done by a robot at the plant.I can't begin to extol the talents of the team at Jacobsen Auto Body. I was a wreck after my wreck...this team repaired me as much as they repaired my car. Caring, sincere, talented, and champions of the vehicle owners...you'll never be disappointed when you have your body repairs (and emotional repairs) performed by and with this crew of kids.

Made appointment weeks in advance. When I got there I was informed they didn't have the part and would have to reschedule. Didn't even have the common courtesy to call me. Who does that? I'll never go back. I suggest if you make an appointment you call the week of so this doesn't happen to you. Or better yet just go somewhere else.

Went way above and beyond any other body shop I stopped by. The others barely looked at my door and said it would be over $500. Their guy came right out, spent 2 minutes on my door and had it fixed. Didn't even charge me, although I tossed them some cash anyways.I would certainly go back, although hopefully I never need to!
