Had an oil change done here and they left grease and oil all over my vehicle, inside and out.EDIT: Notice how they responded. I sent an email to them on 11/18/23, and as of March 8, 2024 I have had zero response from them.

I ve used them for tires and general auto repairs for the past 5 plus years. Consistently solid customer service and honest work. The store manager, Cameron, sets the tone for the entire shop as he s always pleasant to interact with.

Cameron and Kevin were so kind and helpful! I had a flat tire they got me in right away repaired my tire and had me back on the road fast! I have already recommended them to several people.

I called to make an appointment. I asked for a ball park figure of the cost of what I wanted done. When I got there for my appointment I was told the mechanic who does the work I was there to have done was on vacation. And on top of that I was told the cost of the work would be 5 times more than what I was told on the phone! Why set up the appointment when the person who does the work is on vacation? Why lie about the cost on the phone just to get me to come in? I doubt I will ever bring my car there again. And I will be sure to warn people about the way things are done there!

(EDIT: I would like to sincerely apologize, this review was not an accurate representation of their service. Since the original review, I have gone in two other times. Once for the alignment which was excellently done, and again because I heard a noise in the front of my car so they checked it free of charge. I was pretty upset at my money-hole of a car during the time of the initial review, but I should not have taken it out on the firestone team.)I went in to get a simple alignment and was instead told that I needed to have new rear control arms installed before they could do that. They obviously wanted me to pay them to do it, but I'm pretty good with cars so I am going to do it myself. Also, they tried to sell me tires immediately after saying they couldn't do the alignment. How stupid do they think I am??? I'm not going to burn through a new set of tires on a terrible alignment. Overall terrible experience, the only good thing was the cheap price (at least compared to other places). The person who helped me was rude and didn't get right to the point, he just tried to sell me more and more stuff. Get your act together Firestone

From the manager to the mechanic with 30 plus years' experience i always feel taken care of here! They actually still fix tires that can be fixed instead of selling me brand new tires, they are honest, priced well and knowledgeable beyond anyone else in town.

We needed an oil change on short notice when the vehicle was back in town for a short time. We got an appointment later the same day. Happy with getting worked in and the reassurance of knowing other things like the air filter, coolant and transmission fluid were checked and OK.

Friendly staff. Emma( I think) front of house girl is great, smiling good attitude. Can't remember the mechanic who did my work but he was awesome as well. When I took my jeep back for repairs it was done so quick and they took good care of my jeep( baby) knowing I had just recently bought it. I will go back there if i ever need to have repairs again!

We were on our honeymoon and our car started burning oil. They were able to give us a major discount, calling it a "wedding gift". Not only did this take a huge amount of stress out of the trip but also revived some of our faith in strangers. If you are in the area, this is definitely a place you can trust with your vehicle. Cameron did a us a major service with the extra help

We have been going to the Firestone on 22nd for many years. For a couple of years, the service declined because of the service manager. In 2022, that service manager left, and this location has improved, and we are happy about that.

I stopped by there today new years eve headed to Oklahoma bc the car felt like one of the tires was off balanced figured it was properly dirt build up bc I had it in the shop 2 days prior to this but I figured to stop in and have them check the balance of my tires seat there for 2 hrs with all 3 kids they finally came out Said my tires was cuped so bad they could blow any min handed me a quote for 800 bucks for new tires what they didn't know was I just had my car in for oil change and everything checked and all my tires was at 86 percent tread when I argued it they changed there story 3 different times and refused to show me my tires are cuped bc they couldn't then tried telling me you could only see it on the lift so I asked them to put it back up there and show me they didn't take my tires off bc they had dust and dirt on them what kinda mechanic shop don't get there hands dirty so I paid them which I shouldn't of bc all they did was test drive it I drove it to car wash and sprayed it out and haven't had a Oz of trouble the whole trip I would never recommend Firestone shops to any one no telling how many ppl they have done this to and got by with it thankfully I wasn't naive to it and know what I was looking for

I brought my car in due to a loud noise that had started a couple of days prior. I told Firestone it sounded like a muffler issue. The mechanic (without looking at the car, solely going by sound) said I needed a new wheel bearing and it would probably cost about $300. He said a wheel bearing issue causes a grinding noise and causes the steering wheel to shake (I had not noticed this happening, but trusted him that a new part would solve the problem). Two hours later and $380 later, I get my car back and it's still making the same noise I had brought it in for. I immediately asked the mechanic about the noise and he now tells me I need two new back tires to fix that noise, but that he can get me a deal for $150. I tell him that I can't do that today, and leave. The new wheel bearing is now making a squeaking noise as it rotates, and my original issue is not solved. The following day, I get down and look at the exhaust area myself. As someone who has no mechanical knowledge, I can plainly see the back part of the exhaust is completely broken off and is hanging down. I am furious at this point because I can't understand how the mechanic had missed this especially after I had initially voiced concern about the muffler. Now, I feel as if I have been taken for a very expensive ride. Did I even need a new wheel bearing at all? Do I really need new back tires?? I drive over to Firestone, and the man at the front counter says that I need to come back Monday and ask for the manager. This is hugely inconvenient for me, but I come back Monday. The manager didn't seem overly concerned about the issue, but said they'd look at the exhaust and the new wheel bearing. An hour or so later, I get a call from the mechanic, and he says the exhaust is in fact "a little broken" and that he can try to get me a deal with Car X. He tells me he had heard the noise I was talking about before, but "didn't know if I was concerned about that" (that is literally the reason I came in). He also says the new squeaking noise is probably something touching the exhaust, and will go away when the exhaust is fixed. I did not take my car to Car X; I took it to a shop recommended by a friend, and they fixed my exhaust within an hour for $80. I will never know if I needed a new wheel bearing and if this $80 problem really needed to be a $460 problem, or if an hour long fix needed to be a three day process. I liked Firestone because they have convenient hours for me and I had never felt taken advantage of. Even if I really needed a new wheel bearing, the trust has been lost. I'm not sure I will ever return to Firestone after this experience.

Had a lady run me off the road up onto a curb so I needed my alignment checked. I bought the lifetime alignment on that car.Everything went so smooth and there was no upsale pressure. I was so satisfied with the experience I took my other car in for a lifetime alignment as well. I would come back here for automotive service.

I needed tires asap, went to the tires plus website paid for my tires and set an appointment for 12pm today at the university location. Drive over an hour to get there to find a note on the door that said they were closed now on Sunday since September of 2022 and to call Firestone on 22nd for assistance. So I did and a guy named Cameron helped me out and got me set up with another location, which was great. He was extremely helpful and kind. We are beyond grateful for his assistance. Corporate needs to update the website and get this fixed. I can't be the first person this has happen to.

This place is trash. This is kind of old around October but it s been bugging me. I went to this location for a leaking tire. Nowhere in town had any availability except here so I was happy when I was told to come in and I could get it done asap. First there was no price discussed but I figured it s just fixing a flat $20 tops. They finish about 30 minutes later and tell me it s gonna be $45. First off that s ridiculous but I needed it done asap and they did so I obliged. The real issue came when my tire kept going flat. I m a nurse and I work 12 hour shifts at night so I don t have time to be going back and forth to places. Im also here on contract and live in Texas so I didn t really remember where this location was. So my wife came up to visit and took the car with the issues back home to Texas since it s under warranty. My wife took it into the dealership and the tire still had a nail in it! I haven t gone back to complain but people should know they are TRASH!!!Service: Tires

***Update - Firestone reached back to me regarding the below issue and reimbursed the full amount ***I went here to get wheel alignment, and in the process of resetting the steering angle sensor after the alignment, the sensor was short circuited (as told by a different firestone store). This shop refused to take ownership, was sent to another store to get the sensor replaced, and was charged an additional $700 for it. I'm hoping Firestone will make this right and will provide an update if they do.

I took my car to Firestone had an appointment they stated that I didn't own my paperwork that they gave me which was okay. They were quite quick at getting my car done and getting the necessary oil change done but what was surprising was they offered a $25 gift card my oil change was like $69 and then I asked about the $25 gift card well that's if you pay $97 to have the oil change how does that figure. Nevertheless the tech was a little sloppy left oil and his fingerprints all over my hood oil on the inside of my driver's door and didn't put a sticker of when my car was due to come back for maintenance. I did call, the guy wanted me to bring it back and I told him no they should have done the prop er job when my car was there. I won't say that they're a bad place but they need to be a little bit more careful when working with their customers and their personal properties. On my inspection, they said I refuse needed repairs. I didn't get the list of repairs until after my car was done the repairs came to over $400.

I have been to this location before and the customer service was good. I made an appointment to get a tire change just recently, paid for said tire, and sat in the waiting room for almost two hours before I finally asked about the tire change. With no apology, I was told they didn't have my tire at the location. This greatly confused me and frustrated me a bit because I had paid for the tire change, yet no one decided to tell me until I finally asked. I don't understand why the communication was so poor, I wish things went differently.

Great shop. Very competitive prices and are willing to do what ever they can to match or beat the competition. Never an issue with any of the service work I have had done.

Never had a worse and more degrading experience from an auto shop. Do NOT go here even for a simple oil change. My fianc took her car in for her 4:00 appointment at 3:30. She was told they would call her when her car was done and as soon as she left she got an invoice via email stating it will be done by 6:30 that night. I have never ever gotten an oil change without a phone call confirming the service was completed and I could pick up the car. Her car was in the garage when we went to Firestone around 7pm when they closed. Her car wasn t outside so we assumed it was still being worked on so we waited a bit longer. The car was never taken out of the garage and no phone call ever came. I tried calling at 7:15 but they had locked up with no phone call to pick up the car before doing so.My fianc s car sat in that garage all night when they didn t open until 7am and she was a whole hour late to her 6am shift because of this. She was expected to pay full price for this service. Never ever going to Firestone ever again. If you re a woman I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We have gone to them before so we decided to have them replace the tires on our commercial truck. They failed to properly tighten them. When the truck was driven on the highway, the tires blew off completely. Had the driver not gained control of the vehicle, it would have rolled and caused a major accident. I called them to inform them and the manager completely dismissed my call saying he couldn t do anything about it and refused to help. He was rude and to say they are incompetent is an understatement. Will never trust them to do any work on our vehicles again with their blatant disregard for safety.

I've always thought they do an excellent job of fitting you into their schedule. I've also always been happy with their service. I've been there enough to know they will always try to upsell you with additional maintenance. I'm not saying this is shady. I just think they do a good job of letting you know all the servicing your vehicle may need. For example, it seems like they always recommend an air filter or cabin filter. I'm sure I probably actually do need those occasionally, but I'm personally not paying them to do something this simple. The main reason I mention this is so you are prepared when they call you and recommend these services.

Here I am for my 9am appointment on my day off, store is locked, but hours say open and all lights are on. Lazy rubes shouldnt be trusted with decent cars. Go anywhere else.

The person at the front desk was pleasant and smiling. She walked me through how long it would take to get my oil changed and I listened to her speak with other customers respectfully and cheerfully. The gentleman that changed my oil made small talk with me while he rung up the services. He brought my car around for me and was very polite the entire time.My car was in and out in under 30 minutes.

this I'll NEVER forget. I am, and will always be grateful for this. I'm sorry I don't know the worker's name. this was when my first was a newborn, and hungry. (she'll be 2 at the end of August). I breastfed her in the lobby as a new mama not really good at a routine yet. I got constant updates on my car, and he made it a point to not only mention that I was breastfeeding in public, but to thank me for doing it. my car got fixed perfect, as usual, and I left a little more comfortable and confident as a breastfeeding mama. this has always been a great place to go to get things done. I'll continue to come here, and partially from this. thank you for your kind words, especially to a new mama. they meant the world and more.

I set an appointment for a tire rotation after buying tires from them. The person on the phone said I would be in and out in 30-40 minutes. I drove to the appointment which was 15 minutes from my house and was planning to wait. I allowed for 45 minutes. When I arrived the guy at the desk said it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I told him about the other guy who promised 30-40 minutes - he was pretty rude about the whole thing and said he didn't care what the other guy told me - he said "either leave the car or don't - I don't care."I've been coming to this place for more than 20 years. The people who used to run the place and those that worked there were great but are no longer there. The new people could care less and are less than honest. What a terrible experience.Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else. After 20 years of loyalty - I'm done.

I love this place. The mechanics have never steered me wrong and the prices are fair. I gave them a small bit of info on my car and they were able to diagnose it in like 20 min. I wouldn't want to go to any other firestone.
