My wife's 2011 Traverse broke down 15 miles from Burlington and we live in MN. I did research on shops in the area based upon reviews left online. I trusted this business based upon others and I'm glad I did. With their busy schedule they hurried my wife's vehicle in for diagnosing. Came back with seized motor and I asked them to check other things like A/C compressor, alternator, pulleys, etc. with the belt off to make sure and they did. Their pricing was very fair for what they did and I would trust any of my kids to go here and highly recommend them. Their communication was awesome too.

Been going to Scblueters for years. I first started going to them because they were the only place in town that didn't make me, a woman feel like an idiot when I called them about needing repairs on a vehicle. Continue to go to them because their work is always top notch, and great friendly service. 5 star service always!

Love how they updated me on what was wrong, what it would cost, and how quickly the fixed the car! They did great work for a more than reasonable cost. Can't recommend them enough!

Everyone who works here is super personable and accommodating. Went for the first time recently and immediately knew this is where I'm going from now on. They try their best to be quick (and have been for me thus far) and they're not stand-offish like a lot of garages tend to be, in my experience. I don't have a ton of experience so I can't say how prices stack up, but they certainly don't seem to be bad.

This place is wonderful. I had a rental which went flat on me from Moline, Illinois. To my surprise, there was no spare in the trunk. Called a tow truck who got enough air in it to get to this shop a few blocks away as I didn't want to be riding dirty on the rim of the tire to do further damage. When I arrived, Beth greeted me and said we could have it done in a few minutes. Even though the rental company was difficult to deal with, Beth and Alex made this not only a painless process, but a fun one. It was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be and the we had a great time hanging out. I wish there was a body shop like this back home. Truly great people. No ripoffs, no scams, just amazing customer service and efficiency.

Came in for alignment, diagnosed bad suspension, & refused to align(suspension would of undone any work) or take $ for looking it over. Very professional and very friendly!

Hands down the worst experience I have ever encountered with a mechanic shop. They couldn't provide me with the service my vehicle needed (timing chain) but yet charged $110 diagnostic fee for all the knowledge and education Mechanic has.

This is a full service garage for sure! They are customer oriented. They are very accommodating when an issue arises, getting you in in a very timely way. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I am VERY grateful to the good folks at Schlueter's for the service I received during a recent trip through Iowa. I was going to Des Moines to visit my mom in the hospital when my 12-year-old Subaru just quit in the middle of the highway. After limping to the next exit, I called the nearest repair shop, which turned out to be Schluter's. I got a tow to Schluter's, and from that point they took care of me. They correctly diagnosed a bad alternator, and promised to have my car ready in two days. And they did it. When I returned from Des Moines three days later, my car was ready to go for my drive back to Indiana. It was great to have such calm, professional service during an emotionally tough time for me. Schleuter's is the only place I will take my truck. They work with my schedule to get me in when I need, and always do great work. They are honest about what needs done, giving me total confidence that the truck is ready to go when I get the keys back. The staff at Schlueter s have always treated me well and taken care of my vehicles for years. They have priced me fairly and I trust the mechanics to keep my vehicles safe to drive. I needed help fast this morning and they worked together to make it happen. I feel appreciated as a customer, and I appreciate them for operating a business that truly deserves 5 stars and all the recommendations!

Highly Recommended - Schlueter's Auto Service has been my go to for quality auto service for five years. They are very customer oriented. They accommodate me (and my family's) work schedules with drop off and pick up times. Open early and into the evening. I am delighted we have this reliable and honest auto service in our community.

We ve had nothing less than stellar service from Schlueter s Auto Service. The waiting area is always clean and inviting and looks very nice since the remodel. Beth has great customer service and remembers details about her customers; which shows that she truly cares about and appreciates their clients. The service bays are always clean and the lot is never cluttered. We ve referred many family members to Schlueter s and we stand behind our referrals. I had car trouble this past Friday morning and was from out of town. I called Schlueter's Auto Service about 7 a.m. Friday morning. They were extremely kind and, despite being VERY busy, they told me to come on over and they'd take a look at my car. I was MOST grateful as I wasn't sure I could make it home without my car being at least looked at.They got my car in right away, found the problem (fortunately it wasn't major), and they took time out of their already busy day to fix it allowing me to get on my way. I've heard stories of places taking advantage of people when they are from out of town with broken down vehicles. Schleueter was more than fair with me, treated me with respect, and charged me a very fair price. I wish we lived closer to this place, as this would be our mechanic! If I have car trouble in the Burlington area again, I know where I'll be going.Thank you for taking care of me on one of the coldest mornings of the winter!

Had my boyfriends car fixed there Over a few months ago. It seemed like it just got worse so he took it back in and they proceeded to say that he refused something. So when he went to get his car they gave him the bill from the last time and highlighted what he refused and said it was on there. He got in his car and pulled out the bill he had when he actually took it in the FIRST time and I didn t even say the refusal on there. We also don t even remembering him refusing anything. So I m disappointed I ve seen so many good reviews. It seems someone wanted to cover their tracks and add stuff to something that should have been there the first time.

Very polite owners took my vehicle there was told it could take hours to get my vehicle fixed didn t have a ride or another vehicle they offered a ride home which I was grateful for since I had my daughter with me. The owner gave me a ride home they fixed my car very quickly and reliable. They also gave me a ride back to their shop to get my vehicle! I will be returning in the future and any body that wants a great mechanic I would go here! Great place to go!

I took my Fiat in to get fixed, because I had hit a pothole, and it was making some noise while turning and breaking. I was told the bearing was bad, and needed to be changed. So I had that done. I had to take it back because it was still making the same noise. ( I'll add that made the car drive much smoother after)They did another inspection, and found out the steering stabilizer links needed replaced, and the CV axle needed to be replaced. But he still wasn't sure what was causing the noise while turning and breaking. I had that work done, and didn't have to end up getting the CV axle done, because it just needed tightened. Which lowered my bill dramatically. They are very friendly, and nice, and do great work. My car no longer makes the noise while turning, and breaking at the same time. And it drives smoother then it ever has. I want to thank you for you're great service!

This shop was fantastic. My boyfriend and I live 60 miles away. His car started having significant difficulties when he got to Burlington for work. While he worked I was able to make arrangements with the nice staff of Schlueter s. The car was repaired quickly and they offered to pick him up from work to get him back to their shop for his car. Excellent repair service!

Great place to do business. I am in a wheelchair Silverado no drivers seat and they will put a desk chair in to drive the car inside the bay. They are so honest and strongly recommend their service. Every employee go that extra mile for you. If your not going to Schlueter s for your auto repair and tires. You loss.

I asked them to check out a truck I was buying and they worked me in as soon as they could and got me out quickly. They were honest and upfront with me and treated me very well. I live 5 hrs away so they could've ripped me but they didn't which shows they are quality people. I would use them for my service if I lived there for sure. Highly recommend them.

Great customer service! I got a transmission flush and oil change. Beth in the office was very friendly and pleasant, even offered to watch my belongings for me while I walked to Casey s for some breakfast. When my car was done, two different guys came in and apologized for the wait (which was not long at all) and Beth gave me a goodie bag for waiting (again, the wait was reasonable).This was the first time I had taken my car anywhere other than Deery Brothers where I purchased it, and I was blown away by the low prices, the friendly service, and the fact that they didn t try to sell me any unnecessary services! I will come back for sure!

These guys are great! I was looking at a car to buy and they took really good care to make sure the vehicle was in good condition for me to possibly buy it. Needless to say, they helped me make a great decision... which was to not buy the car. Go to these guys and you won't regret it. They make car servicing a breeze! Thank you!

They won't mount and balance tires you buy elsewhere. Which is funny because they say tire insulation. That would be a lie because you have to buy the tires from them. So it should say just tire sales then we will mount them. I will not ever bother with them.

Today was my first visit to Dennys Auto Service for an alignment, while I was there I asked if they could also take care of my over due oil change and they did. As I waited I was able to observe their customers service practices with other customers as they came and went. I was very please how quickly they were able to get my work finished and me out the door and at a reasonable price. But what was most impressive was how genuinely nice and honest they are with customers, no lies and no padding the bill with alot of extras just old fashioned integrity... something that is rare.
